Poor experience, I'd booked online yesterday contacted delivery guy he said it takes a week to deliver since the bill takes time. I'm outta gas so contacted bharat gas customer care they said 48 hours n informed to contact this agency. Called multiple times nobody's picking worst service. Do not recommend this agency at all. On top of that we have to pay 50 extra for the delivery guy? Like why? Is he not getting paid by the company?
Unprofessional. They said to deliver my new cylinder in two days but it has been now 3 days they didn’t deliver call also not picking very worst customer service.
Hi gas delivery guy delivery the gas, dat time he requested to my father in law and taken empty gas tomorrow I wil give gas.
More than 15 days he wil not given gas back.hes name is Shankar Today I called him (20/8/23) @ 16.45 he told within 45 minutes I wil come and give, but now calling (17.50) He not picking calls.
They don't answer your call. And if you pay online. You get the delivery confirmation sms many days before they actually deliver the cylinder.some fraud is probably happening here.
It is surprising why this agency takes more than 3 days to deliver a refill. I called the agency thrice since yesterday but I have not yet received the refill. I booked the refill on Jul 14th morning.
The staff of this enterprise are polite and do their work well but require to hear an earful from customers to get moving. You'll need to call them several times a day to get your work done. They don't respond to "please deliver the gas cylinder today" to which they'll reply "It will be delivered today sir" which doesn't happen.
But transfers and surrenders are done in a flash.
The delivery person was polite and setup the gas stove perfectly.
This enterprise is run completely by Women Staff which is commendable.
These guys not providing good service, Once you take the connection and booked for refill cylinders, You have to call multiple times and they don’t gave answer your call, they don’t care about customer satisfaction.your refill cylinders going to delivery after 4 to 5 days
I have a bad experience. I stay in ITI township B area and though this location comes under their delivery zone they always use to complain to come to this location and I use to pay some money just as a tip and recently the delivery guy demanded more money for the last two times, I asked him why? Now I see there’s a change in the agency for me and moved me from Pratek to Rashmi gas agency.
How ridiculous it is that the agent could simply decides not to serve the customer who belong to his area of service and the customer could nothing about it and tossed between one agency to another
Really poor service. They cancel orders without informing consumers. Have to follow up multiple times to get delivery. The delivery person disconnects phone when you follow up. Please avoid this agency
They never answer the call and when we called back they kept phone busy i have called more than 30 times today so pathetic no point to put review as they dont even care abt the review
I might have to surrender and switch to a customer friendly service. Never delivers cylinders on time, never pick calls and staff does not care about your time.
Very bad response.if you call them over phone, they might receive once after 1000 calls. Service is very bad and no one bothered to pick the call for any help.
I booked cylinder online and paid, delivery boy called more than one week and address but till today he did not delivered whenever I call him he is saying that will come in 1 hr, till today nothing is happening and he is delivering near to my home when I ask he gave cylinder and charged 50 rs and not giving receipt, don't know to whom need to complaint on this
I have been asking the man who gets the cylinder to get a proper one, the condition of the cylinder is worst, see the uploaded images. It's been 3 continuous month. I am totally unhappy with you service
Bad service we are paying 600 /- for gas and the service charges as well but the delivery guys ll not lev the gas without taking extra if v r not giving thm money thy won't even give the gas don't kw what the ppl r doing in offc if call to the number no one responds
I have booked for refill of cyclinder and without delivering the cyclinder I got a message it's delivered, when tried calling agencies they least bother to pick the phone and answer. When I visited for enquired the lady who is sitting in the counter tells it will be delivered next day. No proper response towards the consumer.
Friendly staff at front desk, male person at desk is so polite and will give time answer all quries regading procedure to get new connection.before visiting Prateek ent I went to Murali ent for new connection, those guys will force you to buy gas store for instant connection else they make us wait for 12-15 days they will look into application only if we keep in touch either over call or physcally. My filled application was pending at murali for 13days.even staff are rude and dont know how to deal with users. If you are choosing between murali and prateek go for prateek.you will get peace of mind at prateek. I recived connection in 5 days. Processing of connection is very smooth. No verification of gas stove, no bribe, no long wait.thses guys wont force you to buy gas stove from them.
The person who comes for delivery is always very rude in behaviour. Very strange they demand money but that person is not even ready to carry the clyinder and keep it inside.very harsh. Better don't opt this enterprises. This is very bad
I had Worst experience with the staff. They behave like old govt employees.though I have submitted KYC they have not updated in the records which made me to visit them again and wanted my time
I found their service is good only. Within 15 minutes i got my paper works done and got cylinder next day. Although delivery boy charge 30 rupees. Strange!
Awesome people, it only took 3 days for new gas connection, People where very kind and they knows English, Hindi, Tamil, kanada, telgu so it is Very easy to communicate and I submitted my address details and got the approval from 3 days, and it got delivered with in 2 days
Unfriendly staff. Worst service. They never respond to your phone call during emergency. Don't expect them to help you during crisis like gas leakage. If you call emergency number you will not get response instead they will send automated messages.
My humble request is that don't opt for Prateek Enterprise if you have other options near you. Even supervisors/managers answer irresponsibly.its not worth to give on star. The people dont bother if your canceling the connection.
It's unfortunate that as a HP consumer you have no choice but live with them. I noticed a leak and tried to reach out to them. I tried calling all the possible numbers mentioned but either no one answered or the line was busy. The help line 1906 does not work from your phone. They have mobile number to call for gas leaks but no one answered. I had to get to the office and complain for them to respond. The staff sitting there are a such a pain to talk too. It's like they are there because they are doing you a favor. Insensitive to possible fire situation their response was cold. I lost my nerve. I am switching just because of such useless and irresponsible people!
1. They bluntly refuse to deliver gas based on their convenience. 2. They never pick their office number 3. They don't even pick the emergency / leakage number 4. If you somehow manage to book the gas, the guy never informs you in advance about delivery 5. We have to overpay at least 60 rupees more than the bill amount.
This is the most horrible distribution. Opt for something else and save your life
Useless and worthless bharatgas dealership in Bangalore. Your calls will not be answered anytime. Customer service is very bad and there is always a delay in delivery.
