Easy accessible hotel and very well maintianed rooms. Best place to stay in honnavara for budget friendly price.

Rooms are okay for a night stay. The rooms were a little smelly but it was gone after running the AC for some time. The front side rooms have a balcony with a road view. Bathrooms are clean and big. Overall a decent stay.

Room was good with a good view but not worth for the money.we paid 2.4k per day might be a wedding season but was too way costly for the room.

Located on the main road, easily accessible to the visitors. The trick is that the staff here were not at all ready for cars payment. They were demanding only cash.
The rooms are good. Well equipped with lift. The hall ways can be maintained well. The rooms with balcony are really nice. The other side of the rooms have windows opened to coconut farm. Has beautiful scenic view. Ventilation is not that good. The bathrooms are too old and seem uncomfortable to use. Low rating for the staff behavior. Everything else was really nice.

Room was clean, Service was good, Rates are reasonable, they don't take online or advance bookings I guess but still you can call and check availability.

Only Negative was Hot water isn't available 24 hours. Rest all is good.

In 6 bed room there is no proper fans and there no AC also it was very hot there around in the afternoon time. Maintenance is very poor. And the lift is super slowwwwwwww never seen such

Not sufficient wash rooms irresponsible persons i can't like that rude behaviour

Normal rooms, which were clean, expect a lot of old materials used inside, including the never used dusty steel jug and glasses. Bedsheets were at least 3-4 years old and faded. Washrooms were clean but not properly maintained. Could have been better. The only plus is the location. This falls right on the honnavar bangalore highway. Ample parking space for at least 5-6 big cars is an advantage. There is a veg restaurant which server decent food and coffee.

Average neatness, rusted jugs and glass inside room.

Economical solution. Ok for spending night. You will get only basic emenities.
Location is good. It could be a right place if you are visiting murudeshwar, idagunji and Honnavar.

This is the best place to take accommodation in a very Economy price, and the stafs are so humble and delight. They're providing best service.must recommended, and in ground floor there's one restaurant you must try their fried rice and manchurian

Very good and tasty food!
Price is worth for the quality and taste of the food. They served hot water for drinking (dec-2020). Well maintained. Has separate cubicle kind of setup for family tables. Heigene is maintained.

No good at all for family! Rooms are worst and no maintains at all. They don’t even give discount. Worst management and manager is very rude. Do not visit here

I am writing review mostly for the restaurant. I loved the food they served me, I had food 3 times. Very tasty and good for families preferring pure veg restaurant.

Lodging service is good compared to other lodges in this area and the hotel is clean too.

More mosquitoes than people. Rooms are cheep. Food lunch, dinner veg. Is OK. Maida roties. But tea will cost you 60/- Rs.
