I had my eye surgery in this hospital and have regained my vision without any problem! A big thanks to all the doctors and the staff

Good support from reception staff, well attended and handling patient efficiently. Dr Shamantha Shetty clearly explain the case, gives nice advise.

Dr. Paresh Poojary was handling my grandfather's traetment and he was very good in explaining the issue and in his work.

I got my eyes' myopic vision corrected via SMILE. Dr Aparna Nayak was friendly and the process went very smoothly. Big thanks to Ms Suman for being so helpful from the very beginning till the end. Much recommended hospital.

They don't have a proper process.
Wait time is too high.
It took them about 4 hours to do an eye check-up.

Just one advice for old age people who is not comfortable in Kannada they should communicate with local language (tulu, Konkani etc)

If surgery recommended by the doctor, take second opinion. Because this hospital mostly prefer surgery. Surgery should be last resort. So always take a second opinion before opting for surgery. Also ask properly how much vision you will be gaining after surgery

I context of catract, always check whether the eye nerve are in good condition. And check whether your eyes are aligned properly. If there is any alignment issue. Only do surgery for the primary eye not the squint eye.

I got SMILE laser eye surgery by Dr. Krishna Prasad. He was very friendly and kind and the surgery and pre-op procedures went very smoothly. Ms. Sumana coordinated everything very well from beginning to the end.

Testing is good, but price you quoted for normal spects is too too high,
In that price i purchased crizzol 360 lens with frame.
Please don't quote High prices that customer might not come again

The consultation service is faster compared to any other hospitals though there visits lots of patients. But I felt that they can reduce time and make some procedures faster and don't let patients wait for long.

While the doctors were very professional other supporting staff need to be a little more customer centric. They may be particularly trained to focus on patients and answer queries and doubts. For this first and foremost is to ensure eye a as contact instead of merely being engrossed in paperwork, making the patient feel lost particularly those illiterate patients who feel intimidated by paperwork procedures and running around. At no time staff should lose sight of the waiting patient, but be seen as working to take care. Thank you for showing your concern for patients and wanting to improve service.
