One of the prime properties in Bangalore South near to Doddakallsandra Metro Station. The Amenities are great and with the high rise views are also amazing. Most sophisticated property around.
Giving 2 stars only for the service I received from Prestige coz they will genuinely help you throughout and the surrounding is also nice. Please note that I am appreciating only the service here, the people were good but not the construction or architecture. Some drawback is that the architecture could have been better, the parking is not economical and there is a lot of space wastage, instead they could have expanded homes instead.
The reduction in number of stars is mainly due to worst maintenance. Sometimes I get scared due to the politics in region wise and also when the elected members try to shower their power. Staying in a township my whole life where there was no discrimination based upon the region you belong to, I find it uncomfortable here. Also the concerns raised by you won’t be entertained by the maintenance.
DON’T EVER BUY ANY FLAT IN GROUND FLOOR ESPECIALLY IN PRESTIGE. THE PARKING IS FAR, THE RULES FOR YOU WILL BE DIFFERENT AND THE NOISE AROUND. THE LIFT HERE IS SOME OLD QUALITY. SOMETIMES I DONT FEEL LIKE I HAVE BOUGHT A FLAT INSTEAD I FEEL I AM AT HOSTEL TRYING TO ADJUST THE INJUSTICE AROUND.
Update: ALSO THE PEOPLE HERE ARE ARROGANT. They feel like they are the only important people. And these apartments are not pet friendly especially cats. They have made one teeny tiny pet area but that is only for dogs. Dogs and cats can’t go to same area. If you have pet, you are discriminated in a place like this. Mostly because the people who are leading this place don’t exactly understand the science.
Anyways I am regretting buying flat here. Hence reducing the stars to 1. Cannot give less than this. Also coming towards prestige maintenance its worst. I see grasses growing everywhere plans are not trimmed. And messages are sent not to use the grass for beauty. This is the irony here as they themselves don’t maintain it.
Just an advice if you are woman unmarried young adult please don’t buy. They prefer to talk properly with a man. In my case I don’t have dad and I live with my sister and my mom. I have seen discrimination for the first time after coming here. Before this I have stayed in township and I know how the facilities should be maintained. People here make simple things complicated and they come first for complaint.
I am going to sell this flat soon maybe for a millennial person. Not suitable for people in my generation.
Everything is great here except easy to get lost in parking. There is in-house retail store, salon and many other amenities one can take advantage of. There are many shops just outside the apartment. The property is clean as it’s new and security staff is super helpful.
One of the Prime Property of Prestige group. It's near to uttarahalli and has around 12 towers with a good lawn, walking place and child playing area. Iskcon temple is located near by. There is a lake next to the property.
We visited Prestige Lakeridge multiple times between 2019-21. The society offers 1 BHK to 3.5 BHK units and has a total of 12 towers.
What we liked about the society was: 1. Clubhouse and other other amenities 2. Light and Ventilation on higher floors of Tower 10 3. Well thought-out and functional floor plans 4. Reliability of booking with an A grade builder
However, we did not book a flat here owing to the following: 1. Location: Apart from the society and a Pride society nearby, there is very little development. 2. Society has about 1100 flats, which would make it difficult to book amenities like mini theater, etc. 3. The lake adjacent to the project was not a lake but more of a marsh when we visited.

Look good from outside, but substandard. Basic like water quality, power backup doesn't work. Maintenance is already terrible from PPMS.they never respond.
Am sure in a few years this complex will turn terrible.
Spending so much money and buying a house here was the biggest mistake of our life. Please don't go for outer look. The building is very very weak. You can feel the vibration when the people from upper floor walk normally. And coming to authorities - Mr. Sharma, Sarala, Rakshit and Lokesh. Everyone are equally useless when you raise a complaint. They are only here to mint money and very very disrespectful.we cant expect help from Prestige authorities who are physically present inside the property for help in any case of emergency. They will allow you to die washroom items, floor, water nothing is in place here. Please don't trust the brand and waste money.
