Actual flat area is 40% of what carpet area is quoted.carpet area quoted is 1200 but in actual not even looks like 800. Fake, dont buy and get trapped.

One of the best projects due to access to metro, school inside, great build quality by L&T (sub contractor to Prestige), top notch club house at a reasonable affordable price.while it may be a bit far from the city.but city boundaries are always expanding.and with WFH options this is a great deal.
1 and 2 BHK carpet area is very less, loading is more, and very expensive looks like average quality, I had seen Prestige tranquility budigere, looks similar (poor) quality
The management process is too slow. To pass the cheque and to provide the sales deed i waited for 1 month. Worst than government office need to call and remained them every day. Very poor and unprofessional customer service executives.
They are selling only with brand name and flashy presentation. Paid to many microsites to advertise and do bookings. Its like creating more wider net to trap. CUSTOMER SERVICE is worst in this organization. Right from Top to Lower levels. Its Including the CRM head.may be they are lost in wonderland as they dont know the team doing. Customer is Just Suffering.
After sale's done.the Sales Guys dosent know you. They dont answer the messages/mails. For the formality on construction updates they share what can push to ask for next installment. Final construction is of so poor quality. This need to be highlighted to owners and new investors and Buyers of the there property. They simply cant cheat and leave existing customers suffer. If still they don't respond that shows this company has reached to its peak to fall back.
Good apartment but prestige people allowing to unathourised interior vendor to finish the flat interior work, we got checked material of qnest interiors those brothers are worst in industry/ they will bring the plywoods from kerala cheap material, my colleague got struck from this vendor, so kindly others flat owners be alert

Very poor response from the customer service dept and legal team of their office on Brunton road. The legal documents verification was not arranged for in spite of my repeated mails. This i did not expect from a the Prestige people, which i had high hopes and i paid half of the amount till now. The executives are spoiling the reputation which Prestige has.
Located in the good area, and you get a very good view from the top floors. The construction quality looked good. But, the flats such as 1 & 2 bhk are small sized and expensive.

Can anyone imagine the trouble of buyer caused by Prestige Constructions / Prestige Jindal City Management who had been delaying the project handover to them who already paid Installments in full and not getting the handover to live. Prestige lousy CRM’s has been tricking all lies, standard copy paste replies as guided by the irresponsible management.
There is no customer-oriented approach and they have hired CRM’s who are good for nothing and can spend whole life as puppets. Simply Pathetic!
These guys have derived a new term “ Handover for Interiors” and fooling customers, since they have not completed the project and still need the buyers to pay all installments on time. They don’t want to give the houses to buyers who have already paid and wanted to start living. New Buyers be cautious with there Plans as not sure what’s going on behind the curtains ………. Just Invest your hard earned money with caution. Demand everything in writing not less the owners of the company………CRM’s, Sales, Project Team’s are having no control on commitments.

One of the best place to buy a flat in Bangalore from a reputed group like "Prestige". I had visited this place for site visit & was really impressed by their overall planning for the entire campus. It consists of 2 phases & eventually as of now majority r already sold out. They have planned all basic amenities inside the campus so u don't have to go out for anything. In terms of connectivity, also its excellent. U have buses to a lot of parts of Bangalore at just walkable distance & & the metro station is also under construction which is just at 2min walk from this apartment. The construction quality is top notch as L&T construction is doing all work. For 2bhk pricing start at 70lakh (900sq ft approx) My experience with their sales team was also good
