They attended to my problem immediately and serviced my mixer within 10 minutes. They also explained to me about the extended warranty and what it covers.

Service is fast. Would be better rated if all spares like jar covers, add-on cutting blades etc were available. Vehicle parking even two wheelers is a no go.

They fix free of cost if the repair falls under warranty period.waiting time is more if more people walk in

Have visited the place twice with issues with the mixers, both time the service was impeccable, staff are prompt in attending the issue and give clarity and in most cases including mine they solved the issue within 10-15 min, the whole place functions like well oiled OPD, highly impressed, infact the second time the issue was with a loose screw in the knob which they fixed and we're kind enough not to charge a dime, highly recommended for their skill set and professionalism.

Staff are very courteous technician efficient does the job quickly billing counter is also good pricing seems to be slightly on the higher side. Appears the service charges are included in the price but very reliable and original spares

Got my Preeti Mixer Serviced. The service agent was polite and courteous.
However, the sales and service should be handled by separate team.
The centre should install automatic token machine to avoid crowding and confusion.

I took my mixie for repair n I just surprised the speed with which the technician handled the repair n returned within no time. Ecellent team is present. Such service centres are required for all the gadgets from all the brands.

One of the worst service in market. You'll never get call or sms for service schedule and they will say after 1 week it's lapsed

Service center lacks a basic knowledge on why it is established, customer would like to see his/her products to be as good as new when it is serviced by Service Centre professionals, and the best part is that they don't even acknowledge that.tough for a customer

This place is on a main road and found it difficult to find a parking space for a 4 wheeler. Had to park on a street little far away and walk.

Waiting time 4hours, no place to sit.they do not accept items for repair and hold, asked to wait for hours together, very disorganized. Bad and not satisfied with service support.

Firat of all it is in a small lane and not at all visible. Lousy management and indifferent staff.

The approach and service is good. But not giving warranty for the motor see replacement of 110v will not augur wrll. Atleast there must be reasonable pricing.
