Prestige Service Centre

Actually we had to vist this service center just because our cooker lid which got stuck on the cooker. The person in that service centre who helped us with the cooker was really great and friendly, he solved our problem in just 3 mins. It was really unbelievable!

Went for my Prestige Induction repair, it showing current on vessel while cooking. The guy charged by charging 800 for sake of board repair. Still the problem persist even after checking house earthing.

THEY DID NOTHING PUT SOME FAKE CHARGE OF 800.

Had a bad experience with Prestige Water Kettle's repair service. Went in for a basic button change and got a bill of ₹350. When I questioned it, they consulted the owner and lowered it to ₹200. Heard others had similar issues. Their pricing seems unfair and unclear. Be careful before using their services!

We went to fix out induction under warranty.
Although it looks like slum, but service was ok ok,
Internet was not working there so we had to make the ticket ourselves, but the induction cooker got fixed in 1 day. So overall happy

One place in Mahadevpura area where all prestige or non-prestige cookers get repaired in a timely manner. Also I got my prestige kettle repaired here in reasonable price.

Have visited and shared my details but the owner of prestige service center not interested to provide pretige original new part on request.

Basically it turn out normal repair shop who have prestige service center tag buy with no special service of brand.

I followed up twice to get mop stick and lid knob but still not reply no action.

Still normal service he can still do like how we find other near by vendors. But not worth going so far because of prestige tag.

Great service. I got my four pressure cookers serviced here. The person who serviced it had good knowledge. He replaced a whistle for one, gaskets for 2, and the whistle nozzle for another and also he flattened the bulged base of one of the cooker.

We gave a bullet mixi for repair, but it's been almost 25 days still they have not repaired yet. They are telling the parts have not come. And not giving a rough date when we will receive it.

I visited to check some spare parts for my Hobtop gas stove. All the parts which I needed were available. The person who is in charge there is very helpful. Reasonable price.

I went for Induction stove switch replacement, he added servicing charge as well. The replaced switch stop working in 2 months. This time again he asked for service charge which is more than double the actual charge.
Over that you need to wait for 2 days for small work. Attitude problem is also there with owner.

Worst ever experience from a Prestige service Center. Lot of false commitments and they uses duplicate or refurbished items for replacement while repairing.
None of the technicians does have any proper knowledge including Sripada

Gave my prestige induction cooktop here for repair. 1st he said it will be 700₹ for new part and then 1 month of waiting he said that it can't be repaired as the product is no more available and new parts r not available. I also didn't want to spend 700₹ on old but good induction. So i told to put 2nd hand part if he gets for 450₹. Told me it will take another 1 month and I waited and called back again. He kept making me wait and mostly he didnt remember about my product when I called him after a month. So i said shall I remind after a week. He said no need of that. It's been 6 months now and never got my induction stove repaired. Now i don't even think it's available there to collect as he must have sold out the good parts to someone else and made minimum 1000. But if i go to collect my product i have to give 100₹ for checking the issue. Not taking my items here again!

I have given bullet mixer for repair like 4 weeks ago still it's not done and even the mixer is in warranty this guys won't respond for calls
