Jyothish was assigned to me for a low back pain and knee pain complaint, he made me understand the issue and gave me a basic knowledge of what is causing the pain and how to resolve and shared the plan of action as well. That helped me become comfortable and in two days he has helped reduce the pain without using any electrotherapy by just mfr techniques, exercises and stretches.

I am happy to have joined Portea and i hope that I will do good work for this company. Forgive me if I have disappointed this company in anyway. I will give my best I got a good train from portea as well as I'm very happy to part of portea.

Mahesh has been fantastic so far. He is extremely approachable and doesn't hesitate to help whenever in need. Quite professional and helpful in nature

Reshma is a very obedient and hard worker. Reshma knows her duties and performance is excellent. She remain alert always in her duties 24 hours and patient feels about her relation just like daughter. She has good reports Last section is with all family members also. I wish her all success.

Dr. Jyothish has been an excellent trainer for the last two sessions and have helped me heal the back pain immensely. Great service and really professional with his work. Highly recommend him for his knowledge and training.

Third rate services company.
Lousy customer service. I was forced to use their services because of Manipal hospital tie up with them. They do not pass concessional or free oxygen machines to customers. They flog their own concentrators at a very inflated rental. Their nursing and careraker services are manned by untrained and unqualified people. They made a blunder of sending an unvaccinated caretaker endangering the patient and family. We will not get proper invoices and receipts. No systems and procedures. No grievance procedure. Senior managers are never available. Their e mail and phone numbers are well hidden. The promoters should be ashamed.

I had Nurse Attender service and the staff were very good in take carring of the patient. Also I would refer my friends and family members in future. Thanks.

Such a terrible experience with Portea, Booked Physiotherapy sessions for my Mother after Total Knee Replacement, A Physiotherapist visited one day 1 and did assessment, created a plan for my mom's recovery. I was interested to go with 10 day package from day 2. By end of Day1 I got a message that from 2 another physiotherapist will visit, and today is third day I don't see anyone coming to treat my Mother. I tried reaching out to them on their toll free number and WhatsApp but no one responded.
Only thing I hear from them is SMS regarding online payment and packages.

When it comes to treating patients Portea should maintain at least a bare minimum professionalism.

Better Avoid and never ever pay for packages in advance to save 50rs on each sessions.

Unprofessional company with a team of useless ppls. Booked physiotherapy for my mother in law and today is the third day and third physiotherapist assigment, daily doctor keeps changing and usually they don't visit on the scheduled timing. They expect the patient who has undergone bilateral knee surgery to wait for hours in pain for their appointments

They don't share the therapist profile with you as they are not qualified and seasoned enough.

Don't book Portea service for the convience of therapy at home. Better visit your nearby physio or watch YouTube for exercises.

Had a really bad experience with the service. I do not understand how they run are running care services when the last thing they do is care. We thought of this as a reputed company for the price/organization and failed badly. People will be better off hiring a local trustworthy person compared to falling for a false reputation. Some of the hardships we had to go through are attitude, laziness, sleeping, watching TV, being on phone all the time, not responding at night times. A lot of us get introduced to care services for the first time due to unplanned incidents and this is not the place I recommend as your first option, this should not even be your last option. The only thing I was happy with is that they were able to arrange someone in time.

Worst experience.

They called me for an interview and I waited fot 2hrs.

Post that they are informing that the interview is cancelled.

We had ordered glucometer sugar strips on 12/7/2021 and also paid money for it but till now we didnt get a delivery and also we tried to reach over phone but you are not recieving any of our calls.and you are telling us that we will deliver today /tomorrow but you are not delivering.

Portea Corporation along with KVN Foundation we’re kind enough to provide Oxygen Concentrator when our entire family unfortunately contracted Covid-19, While availing I had given my Aadhar Card, Proof of Covid & blank cheque to which the deposit Rs. 18,000 will be refunded on return of the machine. We returned the Oxygen Concentrator on 19.06.2021. Besides we have been told once we returned the machine the deposit will be refunded in 2 to 3 days. As it is known fact the person who fell ill due to Covid will not only suffer physically but also mentally and more so financially.

