Went here during my college days in 2016-17. Was able to continue only for 2 months but saw significant difference in terms of managing stress, anxiety and feel good factor about myself. Everyone should join this class if one is staying nearby. I miss a lot

Our Yogashraya has reopened with proper Covid protocol, sanitising, masking and distancing in place. It is verily a 'Prashaanta' abode- filling serious Iyengar Yoga Practitioners with bliss, energy and equanimity. Very very happy to be attending Arun Sir's and Shreemaata Ma'am's classes offline again

One of the best yoga studio to practice Iyengar yoga under one of the senior most teacher Sri HS Arun. The class involve using of props and has a lot humor too.

One of the best and traditional places to learn yoga Arun sir and his wife are phenomenal.their classes are more than just postures or moving the body. Their alignment is on point and the feeling after the class cannot be describe.it's more of a mind body connection.

I wonder what these people teach in their yoga classes when they don’t even have courtesy or patience of listening to people and helping them with their health issues. I had called to enquiry and the lady who spoke to me was very unfriendly. I told her that I would be down to their centre to enquiry as I had few health issues. But she just responded saying what else more I need to enquiry and if I have any health issues, I can visit in the month of November. This was totally upsetting and I just disconnected the call. So please don’t even think of going to such centres where they don’t even know how to talk to people and shockingly such people are teaching yoga! My suggestion is not to go to this centre at all.

Feel truly blessed to practice under the guidance of Arun Sir and Mam. It has helped me greatly to deepen my understanding of yoga postures with the right alignment and approach. Learning "Iyengar Yoga" from Prashant Yogashraya has been one of the most joyful experiences of my life:)
