Potful Biryani, Brookefield

Poor customer care. Misplaced the order we placed through swiggy and repeatedly lied about the delivery time. They are unable to handle orders in peak days like weekends and holidays. Better to avoid orders on weekends and holidays.

Poor portal no proper tracking system. Took 3 hours to deliver food instead of 1 hour which is completelyunacceptable. When you call they say due to high demand its taking long but taking 3 hours is not justified. They should not accept order beyond capacity.

I have been ordering food online from potful for sometime now. As someone who can prepare it quite well myself, I just have one request, please never degrade the quality of biryani you serve. Every other biryani in market is either spice or oil or fragrance or everything else but biryani, and it's so sickening. You have just nailed it for ppl like us who are looking for the real balance of taste. Also, your mud pot concept is fabulous. Just love it. Keep rocking!

The most worst biryani ever I had. Can't even eat a spoon of it. Filled with ghee. Tasteless.

Potful is the best place for briyani lovers who wanna taste the authenticate hyderabadi style briyani.

Biryani was good, but I instructed for extra raita, which i didn't get.also 30mits delayed from mentioned time, mentioned time was 54mits but i got the food 54+30= 84mits. For me time is very important. Delivery boy was waiting 15-20mits to pick the food.

This restaurant never disappoints with their quality of meal, always delivers hot and fresh meals.
Taste is better than any other restaurant. Appreciate their hard work.

Undoubtedly the tastiest biryani in Bangalore, specially the Lucknowi Chicken biryani. The perfect amount of masala mixed with the tastiest grains of rice topped with delicious chicken pieces is next to heaven.

Hyderabadi chicken dum biryani taste is awesome here. They are preparing fresh n serving, so it will take some time to get biryani on your plate. Overall it's a good experience having biryani in Potful.

I have known that it takes time for any order from here to arrive. I ordered once before and it took more than 1 hour to arrive but the food was hot so I had no complaints. I placed an order today from Zomato at 1: 33 PM and I am still waiting for it. Tried calling the restaurant via the numbers from Zomato and their website for the Brookefield outlet but no one picked up or the phone was switched off. Since there is no tracking for this on Zomato as the restaurant uses their own delivery executive I am here waiting for my order without knowing where the hell is it or if it will even arrive.
Needless to say pathetic service. I suggest others to consider this before ordering from here.
Edit: Had to cancel the order since it still had not arrived till 3: 20PM.

Biryani are wonderful, one of the best in Bangalore. Other Non Veg items and kababs are good. Exellent Food in Non-veg Items. Who loving to eat Non-veg they can order from potful.

You guys really really need to work on improving food taste / Quality is absolutely disaster and going down and down by the time.

We had jackfruit biriyani from this place and it tasted exactly like a potato biriyani. Raw jackfruit does not have a taste of its own, I am given to understand so I am assuming the chef was generous with their aloo:) I personally was impressed with the packaging of the home delivered biriyani in a pot along with a seed taped to the cover and asking us to re-use the pot for planting that seed. I would love to try other biriyanis but my first impression so far on this shop is that their taste needs to rev up a little more

The best Kolkata biryani I have ever had, and I have had from quite a few places like Shiraz, Arsalan etc. The quantity was very good, such tender chicken pieces, lovely aromatic biryani rice, not spicy at all, and the lovely thick raita, all my tastebuds were completely delighted! The only hassle was opening the earthen pot lid, and maybe that's because I am clumsy: -P. But seriously, a really awesome and delicious Kolkata biryani that I would be having again and again, and also recommend all to have.

Ordered calcutta biriyani from here and absolutely loved it! Authentic subtle taste, no fake ingredients or aroma. Very generous portion. I hope they keep this quality!

Potful biryani was taking more than 45 minut only making biryani hot for ovene what fake idea.

They claim to give goat in Hyderabadi mutton biryani. But what I got was sheep that too only bones. Very much disappointed.
Also, Quality, quantity and price doesn't match at all.

First things first. The food tastes great. It's hygienically served. Since it's only for takeaway the packaging needs to be good and it is. Claypot biriyani is their signature dish and is actually served in a clay pot. It comes in different flavour profiles like Hyderabadi, Awadhi, Bengali etc. Quality is good.
Kebabs, partha and rotis are good too. You can order over the app, or call them up and piping hot biriyani will reach you. Staff is well behaved and will assist in providing additional information if you are unsure of the portion that is served for a dish.

No tasty chicken biriyani not good test not good chicken piece bed restaurant always delayed 50 minute bad service

Well, the first time i ordered i was happy with the taste and didnt focus on chicken quantity. This time when i ordered the chicken quantity was really bad. The biryani was itself of around 350 and they gave chicken lesser than 80grams. They just charge and dont focus on quality. I have called them and they were sending me the food again but i denied coz it was already 11: 25pm. The food should be as per they charge coz customer is nt using there dining at all. I am nt going to order from Potful ever again.
