Last Sunday my wife delivered a baby in Prakriya Hospitals and Dr Divya L was very supportive and explained in our emergency situation and we are thankful for that and as well we had a good experience with hospital staff Kala sister she has explained each everything which knowledge required for the first time mom and Chennakeshashava sir helped us in billing counter which went smoothly, thanks once again whoever helped us in this journey.

I had visited for complete body check up on Feb 20,2024, it was very good service From everyone, especially cordinator Mr Lohit, Thanks for supporting on every stage in the diagnosis. Thanks for everyone, Fantastic place to get it done.

I got my delivery at Prakriya hospital, and I must express my gratitude for the outstanding care provided by the nursing staff (labour ward, NICU, and General ward) and doctors.

From the moment we arrived, the nursing team (Kalavathi, pankaja, NICU team) exhibited utmost professionalism and empathy. They ensured myself felt comfortable and well-informed throughout the entire process. The nurses' dedication to patient well-being was truly commendable.

The doctors Nandini Hadalagi, Madhuri, Deepa, Shweta, demonstrated a high level of expertise. They communicated effectively, addressing our concerns and providing clear explanations about the procedures. Their commitment to ensuring a safe and positive birthing experience was evident.

Overall, our experience at the hospital is very nice, However Cleaning need to be improved and security staff behavior with patients and the visitors should be improved,

My experience with prakriya hospitals has been very good. Hospital has good system in place which makes people's life easy and tension free. Specifically talking about labour ward care, staff there, are very hard working, mutli tasking, yet polite. Staff nurse Kalavathi and sister Rekha have been very responsible and their timely response is greately appreciated. They are very dedicated and committed to their work.

Recently visited here to get my bone cyst treated as referred by Apollo, Guwahati, Assam. I wish to express my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Srinivas Sir for his exceptional care and treatment, guidance, support and patience in clarifying my doubts. Also thankful to the entire team including the other doctors, nurses, supporting, administration, cleaners, canteen staff etc.for their quality service during my longer stay period. This hospital has guest room facilities for the patients coming from outer regions, which I availed and found to be very spacious and hygienic. Worst hospital worst people s I ever for 1 injection thay took around 3hr
Nurse staff won't response proper very poor people donnot know speak to paietents in OPD or and staff too.

Priya Hospitals sent one Mr. Lakshman to my place if residence to collect the swab samples of my throat and nostrils fir RT/PCR test.

Mr. Laksman is a good guy with pleasant manners. He did a nice job of this and promised to post the report of this test on my personal whatsapp.

He posted the report promptly.

Staff are not friendly. There is no humanity in staff and Doctors and all. I never this type of hospital. They don't give treatment to petient they give torture to petient. One of the worst hospital.

I was suffering from neck pain since two years, I shown several places, no improvements.then my sister told to take physiotherapy. I visited prakriya hospital. I told my problems to Dr Sandhya, physiotherapist.she explained my problem.treated with soft tissue mobilization for trapezoid muscles for one week.now I could do all my household work without pain.my pain has reduced by 80%. I am very thankful to Dr Sandhya. I always tell my relatives to visit her for Any body pains. And staff also very cooperative there.

Had my angiogram done recently. Dr. Mukul with his expertise carried out the procedure very smoothly. The post operative care was extremely good especially in ICU where the attenders practically feed me.it was a humbling and touching experience. The hospital is well equipped, hygienically maintained with well behaved and trained Doctors and other staff.

Pathetic experience I faced with the security & reception staff. Were asked to stand outside the hospital for waiting for my turn to visit our patient. I don't understand what kind of rules is that when there is a waiting lounge available inside.

I had very good experience when I came to collect vaccine certificate. Mrs Hemalatha of vaccine dept supported and organized certificate and appreciate her work.

I need to know whether any facility where we pay for prescription in advance and can be used for various testing or doctor visits

I recently underwent a laproscopic surgery. The doctors & staff are good. Special Thanks to Dr Aditya & team for excellent treatment, Ms Lolaja for a smooth transition during the stay. Nursing staff are good but can be better

I had come for back pain to physiotherapy department in prakriya hospital. There Dr Sandhya, explained me about my problem in detail. Told me how to improve my posture and guided me to do back strengthening exercises. After one month of continuous exercise. I am feeling relieved of back pain. Thanks to Dr Sandhya, physio for taking good care of me. I highly recommend her for any physio related conditions.