Sadly after numerous follow up also I have not received the payment till date. I must have spoken to your customer support innumerable time only to get an assurance that it will be done today. Lately I understand that the payment was made but bounced back. When I had sent my cancelled cheque which contains all the details to make NEFT I do not understand how could the payment bounce back. After so much of follow up I was asked sent again the bank details and a cancelled cheque a week before. I did the same too. Even after that I am yet to receive the payment.

End of the day, all the good work done by Portea which is supposed to be of help to Covid patients who have already strained financially has become rubbing salt to the wound. I don’t know whom to blame. It is such an horrible experience suitable to be narrated in any social media to caution the general public to expect such a surprise.

I had purchased One touch Glucometer and was facng issue with the device and connected with Portea, They really helped me in troubleshooting the issue and the follow was pretty good.

My friends mother was very unwell and needed a 24x7 nurse. I recommended Portea after an excellent experience in Gurgaon. Once again, the nurse arrived within a few hours and took over her duties admirably. Portea provides highly competent staff at short notice. Excellent service, Portea. Thanks

DO NOT ever book them for RT PCR for sample collection at home. The person made me wait from morning to evening stating its raining. Probably if you are jobless you can opt for Poetea. Else DO NOT. I needed the test for an emergency not coz I am bored in life. Hopeless & pathetic. Wish there was an option to give negative star.

Worst experience I ever had. I have taken their services for postnatal care. They have promise to give many services but they unable to provide basic service like only feeding the baby. I have changed the nanny four times and not even a single one is having proper experience and training. Even after taking rest of more than 14 hours they tell not getting any rest. Al I expect was to feed the baby as the baby was premature and it was very important, they are unable to do that much only. All nannies were rude and unprofessional and only know to sleep for long hours even after paying the high charges (they charge like bomb and service is pathetic). Now myself taking care of my baby and much more relaxed. So, guys, be very careful before taking their services. It is not only waste of money but a threat for your loved ones. Better take care of them on your own.

DO NOT WASTE TIME IN CONTACTING THEM AS THEY GIVE VERY POOR INITIAL SERVICE

Never ever approach these guys and waste your time, instead look out for other home service providers.

I went on and called them based on the reviews on the website and found out to be totally false and fake.

I'm discussing with a person named KANTHARAJ for providing services for my aunty and they are unable to provide the service stating the reason on accomodation. I went ahead and checked on the ladies pg for nurse and they are unable to pay a small nominal fees of 300 rupees for a day.

EVEN WE DISCUSSED ON BEARING THE CHARGES FOR ACCOMODATION, INSPITE THE SERVICES ARE NOT OFFERED.

I HAVE WASTED MY TIME FOR 2 DAYS FOLLOWING UP ON THAT AND THE FINAL EFFORTS ARE IN VAIN.

DONT GO BY REVIEWS IN WEBSITE AS THEY ARE DECEIVING.

STRAIGHT AWAY LOOK FOR OTHER TRUSTED HOME CARE SERVICE PROVIDERS

THEY DONT UNDERSTAND UR POSITION AND WILL NOT BE ABLE TO OFFER TIMELY SERVICES.

Pathetic service. Portea firstly charges exhorbitant charges for vaccinations that other providers (like Apollo Homecare) are giving at much cheaper prices.

Furthermore the service provided is terrible:

- if you have a concern and call the helpline, you are given a link to instead chat with one of their reps and getting a rep online takes a good amount of time

- there is no communication between their staff (according to me). While the sales rep who called me and assured me that they can provide the H1N1 and tetanus vaccinations, the chat reps weren’t even aware that they have these

- a day later they call me to say they don’t have the H1N1 vaccination.total waste of time

Choose another provider and avoid wasting your time with this one.

Pathetic customer service and highly irresponsible company. It took me days and tens of calls to get an attendant and weeks and tens of mails to get invoices.

The attendant went back from the hospital guest house to her home without telling anybody, even the guest house reception or her own team. I got to know about it when I got a call from the hospital guest house about her disappearance the next day. Portea team got to know about it from me, they had no clue of this happening even after 24 hours of the attendant leaving the hospital.

The customer support does not know whom to connect to and nobody replies on the mail, they just keep adding more and more people to the email thread.

I would have given them -ve stars if I had the option. Please do not avail any services from them. They are clueless about basic things like raising invoices and don't care at all about the customer. All they care about is whether you have made the payments or not. You will get regular emails with the payment links but no responses for your queries or requests.

