We had bought a pressure cooker which was defective. That was not building pressure while cooking and wanted a exchange But these people do notbother to listen to customer. We did not get exchange. Very bad service. Very unhappy.

Staff especially the Security man was very helpful.

It is on the main road, on top of SBI. Parking can be a problem, service is good, product available.

I read some negative reviews but was greeted nicely here, they give tokens as soon as we reach and attend us before the token time if they are free which is appreciated. We asked for a spare part for a 10 year old model of prestige gas and they provided it quickly which we couldn't get anywhere in Karnataka. Great service

No phone is share in this and area manager is very slow in finishing a task. Not all satisfied by the prestige service personnel. People should stop buying products of their this kind of service they provide here.

You have to wait 2-3 hrs to give your faulty product to service and then they will ask you to come back after week, no one calls you. When you go to pick up the services product, again you have to wait for 1-3 hrs to collect the product. They are still in stone age

It’s one of the worst product & much worse customer support!
It’s been almost 2 months I’m following up with the team just for the repair of a tawa, no response to any mails or calls. My sincere recommendation to all, pls DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR WARRANTY POLICY & buy it. There are many better products out there in the market.

The concerned person at the reception argues that the non-stick coating which is coming out from the tava is edible and there would no problem if cooking is done on the damaged tava. The manager, and the reception did not give warranty although there it was in warranty. Tried to replace the product by giving 50 percent discount. Pathetic service. Don't come here. Dont buy from Prestige.

Tokenized system. Supporting staff. Visited for lid replacement. Though the exact lid was not available, staff tried with many different lids so that they kind find the replacement.