I visited this hospital recently for the first time. I find that this hospital is maintained well with attention to hygiene and ambience. The team is courteous. Seems there is not much huzzle-buzzle and has a silent ambience. The Head-Public Relations Officer, Ms Lolaja ensures the requirements are well attended with lot of attention. Surely, recommended as the good hospital in and around this area.

I got physiotherapy sessions for my father from Mr. Manish. My father often had nerve cramps and had difficulty sleeping. Mr. Manish was very professional at work and also patiently explained stretching exercises. My father is fine now and also sleeping well.

I came to prakriya hospital for elbow stiffness. I went to physio department. I was not able to eat my food and dress properly. After taking physio session from Dr Sandya physio. Now I could able to eat on my own and do all my activities by myself. She was very helpful in bringing back my movements of my elbow. Thanks to her.

So finally my family was decided to transplant as per Anoop sir direction, & Dr chandrashekar sir also instruct me for this surgery both the doctor are guide me about this so finally i decided to transplant same like that Sadhu brother also help for more & more about all the proceser really nobody can guide me like that I'm very tq to sadhu brother

Just want to take a minute to appreciate the services provided by Prakriya hospitals. They were phenomenal in terms of their services. All of them, the hosipital staff, nurses, management people. In particularly, I want to appreciate the help and assistance of Lolaja madam for extraordinary mindset of servicing people. She is an asset to Prakriya hospital. I had my own doubt of visiting this hospital as I had hardly heard about it. But still visited as it was closeby. Had the same services as that of ColumbiaAsia, Apollo or any other multi speciality hospital.
Thank you Lolaja madam and Prakriya hospitals. You guys deserve a rating beyond 5.

I had to admit my daughter due to viral infection.the treatment was really nice and coming to cleanliness and maintenance is superb. Doctors nurse and management are very cooperative they answer all your queries. Special mention to the nurse chaitra who knows how to handle small kid and give medication when kid was crying.
Only one suggestion, even caretaker have to eat inside hospital canteen.i guess there can be some exemption for caretakers to eat there home food.i can understand patients shud be on strict diet but plz give some linience to caretakers.security will question as if we are making big mistake.

Doctor Dwijendra prasad is the worst doctor ever seen at Prakriya hospital.
Whiling away his time attending online consultations through phone while we opd patients waiting for him outside.
Heartless human being especially as doctor.

For covid patients they treat very well with good medication to recover and everyday they talk to families of patients and update about patients condition.

While treating covid patients they take of their previous medication of other issues like BP, diabetes, skin problems etc.

Most 3rd class management this hospital intention is money earning only.last 28th April we are visiting for Covide test unnecessary hospital staps advice to admission & forcibly given PP Kit when we are reject PP kit talking rashly behavior badly.one covid test charges are Rs: 1250 + 50 + 500 = 1800/- we are received a report after two days & This hospital people working blindly, gender also mentioned wrongly in the report, report attached please find.this activity is not good for Hospital refutation.

Hi guys it was good care taking in prakriya Hosptials I had better experience compared to all top most hospital it’s clean and hygienic and especially the staff helped a lot in this tuff pandemic and lockdown I guess I have troubled them by calling them and asking questions and rising my query each time the head of operations (mrs. Smitha) helped me a lot every time I personally recommend the hospital to all my friends because the response which I got from Smitha madam was highly recommend and Tqu madam for all ur support keep the good job and such kind of job should be appreciated by Hosptial for madams kindness Tqu once again for all ur support

1. Most of the staff speaks only Kannada. If you speak any other language please avoid this place.

2. They boast about SOPs but none of them follows it. Doctor was suppose to call us once in 24 hours for admitted patient but none of them seems to care.

3. I had to wait for 2 hours just so that doctor can call on the registered number.

4. Once the doctor told that fruits and packaged food is allowed and then they did not allow it from next day. Not even the black salt.

Once you are admitted inside then you are dependent at their will and whims.

To be Frank one of the worst and most pathetic hospital I ever visited in Bangalore.no value for patients.value added for money only.even after tested negative in rtpcr and city scan, they gave tablet fabiflu 400. (17 tab× 3). 3760rs.horrible.not meant for common man.even worthless.this is how hospital treats.

Please don't visit to this hospital in any situation. My father was admitted in prakriya hospital and unfortunately he died. His gold ring and luggage was stolen. And there is no proper communication with staff. Lot of errors in billing. Fake bills money minded. Due to lack of treatment at proper time my father died. No treatment was given. They don't see patient health condition how serious. Make bills without treatment.even one star is waste
