Very abusive and disrespectful owner! He does not know how to treat customers especially women customers. He behaved like a rowdy with my family. How he is allowed to keep his shop in a society like ours is beyond me! Never seen any owner behave like this in all 40 years of me living in bangalore.

Very Bad experience, Highly recommend to never visit this shop, 50+ years person looks like owner is very rude and does not respect customer and even use very abusive language, I am thinking how he will be treating his own staff. Enter in this shop with your own risk. How these people are still serving in today competitive word.

Actually me n my friend went to check one budda idol. While In search of idol.the owner came & spoke very rudely and came to hit us literally. At last it was such a bad experience over all

This shop is just behind money recently bought swing chain set from them and they provided defective piece, and for return also they charged extra money

Amazing and unique collection of god's idols, decoratives, Puja related utensils, bronze utensils for eating, bells, unique antique collectibles like brass sand timer hour glass, compass, studded chirags, super pretty jewellery boxes (made of copper with silver coating), etc etc. My list won't stop. Not to forget their super amazing incense sticks (highly recommend). These stuff available in all shapes and sizes across 3 floors. Attaching pics of what all I got.

I would call out the super polite and humble behavior of the owner and helping staff. Very kind to offer us water as we had travelled a long way.

Price seemed okay, slightly on a higher side as compared to wholesale shops but on a lower side than online sites like Jaypore etc. But definitely affordable.

I wanted to have Dasavatara set
i found Prachin online and called them
they are very communicative from the moment I called them.
I had video calls multiple times and saw the idols
communication was really smooth so does the response
they packed very safe and couriered to me
there was a delay from the courier side when I called Prachin and informed
they called courier guys to check what they can do and kept asking me about the status

Finally idols are arrived. I can not describe how happy we are after we saw the idols, that is one fine art so elegant and so beautiful

After visiting two more art shops nearby, I found just what I wanted, within an affordable budget, at Prachin. A small porcelain statue of lord Shiva in meditation.

I would like to share my beautiful experience with prachin store.
I had purchased a home temple from prachin store a month ago. My niece wanted to take it to Netherlands as she liked the temple very much. It was a rose wood structure with beautiful pillers and bells. As we got it packed with bubble wrap to carry it in flight, we didn't open the pack after going home. But when my niece opened the pack after reaching Netherlands, we realised that the pillers were missing. Not sure where it got misplaced, bit without them she couldn't assemble the temple properly. We were very disappointed.
When I reached out to the prachin store owner, he said they will search to see if anything is left over in the godown. But unfortunately bit was not found and I didn't know what to do.
But o my surprise, the owner said he will arrange for one more set of pillers as a kind gesture. It came really as a surprise and I was very delighted to hear this. This was indeed a kind gesture shown by the owner despite we misplacing the pillers.
I am really thankful to prachin store for taking care of their customers so well even though I was a new customer. THANK YOU prachin store for showing this kind gesture.

Let me share my story with Prachin

This story began on 24 June 2021
I was looking for an Cow and calf made of bronze to present someone really special,
One of my friend suggested me about Prachin Art And Crafts, then I called them on their number and deal was made with Mr. Vivek.

I received my product on 29 July and unfortunately there was Some damages on the product due to bad handling at transformation.
I was fainted and broken and I was not sure about what next
Few things came across my mind
1) are they gonna look into this issue
2) I thought I couldn’t gift it to my special ones

I was little and called Mr. Vivek and explained him about the situation & I was not sure how he would respond and I thought he would simply say it was transformation mistake we are not responsible and something like that.

But for my surprise after explaining him the situation he didn’t even took a second to reply, and his words were
“ I’m sorry sir for what ever has happened, you don’t have to worry to about it sir I’ll arrange a new piece and I’ll put everything in it until you’re satisfied with our service and product “!
What a gentleman, I salute the way they are doing their business

Every product in this particular place is carved with really skilled workers and the ambiance and people are really helpful and loved every design in this showroom.

I had been to this place for the first today to buy some diyas and idols. The store has profuse collection of handicraft and brass items from the smallest size possible to the largest at a " very affordable price".
The staff also behaved very politely and delivered good service.

This place is full of "Good vibes"? ‍️? ‍️. It's glorified with those brass metal idols and figurines all around once you step in! ‍️
This store is rather an attraction in the first sight and it's no mistake to assume the prices would be pretty high.
However, the prices are reasonable. Among the items I've seen, the prices range from 500 till 7 lakhs.
The owner is also friendly and provides apt suggestions based on the requirements instead of forcing you to buy.
Would definitely visit here again and recommend others to visit too!

They have a wide range of brass decor. The staff who assisted us did a good job in helping us finding the right products. That said, we didn't have the best experience when we left the store.

Communication is an integral part of sales and unfortunately, the salesman who assisted us did cause some major miscommunication.

We required a few pieces of the same product so, we asked the sales staff to let us know if there is any discount that can be offered. He went behind the counter and came with a piece of paper with the discounted rates. We felt that there was further scope for negotiation so we gave him an exact number and asked him to check again. He came back with a verbal affirmation. All was going well. We finalized the pieces and headed towards the billing counter.

A female staff at the counter asked for that piece of paper with the previous discounted rates. We gave it to her assuming that the sales staff who assisted us would inform her about the revised rates. When the cashier told us the amount, it was off. He had calculated based on rates on the paper.

The cashier gave us the final amount. He was quite certain that the rates he had given us was the best he could offer and that he wouldn't be able to reduce it further. He even asked the staff to stop packing the product cause the rates weren't okay with us.

In front of the cashier, the same sales guy said what is on paper is the final rate. It felt like the sales staff just wanted to show his boss that he had closed an order.

Misleading the client to get an order isn't right. It felt like we were being cheated. It was too late in the evening and we had already spent a lot of time in the store. We couldn't go through the same selection process again elsewhere. Eventually, we paid the additional amount but went out feeling disappointed.

Despite a great range of products, decent prices and a good sales staff, we walked out disappointed.

This is actual retail therapy! Completely authentic pieces and a very serene and peaceful ambiance! A must go for any antique freak or just any person looking for peace and mindfullness️

Prachin Jayanagar is always my favourite place to buy gifts for my loved ones. Nice collection and very courteous staff.

These people tag the items wrongly, and once you come to billing section, they announce that the prices are higher and the Barcode are wrong! The guy in billing even went on to say "yeh India hai sir, yahaan sab chalta hai". Why tag my Nation in this! Highly disappointed! Miss the store if you can!

The shop is at a prime location and more over it has very classy and old school items as well. Worth a visit.
