Very helpful, economical and reliable packers. The supervisor Mahendar was a professional with good control over his staff, empathetic towards the clients needs and had a good knowledge about his job along with a positive attitude. The communication was good, I was informed about everything and they are very diligent with finances. The empty boxes were returned and the amount was transferred back to me promptly. The packing was done nicely with minimal damages and they helped unpacking and placing the furniture in the new location with utmost care. Highly recommended for packing and moving needs.
Worst courier service.since 20 days still they didn't deliver my parcel.customer care even more worst they don't know what action to be taken.never take their service not recommended at all.
I'm writing to convey my immense anger and frustration over the awful experience I've had with the company. It has now been more than 10 days since my parcel was misplaced, and the fact that they have been unable to track it or provide any satisfactory resolution is utterly unacceptable. Not only have they failed to deliver my box on time as per their primary obligation, but they have also failed to provide any transparency or meaningful updates regarding its whereabouts.
I have made multiple attempts to contact the customer care, only to be met with unhelpful responses, long wait times, and empty promises of resolution.
Extremely disappointed with your services. I had initiated a courier request on Saturday which still hasn't happened. As per the customer rep "they are sorry & the matter is escalated" I requested for a call from a senior / manager which still hasn't happened. Even after the "escalation" pickup hasn't happened? Could you please explain the term escalation here?
I haven't even received a single communication stating that sorry the pick up was missed on the respective days.

3rd class service. Booked packers movers they charged me 8k for 2 km and service is like worst ever. No wrapping no packing they just came with few boxes and that’s it. Worst part is if you can customer care they will deny to take responsibility stating that they don’t hold ownership on packers and movers. Please do not use this service.

Very poor service. Infinite delay in the courier. Getting mentally harassed by repeated calls everyday from a new customer representative who don't know the history of the shipment and just repeat the script provided to them. No one focuses on actual resolution. False promises everyday.
Best house shifting experience! Hired porter packers and movers to move my items from one place to another, and used a 50% off coupon from my friend! Experience was delightful, very good porters moved my items smoothly to the new place. Best experience, no haggling with local vendors.
We have uploaded my documents in last month they still in process it's worst service from the porter. Customer care Not response properly if I ask them to when will happen they will talk you rude worst service i have seen in this.
The company that does not understand the people working here, how high can that company go? Whoever has staff in their office, everyone considers himself a big officer. The partner is called directly to the office for every little thing, the office is also far away They have the worst service and staff in Delhi.
Not so great service. Packers and movers were in so much hurry that they them self were not co-ordinating and filled the items irresponsibly and without organising it properly. Also charged me additional ₹50 per carton which were put together with a tape. And after charging a hefty amount for P&M service the on ground team needed Tips as well which I had to pay as they said that, that’s their only earning.
Your driver did not deliver my material, after that he is asking for full money, did not reach the location, was standing 100 meters away, was saying, load it on this.and and even started the trip without permission, if the trip was not started, it would have been canceled.and total amount add my wallate. Very bad
I booked on 26 of july 2022, total consignment was 96 box, but i received only 6 box. They didn’t deliver the balance but demanding for fair 924.the total cost material they brought was jus 1400, and just 75 kg.just suggest me.that day i talked to customer care around 2 hr later driver went and after few hours they sent me bill by mail.just imagine how horrible they do
Worst firm. Never use their service. The drivers force the elderly ones at home to pay money and in some cases show someone else's higher bill n take money. There is no number to speak to a person to complain. Very disappointing