I hope the Portea team get some basic empathy and humanity given that they deal in the medical field and yet treat their customers with utter disregard who might already be in great distress.

One of my friend suggested me to take service from portea, and I took after that I came to know that it's a easiest way to get service from home itself.so I am fully satisfied with the service of portea. Thanks.

The most worst experience I hv ever had. From last 4 days they hv taken our sample. Till now we didn't get our report. After something worst happen, dey ll give the report. My six year son's report is also der. Such an irresponsible App. Disgusting.

Very bad experience and not professional at all.some one was supposed to collect blood samples, the slot alloted me was 7.00 and 7.30 (fasting) but the person called me at 8.30 and told due to some reason he was not able to come, he promised to come the next day. He called at 7.35 and asked for the location which ideally will take another 15 min and I had to cancel again as I had a meeting to attend. Requesting to be more professional in your approach

Waste of time, money and above all blood sample. Customer care people don't have any clue about what is happening. Only the phlebotomist was the one I felt was knowledgeable. You guys should shutdown your pathetic service.

When you guys have shortage of lab technicians for providing lab reports, then dont take new Requests from other customers!

Dont keep giving same reasons each time. Your understanding is not important, what are you guys doing to provide solutions?

Had given samples for Antibody n RTPCR. It's been more than 48 hours. Antibody test shouldn't take more than 24 hours and you are yet to give the results!

Dont give false statements that TAT for such services r so and so. Its utter nonsense.

If you cant provide correct services to the existing customers, dont open your slots for new customers!

Not sure, what the founders - Meena Ganesh and Vaibhav Tewari and higher authorities are doing about these reviews. If this the case, I'm sure your company will close very soon. Such irresponsible people.

PLEASE DO NOT use Portea Services for RT-PCR tests. They have not send my reports even after 6 days. My samples were selected on 24-Apr.and Its 29-Apr, still no clue where is my report.

Their customer care is also mute and deaf.

They are charging Rs 1500/- per RT PCR test, which is anyways higher than other labs, and at the end you will not receive report. SO what's the use.

They promised Physio Therapist with MPT and 5 years experience for neuro disorders, but they assigned a recently graduated (BPT) therapist with 1 year exp. We can't simply trust such companies when it comes to health of our family members.

Having such a terrible experience with Portea. They collect samples but have no clue on status. Strongly recommend to avoid Portea. For something as important as a CoVid test they are such an irresponsible institution. They make false commitment on timelines. Tired of calling the customer care. Highly non responsive and completely lack responsibility

Group of fraud people running this organization.don't book anything from this.they are only interested in making money. I missed my flight because they didn't gave report on time for RT-PCR.my patients id is POR 1362396.don't go for RT-PCR with them.

Gave covid sample for me n family.and they mentioned 48 hours.but no result even after 4 th day.very very irresponsible.
I have got tired of calling customer care.half time they don't pick.if they pick, they say will call back, which never happen.
Even SRFid s Were not shared.folks have no clue on the status.
Why don't you provide some phone number, where people are sitting and answering our queries.

This is a fraud company! They came and took corona sample of my family and promised that they will give the report within 48 hours.

It has been more than 4 days, still no update from them,
I request no one should book home sample collection from this company! They will just take your money and run away!

Extremely disappointed in Portea!

While making a booking, they charge you Rs 1000 extra in the name of PPE kit. Their technicians do not wear any PPE kit when they come for sample collection. Scam #1.

They promise you test results within 36 hours of sample collection, and obviously no results come in that time. Scam #2.

If you call them to followup on your lab reports, they tell you not to call again and again as they haven't received any information from the lab whatsoever, and aren't even aware when will the results come across. Scam #3.

I would not recommend anyone to use their services, because once you've paid them, you're in the dark. They don't even try to help you.

Please never go to Portea for any service. Team is highly incapable. They delayed to come and collect the sample for 2 days (By stating vehicle repair, person has reached wrong location etc.) by giving various reasons each time. After 2 days they came up with an excuse and requested to visit the lab in person. If service cannot be provided for whatever internal reasons management had (they did not let us know the same till now), giving lame reasons and making patients with critical illness wait for 2-3 days and waste their precious time is not expected from healthcare service sector. Very bad place to rely on. Never go to them.
