My induction cooktop stopped working within a month and the support was very pathetic. While the call center people tried to help me with setting home visits, the ground level service guy called and asked me to take the equipment to the centre. He refused to come and solve. After multiple attempts of me chasing the support center, a person finally fixed it. It was horrible that one has to struggle so much to get their willingness to solve their product's problems.
Poor quality mixie. Spare parts not available (may be because it's still under warranty, no interest in fetching it faster) Totally disappointed with the stack up model mixie performance and delayed servicing.
I called at given number. First of all, the person who attended my call responded very unprofessionally. I told her that I am not at my home. She was reluctant that she needs model number to book repair service. After all this, they didn’t book repair service.
I decided not to buy prestige product in future and get my useless gas stove repaired from outside agency.
Had taken an electric kettle for service, they literally took around 20 days just to replace a switch, which didn't last for even 10 days. Pathetic service.
I had visited for mixer grinder repairing. My grinder was not getting started. Without opening the machine, the customer care technician told that motor has to be replaced and it will cost around 1500 including service tax. I did not do that because I had doubt and instead got it repaired in a local shop with Rs. 230 only. There was no motor problem, only some switch issue inside machine. I request Prestige Company to keep proper technician who will atleast open the machine and check throughly.
Billing is neither appropriate nor ethical. They provide a hand written bill which doesn't mention anything specific about the task performed or parts replaced.
Called the service centre to get my gas stove serviced. They told me they will send a executive within 2 days but it's more than 10 days. Forget about servicing they have not even called to tell the cause for delay. Very bad service
Very responsive staff. Explained the problem and the approximate cost of fixing. He also adviced us on the precautions to be taken to prevent recurrence.
After an appointment was scheduled, i was told i’d get a call in 48 hours regarding when the workers could arrive.i called everyday for 4 days after the the 48 hours, and was told they’d arrive the next day each time.finally on the 4th day i was given the number of the professional that would come, and he answered my call told me he’d call after 10 minutes, which he didn’t.after two hours when i called him back he answered and cut the call and ignored me. I called the prestige service center again and they gave me the number for the manager of the bangalore service center and he told me as well that he’d call back, which he didn’t.extremely unprofessional, lazy and the company seems committed on all fronts to deliver the worst possible experience and service possible.
Worst service centre. Don't go there at all if your product is out of warranty. They are extremely costly, just visit some local shop instead. Staffs are also rude, they behave like they are in a govt office. I'll not buy any prestige item from now onwards because of their bad service centres.
Worst experience. Here they take more than 10 days to come to home for service. On top of that they say parts are not available. Prestige has the worst service.
The Service provided is not good. We gave our mixer for repairing, they told they'll give after 1 week. It's been 3 weeks they're delaying to repair. Service centre Maintainence very poor.
Quick service. But still not professional. Earlier I had interacted with Rajajinagar service centre, which is far better, Especially product service point of view.
I felt, technically thismthis centre is not strong and bad interaction with customers. They are busy with their own work. Hardly care for customers.
They will cheat you. They will speak politely and get the otp for work done before completing work and will not respond after that. Would not recommend. A job that would be done in “10 minutes” has been going on for nearly a week with only false promises from the owner.
Technicians are unskilled. I visited two times for same problems. But they are not able to solve it. Staff are not supporting. They told that you can go to the head office near to Lal Bagh.
Received good service. Though it took some time to resolve the issue. Parking is a concern at this location. Brand like prestige must have a better service center to address the customer problems. The office is very small and congested. I have struggled even parking my Two wheeler. Hope they will improve the facilities.
The staff are totally unprofessional. They don't know even how to treat with customer. I visit there for my cooker whistle they tell us this is not prestige product they are given you some local brand but that is only prestige brand when I went second day with same whistl then he said yes it is
Staff don't care about customers, when i visited with cooker handle problem, staff care less saying, we don't go head office, when we go to head office, then only we get your handle fixed, or you only go to lalbagh road to get it fixed, one of worst service
I had a problem with my LPG stove, auto ignition knob. They kept it for 2 weeks, waiting for some spares (not sure which spare part) And when it was finally ready, they gave it back to me in a worse condition—it is dirty and had scratches.
Bad service, zero communication—every time I called, they had no idea what I was talking about. The manager blames his technicians. So sad!
I had problem with my mixer grinder which was in warranty. I visited this service centre.thought as usual they will give some reasons and send me back. I was surprised by the way they cared for thr customers.escpecially the lady in the front office was very helpful and polite in attending. My mixer was ready in few minutes. Thanks Team for the wonderful job.
They have moved into a new building. It's in the double road, Indira nagara. They provided quick service, in about 25 minutes to my induction cook top. The staff were friendly. Nice, and satisfactory.
Service center owner name Pravin using abuse language with customers. I have submitted my induction past 1 week ago he has not even touch that induction. And on call told us that product is not ready and he will give us replacement. But when I reached his office he was deciding the conversation on call. And using abuse language with me. Very worst service.
A small place right in the heart of busy Double Road in Indiranagar, I found it difficult to locate as it's in side gully and not on the main road. The staff was courteous and helpful.
They’re authorised Prestige Service Center! They service everything from Pressure cookers to induction stoves! Staff are friendly. Only thing is that, the place is a bit hard to find (it’s on the first floor) and the place is small. If there are more than 3-4 people, the place gets crowded! The parts available are all at affordable rates! (Company specified)
Prestige prestige everywhere but not a single service center at the designated place. Kept calling the customer care and was offered 2 numbers which apparently are out of service.
