The night worker is in a very bad mood and behaves in a very bad manner. In this place, we were celebrating the birthday party at night without disturbing anyone. The work staff of Hubli called the police late at 2.25 am in the night and gave a lot of trouble.
A request to this hotel owner, it is better to send this Hubli worker home because he damaged ur property name I am also a home stay owner and the behavior of your workers is not right.

The lodge has very bad bathroom facility. No proper flush water. There is no proper tap water. No hot water facility. The tap are damaged water just oozes out from all sides. The lodge looks good but with bad bathroom facility. Please check for the water facility before you book the lodge.

Unhygienic rooms! Dont even think of staying here! Full of mosquito filled rooms with dirty bedsheet and pillows. Leaky bathroom taps, Glass less windows Pathetic

Its better one. Stayed for a night and day. The room is clean and comfy. As its beside rail track sleep is often dusturbed. Nothing to complain apart from this.

Easy place to get access which is just adjacent to Bus depot with Railway station nearby. I was on a bike road trip from Mumbai to Kerala, decided to halt at night after covering the maximum kms for the day. I was allotted AC room since non AC was occupied. All were good, right from Sleep arrangements, Air conditioner, remote controlled fan, spacious bathroom. I wanted shelter for one night, i felt the price charged to be good and reasonable, next day morning breakfast was not included with the room charge which i thought would be the other way round, but it's fine.
Parking space is available and limited, albeit felt to be not much secure but the hotel guy Ganesh (not the owner) assured of area under surveillance. Lodge is attached to a hotel where the breakfast is served. Food was really yum to be frank.

Rail track was just close enough where my room was and could be seen directly out of the window. Sound is not much of a problem to me but this can be understood since evrything is nearby.
Hotel guy Ganesh (hope i did not get wrong with the name) was really kind and was available almost immediately for any kind of assistance.
My small suggestion would be to focus bit more on the floor cleanliness which i felt was required in my room.
I also met a guy the next morning who was travelling back to GOA on his bike, he said that he enquired several lodges at night to stay but entry was denied and finally this place took him in.
All in all, this place seems to be turning out as a savior for many.
I was literally dead when i clicked myself if you see, just wanted a good night sleep

Rooms are good the only problem is the railway track next ti rooms. Trains will disturb you all the night.

Room not worth for Rs. 600, broken electric switches, bathroom windows in open condition and too much disturbances
