They should fire everyone there. And Prestige should cancel there franchise. Stupid staff, specially that woman who picks up the phone and disconnects the call
We came here for the problem of our new pressure cooker. It's a very small place which is cluttered with many utensils, it doesn't look like a service center from the inside. Prestige has to maintain its quality of stores for after sales services too. There is a board outside through which we can identify this, otherwise we never think this will be a service center.
I tried to call them multiple times but they never picked up. Due to which i had called multiple times to the customer care of prestige to verify whether this center is working currently or not. They should attend the calls of the customers.
Coming to the service we thought the pressure cooker was damaged. The lady in the service centre was nice and listened to our problem and checked the cooker. But there is no damage in the cooker and it is working fine. She told politely about what things to consider before cooking with a pressure cooker.
We rated 3 stars cause of the staff not picking the calls and the visible quality of the physical space. And as there is no defect with the pressure cooker, we don't know how much time they will take to get ready the things if it's damaged and how efficiently they will do.
Worst service. I just got back the induction from this service center, it's again showing the same problem. Waste of time. (Go give, again go back take. Repeat)
Not a very good maintenance support. Minor repairs ok. Did not find skillful technicians. Does not give work order reference and poor tracking of work given.
Definitely genuine Prestige Service centre. Just near Prestige exclusive showroom. Would have given 5 star, but my induction required follow up call to start the repair as they failed on their commitment.
Service not done here, told to go to lalbagh road far off place from jp nagar, attended in jp nagar 24th main, they do not help, worst experience for senior citizen to shunt from one place to another place without any care for servicing
This is not a direct prestige center, but a franchisee. They take no responsibility for the prestige brand; If you raise a complaint online, you have the option to drop the item at any of these centers. But these folks refused to take my item as I already raised a complaint, and told me to get a technician directly from Prestige. They are rude, unprofessional and disorganized. This is a very old house and all items are dumped randomly on the floor. There is no systemmatic collecting and billing process. When I visited, they delivered an item to a wrong person. Fortunately, the person detected this and refused to take. Else the item would have been lost for the real owner. Last but not the least, the front-desk man is a bit rude, disorganized. You have to wait patiently in the street until he attends to YOUR work.
We went to resolve the problem of induction. They were very supportive. They resolved our problem very quickly. From the start they were clear about service charges.
Went there @9 am, stayed till 9: 30 am. As per to them the service center will open 9am Saturday specially. Waited 30 minutes. After 30 minutes the guy said your induction is cheap quality and the problem will come again. No solution he gave. P.s prestige stop spending money on advertising and work on your service center.
Good Service, the response on the phone was very good. There was no delay in attending to the customers. We we're in and out pretty quick. The service center is actually pretty difficult to spot, as there is a prestige store right next to the service center and easy to mistake it with.
