Prashanth Hospital - Hosur Road

My mom got admitted here when she had severe pain in her stomach, doctors started treatment immediately right after visiting and took all care of my mom so precisely. I'm so glad that this hospital is nearer to my home
And I would like thanks to the staff for being polite with the patients.

This is a horrible hospital folks kindly do not get admitted here or get your health checked up here instead go to Banu nursing home which is close by. I met with a accident and was told by traffic police officer to get a first aid done and unfortunately this was the only hospital nearby and post the first aid treatment they charged a whopping 500 Rs which is very high considering you are not stitching up a wound. The doctor and too busy checking his Facebook to even lift his back and come have a look to advise the the nurse. There just money making mindset who don't care about you.

In prashanth hospital doctors are very good they will take care of patience a very well, night shift doctors also take caring of patients, but in prshanth medical shop, they are making evrrybody to fools, if we takes any tablets if they wants to give any amount return back they will tell like come after some time, If we go after sometime and ask that change amount they will forget that amount and they will tell they don't know, like this they are using business strategy, they will argue with us and at the last they will not give that amount also this is my worst experience in my life in that hospital so be careful in that medical shop.

High cost low quality treatment unhygienic hospital only their mind money not quality treatment

I have visited the hospital quite frequently because it's near to my PG. But, I was visiting the wrong hospital. I had very bad experience with there treatment.

They do not do the proper check up and plus interns are prescribing medicine without any consultation with the respective doctor.

I will not suggest anyone to do any check up there.

The hospital is good maintained with cleanliness, all the doctor's nurse are so polite and friendly. The hospital is very deciplined kept with full of silence.

I went with my mother here. One of the staff gave an injection for her. At the time the mother told him that it was paining because he did it the wrong way. After some time my mothers arm started bulging and she started fainting. No one there even came for help. The laboratory lady was a little kind so she gave her some water. After I told them it is because of the wrong injection they did not even accept the mistake. The staff is so unprofessional. They don't have any idea how to take care of patients. They did not even say sorry for that incident.

Worst Hospital I ever seen in BLR, Doctors doesn’t care about the parent at all they just want to make money. Worst service ever i had in my whole life so much expensive for normal checkup also. That much money we can get check-up in High end hospital also. Very Expensive. Don’t come guys.

My kid admitted in Prashant hospital for 4 days. Doctors and sisters in this hospital took care of my kid very well. All medicine given here are very good and fever reduced well. Pediatrician is very good, kind and approachable all the time.

My overall experience was great Dr and staff very helpful, patients and explains the treatment methods and made me understand his approach about the treatment.
I am doing pretty well and continued to get the treatment

Worst hospital.my experience here was not good and here are the reasons
1. The doctors said i had urinary track infection even though reports said kidney stones.
2. I went for an emergency pain and they gave me pain killer injections and medicines and even after 3 months I'm facing side effects like itchiness and other kind of allergies. And even I'm taking anti histamines for allergies but still no use.

Had gone there for a consultation with medical specialist, and for getting a complete diagnosis (the issue was chronic cough) the doctor suggested a couple of tests to be done for a final report, which seemed alright. However since i didn't want to wait for the test results and requested for getting taking a simple X Ray for reference, the staff at the counter told me to get it done at an outside lab.that did not make sense at all, when they have a dedicated radiology department. On standing my ground that i wanted the x-ray at the hospital itself, the staff told me to wait and checked with the doctor. Then she (staff) told me that X-ray film only will be given and no diagnosis will be made. HIGHLY ABSURD THAT A QUALIFIED DOCTOR IS PRESENT AND SITTING NEAR THE COUNTER AND HE WOULD NOT GIVE A SIMPLE DIAGNOSIS ON THE X-RAY.

Because as per hospital policy, either I had to go to an outside lab that they specified to get a take the x-ray and get the diagnosis on the same, OR i take the x-ray in the hospital and there would be no diagnosis made on the same, and no refund if I return either.

Oh, and the reason the staff gave was that the radiology lab person is on leave for sometime. That's the justification for telling patients to go travel someplace else for an x-ray with diagnosis. You decide if its valid in anyway.

Never come across such unprofessionalism in a hospital. However this was the experience, and might not have happened to anyone else who had gone there, does not mean it did not happen

Very good hospital doctor's are very polite n give good treatment all persons look very hospitality.

FROM THE DOCTORS TO THE STAFF EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM IS A CULPRIT. THIS HOSPITAL IS A VERY GOOD EXAMPLE OF EVERYTHING THAT'S WRONG WITH THE INDIAN MEDICAL SYSTEM. Horrible experience here. The night doctor couldn't even fix bleeding from my nose for 3 days. Went to Columbia Asia and that doctor fixed in half an hour. Prashanth hospital make you take irrelevant tests and charged me 11k for NOT fixing a nose bleed. Go here if you want to die.

Today I visited with my friend as he had loose stools and fever, day duty doctor Lady doctor treated him so well. She was very polite and i am very thankful to her and other staff as well
