Prerana Polyclinic - Best Gastroenterology and ENT clinic

Dr. Rajkishori is an amazing ENT doctor. I had terrible throat pain due to inflammatory tonsillitis and the pain was excruciating. I consulted Her and withik few minutes she was able to diagnose and she prescribed medicines which suited best to my condition.within 1 dosage I could feel much better.absolutely and highly recommended for any of the ENT needs.

I am in treatment for fatty liver and visited Dr K S Purnachandra multiple times. He is a very good doctor and does diagnosis very well and provides minimum good medicine for the treatment.

Had been here to get my colonoscopy done by the Dr Poorna Chandra, the doctor was very comforting, observant and responsible throughout the procedure. Thanks to Mamatha madam who was kind and helpful.

We got medicine for migrain though we spoke about symptoms of frequent burp, vomitting sensation. The doctor was not ready to listen to us and made fun of our health issues we spoke about.
I do not recommend this doctor, we wasted our time, money.

Dr Poornachandra is a very good doctor, he's kind, courteous and asks your health issues to every detail. He is witty in his way he explains things and makes the patient feel lighter:)

Absolutely useless receptionists. You have to keep asking for each and every bill that they are authorised to provide, card machines not working, not having enough cash for change. They made me wait so long just to get an proper bill from them. Do not recommend this place at all. Such slow staff, they don't even understand the basics

He is a good doctor but his prescribed medicine give temporary relief and testing lab under this clinic charges high and reports are not satisfactory

Dr. Poornachandra is a great doctor, however he is a private practitioner with a very limited availability. I consulted him in 2016-17. Back then, he was associated with Fortis. I believe the good Doctor has joined Sparsh Hospital. Nowadays, it is hard to get a hold of him (-1 for that: ().

He is always patient, caring, and has great "bedside manner".

What went well in the past:
1. Listened & answered questions,
2. He does check you physically (if situation demands),
3. Highly knowledgeable,
4. Explained conditions well,
5.friendly doctor.
6. Never writes unnecessary tests.

Services- They do provide the endoscopy, colonoscopy and other relevant and important procedures at their clinic.

Hygienic.

Parking is apt for 2 wheelers as it is in a residential area. You could park car in the nearby locality.

What could be improved: Long wait times.

Dr.poorna chandra is like God to me I am getting his treatment for ibs for a period of time in the middle I had some break so didn't see him then 2020 I meet him again.he treated me so well now I am perfectly alright getting my health and increasing my weight.i am so thankful to Dr.poorna chandra.thanks Dr

Worst time management. Couldn't get to see the Doctor ever after waiting for 40 mins post my appointment time.

Wondering what's the point of getting an appointment prior to the consultation? Very unprofessional staff.

I had scheduled an appointment for endoscopy for my 70 yr old relative. Would definately not recommended this place as they are simply unprofessional and only focussed on making money. Below were my experiences:

1. They initially quoted ₹2700 on call and since my relative is a poor farmer from village they told me to speak to doctor at clinic and they will consider additional discounts. They also told us to be at the clinic sharp at 8: 45am as Doctor will not be available after 9am
2. While we promptly waited at the said time, the doctor actually came at 9: 25am. Doctor had no time to explain or let us know what he would be doing. He completed the procedure and barely spoke to us for 20 seconds before rushing out.
3. Suddenly after that, instead of giving us any concession, receptionist says to pay ₹3700 (thousand more) saying they had to do additional tests. Highly unethical and unprofessional
4. Upon requesting to speak to doctor, they say it's not possible and insist to pay money
5. Receptionist arrogantly also says that you can put what ever review you want and we are not bothered as in Bangalore we have many scapegoats like you. I haven't seen such arrogant, rude and unprofessional behaviour so far in any hospital / clinic.

Thank you Doctor for explaining your ethics in your reply below:
1.fleece the patient's if they are blue collared. Doesn't matter if patient is a marginal farmer - son in law is a blue collared guy who will pay anyway!
2. Take signature from a 70 yr old patient without briefing what is written on the consent form.
3. Once the patient has come you can do any tests without informing the patient or attendant and charge them anything - after all the patient's do not have an option or right to know.

Dr. Rajkishori Godhi was sensitive, knowledgeable, caring and efficient during my consult. Dr. RajKishori Godhi later, on her own interest and concern guided me to life-style changes. She allowed me to express my concerns and resolved very well. Unlike other Doctors, I was not asked to undergo lab tests, nor did the Clinic try to get me back for follow up. All acts indicated they cared about patient health.
On my way out, I stopped by the Receptionist/Office Manager and they denied any fee - as I had recently visited for similar issue. This left me embarrassed, guilty as I had received great value of services. With this experience I can say that this clinic is for Patient Welfare and they are their to help and serve in a efficient, professional manner. My sincere thanks to Dr. Rajkishori Godhi and staff for the outstanding service which showed empathy, patient welfare more than anything.

Problem not at all solved!
It's been two months I've used the prescribed medicine.and I see no improvement at all.
And they haven't looked back at the same

Is a good clinic with multi speciality doctors including gastro entrologist, skin doctor, ENT. You need to book appointment prior to visiting doctor.
