Worst experience by my close relative today ever in her lifetime because of the attendant/receptionist/maid/nurse whoever she is, such staff shouldn't be entertained in the hospitals. This not only degrades the reputation of the hospitals but also the doctors working in it.
I strictly suggest muslims not to visit this hospital as hijab isn't allowed here for no reason. The nurse was reluctant to let my relative in after she waited for about 1 and half hours only because she was wearing hijab, she insisted that would remove it after going in infront of the female doctor inside but this nurse never let her in. If she wasn't going to let her in then she should've been informed earlier instead of wasting her time waiting for her turn.
We will be taking strict law action soon against this lady who misbehaved.
I would have rated 0 if I had the option,

I took my wife to the Hospital, for me it was good ambience, and the receptionist was also friendly, what I didn’t like was the Scanning person who come at 12.30 to 1 Pm and he simply waste the time.
The Doctor Anusuya Madam is good, she is not an money minded doctor like we usually see other doctors in private Hospitals,

Dr. Anusuya mam treats very well and I gave birth for my daughter's their by the name pragathi hospital my daughter's are finding pragathi in their life mam

If U r on High risk pregnancy plzzz dnt visit this hospital plzzzz in last moments they wont treat they wil send to Ramaiya Hospital.

Never visit this hospital ever. Another one was My sis was of 4month pregnant she wad regularly consulting ther in holiday she had bleeding in 4th month but they dint e1 cared.told come on week days, what if ther ws emergency they dnt el care abt patient so worse experience me and my sis had.

Receptionists r too bad, arrogant, attitude full of money minded, they don't even respond properly to the patients.they r doing like Money scam.
They will not ready to give the remaining amount to the patients.
Actually bill amount is 910rs, but i given 1000rs bcz I was not having change amount, so when returning home I asked 3/4 times to get the remaining amount, receiptionist r not ready to give the amount, even thy have change amount but not giving, full of money scam.

That guardian also too rough, Dr's also in hurry they don't even listen patients problems, they don't like to sit infront of patients, continuesly thy will attend 3/4 patients @ a time, thy will not attend patients with peace mind n properly

We went to take an injection prescribed by Apollo hospital Bangalore with prescription slip. Arrogant reciptionist with an attitude simply rejected saying they don't handle outsiders, when I asked her to consult duty doctor once. She simply said duty doctor is not there. @ 9am.
If she had lied pure arrogance not interested in servicing customers.
If duty doctor was not there, how can such an hospital take care of patients with out any doctor available at duty.

Worst hospital in tumkur & also worst hospital staff, cleaning also not good, very bad experience

Number one worst hospital in Tumkur city. Staff is very bad except anusuya dr. Some nurse are don't have common sense like how to respond with patients some time they are treated patients as animals. Drs also have much EGO they also don't how to respond with patients

This is the worst hospital.

Nurses are rude.

Post admission they don't even bother about patients. Due to their neglegency i lost my baby.

There is no 24/7 assistance.

Doctors are always late.

Request for all to get checkup in alternative hospital, or else you ll end up with my situation.

Doctors are very good.very cooperative.but nurses are very pathetic.all money minded staf.if you give money they will treat you well otherwise they never help and they behave rudely.especially in delivery room unless you don't give them money they will never treat you well they start yelling at you for all things. I was delivering my baby lying on the bed with lot of pain instead of helping me the nurse was shouting at me for no reason.
She was just watching me sitting at the corner of the room. All of a sudden they behave nicely when the doctors enters the room. I request doctors to please teach some manners to your staff. Because of them your hospital reputation is destroyed.

Worst staff no manners to talk to anyone, Doctor are good, but don't expect Normal delivery 99% scissoring only, from start they will say we will make Normal delivery but at the end time they will act like baby pee inside, baby drunk water need to scissoring my wife and sister same case happened After that we didn't went there again, they only know how to generate money don't care about people health, and on e more thing they will refer to siddganga testing lab that is Costlier in Tumkur because they get some percentage of commission from there so, if you want to save your money and health don't go There

The treatment & care given by the doctor is good. But very poor management and too much of attitude, behavior, arrogance, negligence, and very rude, bad, worst response by receptionist especially Malayali receptionist and even the staff doesn't know the doctors timings and hospital regular routine work and Pragathi hospital loosing name by this service.

Pathetic behaviour of staff especially receptionist. They will make you wait for hours. My wife is pregnant so we came for check up I arrived at hospital at 9.30 am and approached the receptionist. She told that tokens will be given at 10.30 am and said doctor will arrive at 10.30 am. Receptionist has given tokens at 10.10 itself and when I arrived at counter my token number is 8. I was informed that Doctor is in operation theatre and conducting some operation so told that consultation will be late. I and my wife waited just outside the entry gate where chairs were put at the side. I asked the attenders at 11.00 11.30 and 12.00 pm and was still informed that Doctor is still in Operation theatre. After I advised my wife to get into the waiting hall, she sat there and waited for her turn, I being denied entry into waiting hall. To her suprise token number 13 number was running. She brought to my notice. I asked the receptionist that we have token number 8 and requested to allow next. She gives weird answer that we have called you, you have not turned up so u have to wait for all the members to finish and gave 28 number token. We sat just outside and we couldn't hear noise at all, She says that your wife has to be in waiting hall, what were you doing outside. We can't come on to the road and shout for you. I said that we were just outside the entry gate and couldn't hear at all. Even though I requested and pleaded too they didn't allow she says that doctor only instructed her the same. They didn't consider they are such arrogant. I travelled 35 kms for consultation, that was the service that I got. I asked the reciptionist that I will speak to the doctor but they didn't allow. My wife was waiting for 3.30 hrs till then. They don't have common sense at all. No one has sense of humanity nor service. They will make you wait for hours and hours. I have never seen such pathetic hospital. They don't even have cashless facility. We got appointment at the last. Firstly the need to educate about customer service and how to talk to customers. Even Doctors are not sympathetic towards us and scolded my wife about why she was not present in the waiting hall. I felt very bad with this hospitality. There is no courtesy. To my treatment was also not that good except scanning department which sir has done well. I am telling here my experience that I have faced which might be helpful to you. Take a wise decision because every decision matters.

Doctor Ansuya madam is too good, staff are too bad they are not have a common sense how to behave with patients and their parents

Doctor's are good, but the staff's and receptionist behaviour with patient and others are too arrogant. Not satisfied with there behaviour too much off attitude.but doctor is best
