I had a wonderful experience 11 years ago, when i had my first cataract surgery. On 12th jan 2024 i haf my second. I was surprised to observe the same warmth, care and concern was there even today. Dr sriram and his team are very grounded, displaying a very high trust factor which any patient would expect from the doctors of today. They have Benevolence, Integrity and competence. All in one. My entire family and friends are with them since 12 years. They have latest cutting edge state of the Arts facilities made available for patients. I recently got catract surgery done for my mother and the experience was totally smooth. Frankly, I did have my options researched and more than the cost, it was the quality and assurance I was looking to and I'm glad I reached the right place. Great job done by Dr. Sriram, Dr. Pradnya and the courteous staff who made the overall process assuring and easy for the patient and their family.
Special mention to Sheeba for understanding the requirements and providing apt input. Shobha, who ensured that mom and myself feel relaxed pre and post surgery.

Not happy with the way the patients are treated. When a partient goes for eye test he will be canvassed for cataract surgery giving quotation for surgery Rs. 97000// per eye. Lens power not given indirectly forcing cataract surgery.

The way Dr sudha tried to explain the disadvantages of phone to my kids was really good and trust me from that moment only they left using phone and now they don't touch phone only, thanks to u maam for teaching n explaining them

My daughter and I visited this clinic for the first time back in 2018 after moving to Bangalore from Chennai and the experience was so good that we got stuck to it till date. The clinic looks great with the new makeover and the place is filled with very friendly staff. The doctors are very caring and concerned. We are so happy that we found this wonderful place.

Being a latrophobe, it's a constant struggle to find a doctor who is not just a great diagnostician but kind and patient as well. This clinic has that perfect balance which the doctors and the staff have maintained over the years. They are meticulous and effective in terms of treatment, customer interaction and most importantly provides and maintians a very clean atmosphere where patients feel comfortablecomfortable if they have to wait. They take extra care for kids who come in for a check up ensuring that they are not terrified of doctors in the future. My family and I have only had positive experiences at Pradnya (we have been going there for 5 years now).
Note: There is no car parking so either commute by two-wheeler or auto/cab.

I am 27 years old and had got an Epilasik done. They were so informative and caring throughout this procedure.
They made sure that my conditions were 100% suitable for this procedure and gave me all the clarifications about the same for me to make an affirmative decision.

The experience of any hospital is linked to how it makes its patients feel. As soon as I took my mother to the hospital for her cataract surgery I knew that she was in a caring and safe environment. Dr Ramalingam, Dr Pradnya and Dr Padmini, Rajita and all the staff were excellent. My mother’s pre operative assessment, operation and post operative care has been excellent. I highly recommend this hospital.

My mother had both eyes cataract eye surgery done here in the last month. We found the doctors and staff to be highly skilled, experienced, systematic and friendly.
What amazed me most was the systems and processes that have been put in place. It’s was such a smooth and seamless! They also have some of the lastest medical equipments and devices related to the eye.

The surgery and the post surgery period was painless and without discomfort for my mom.

The Doctors Dr. Sriram Ramalingam, Dr. Pradnya Sriram and Dr. Padmini have been treating my family and extended family for a long time now and rather than to address the as family doctors, I would rather say that they are a part of my family.

I got my left eye Posterior Subcapsular Cataract surgery done on 7 January 2021 by Dr Sriram Ramalingam and his team. Our family have been regular patients to Dr Sriram Ramalingam and his clinic Pradnya Nethralaya for the past 18 or so years. My parents and my in-laws have had their cataract surgeries done by Dr Sriram Ramalingam. My younger daughter too had her squint corrected by him.

I paid a visit to the clinic after I found that my left eye had a blurry vision even after getting it checked just recently. My optometrist suggested that I get a complete eye checkup done and so I landed at Dr Padmini’s consultation room in Pradnya Nethralaya. Within a few minutes Dr Padmini diagnosed my cataract and she demonstrated to impact of that cataract to me visually. Pradnya Nethralaya recommended that I get the cataract surgery done and offered a few choices and explained very clearly the pros and cons of each one of them. I had a few doubts and I felt that they explained it to me in a convincing manner without overstating the case of any one of the choices. I really appreciated that approach.

I fixed my surgery for the morning of 7 January 2021 and I got a series of tests done prior to the surgery. The entire team handled the procedural aspects very well and I could see that the attitude was patients’ welfare.

On seventh of January at about 8: 30 am I entered the operating theatre after the usual protocols. Dr Sriram Ramalingam, Dr Pradnya Sriram and two other sisters/doctors were present in the operating theatre. They gave me a local anaesthetic drops and I was fully conscious while they performed the surgery. I particularly appreciated the fact that Dr Sriram Ramalingam who despite having done umpteen number of surgeries carried out the operation with utmost care and skill and applying himself completely to the job at hand. I should also tell you that before the surgery was carried out I was asked to sign a consent form and when I had some doubts on the consent form Dr Padmini clearly explained the risks of some of the procedures so that I am fully aware. In fact at multiple places in the clinic the Patients’ rights and responsibilities have clearly been laid out which gave me confidence that they want the patients to be as much empowered with knowledge as possible.

The operation was successfully completed and I was left with a humble debt of gratitude to all those who took care of me.

I don’t visit doctors very often but I was left no doubt that the doctors at Pradnya Nethralaya were completely committed to the Hippocratic oath.

Doctor and staff are very rude, not give proper treatments, he doesn't give good explanation, anyway my reason isn't listed but I am very disappointed
