Prestige Sunrise Park

This place is “safe haven” for residents especially for pet owners. Ever since I moved into this appartment, me and my pet are happy. Secondly, amenities are really good, almost all the amenities are functional all the time.

2bhk rent: 30k (including maintenance)

It is well maintained society with little moisture in some rooms. But in 2023 rents have shooted up as compare to maintenance. We were paying 30k for 3 bhk including maintenance but now rent shotted to 52 including maintenance with in 2 months. House owner don't pay for basic repair. And gives a notice period of 15 days to empty the property. They have a owners groups and Union to harrass tenants.

Society in general looked good.
Online platforms have fraud listings of this place. Do not send anyone any money through QR. If the rent looks quite low, be cautious. Its probably a scam!

The amenities are not at all well maintained, specially the basketball courts. The security guards close the basketball courts at 8: 15pm itself causing a lot of Inconvenience to office going people who want to play till late evening. The rent is too high which is not at all justified because of the ill maintained amenities.

Don't ever take a flat here or in the area, u will be continuously disturbed with azan sounds throughout the day from multiple mosques all competing to make sound as loud & as long as possible.

A place with superb amenities. Positive vibes, greenery, fresh air & what not. Looking forward to stay in Electronic City 1, go for Prestige.

Expectations from a prestige property were high but this one is Not well maintained. The corridors aren't cleaned regularly by the maintainence teams. Nice outdoor space with greenery.

It's a very big society with multiple amenities, not an ideal location for people traveling to airport.

The building has amazing infrastructure and is well maintained as well. Staff is really friendly and amenities such as children's park, gym, huge club House and also multiple courts for basketball, football and lawn tennis are well maintained and taken care of. The apartment location is prime as it is right next to the main road.

Superb apartment. Unique feature being big open grounds size of football field. Nicely planned between two of prestige apartments.

Water seepage through walls during rainy season. Other than that maintenance is pretty good. No public transport available to the place. And the road to the appartment is not very good

I'll definately not recommend this place. The management has done a very poor job of maintaining the place. There are move in and move out charges for which they clearly told me they won't provide invoice. Which I am sure is not just wrong but also illegal.

Prestige brochure mentions that the space between Birchwood and Norwood is reserved for proposed Peripheral Ring Road. Depending on what you want this may be a good or bad thing. Amenities are really nice. L-shaped living/dining area is too small and for some floor plans, lot of space wasted in foyers and behind doors.

Gated society, very clean, many building tower of 20+ height, plenty space for parking, club is there and offers lot of games at resonable price of membership.

Very badly managed
1. PPMS pick up call after long ring wait.
2. No cleaning done in parking facility.
3. Lifts are malfunctioned most of the time, repair takes ages to resolve.
4. Swimming pool mostly untidy.
5. Common lobby cleaning happens once in a while

I strongly do not recommend this place to those who do not want daily hassle of life.

If you are looking for apartment in electronic city phase-1 then this is the apartment you should go for. It has all the major amenities but most importantly, the distance to all major office are close by. You can walk to your office from the apartment. The community is very nice and decent. All the departmental stores also near by. Cheers!

Exellent apartment with all amenities for the residents.very well maintained lawns and the general cleaning is very good.security guards are very alert in their duties and nobody can enter the apartment without their permission.

I was thinking to purchase flat and visited few flats. I feel price is overrated for this locality. I suspect construction quality not that great, many walls are getting moisture already. Go around the towers and check the walls in basement. I would say around 6K per/sqft is highest price. Few owners quoting 80 to 90 Lakhs for 2 BHK, that is really too much. They are showing 6 acre land in between Birchwood and Norwood and quoting high price. Remember, this is going to be BDA property and new peripheral ring road will occupy this 6 acre land. Think and invest.

One of the best societies in Electronic City phase 1. Lots of open space, beautiful swimming pool, well maintained clubhouse, and lots of parking area for visitiors.

Today society organised Holi event, that amazing. Well organised with nice ambiance.
BBQ RIDE was an surprise in party. Residents enjoyed the event. Many applause to the organisers. Well done team.

Live here and love it.this is not one of those highly advertised luxury living apartments by Prestige but the quality of construction and amenities is still quite superior compared to what you will get from most other builders.

Nice and spacious apartment complex with all amenties. Very close to electronic city phase 1 offices.

Well maintained society. Washrooms were clean and nice swimming pool. Apart from a little less footfall due to less occupancy, didn't face any other challenges on 26th. In terms of residential point of view, it is a good society.

I visited this place on the 26th and I really like the ambience and society.it's beautiful. I highly recommend this place.

PATHETIC society association. On 26th January along with event management company association members of society cheated lot of vendors by committing wrong information that 80% apartment in society are occupied and thinking that we will get good walk-in crowd we had kept stall there but on day of event we realized that hardly 20% of apartment was occupied. We felt cheated by event management company and society association. I hope the society people keep tracks of their accounts since lot of money have gone in pockets of association members.

Its an awesome place to live. Luxurious residential apartment with all kind of amenities and all are well maintained.prestige did a good job. Connectivity also good. 24 x 7 security and full backup. All amenities are currently free. Its worth for the money. Water is available by 24/7 but its supplied by tanker. In electronic city water issue is common. My experience its highly recommended.

Attended flea market on 26th republic day, nice to see society is organizing such events.there were lot of different products in hadnycraft, fashion, electronics.and food stalls.keep up the good work.no doubt the society is one of the best in bangalore.i would like to put up a stall in your next event

Republic day flea was very good, decent crowd and buying crowd.please do put up regularly. Society is very good.one of the best place in electronic city

Prestige and the republic day flea market was a total scam and even the organisers are involved in this scam. There are no apartments occupied as there is no water in that area and the flea market organisers ensure to hype this place and charge exorbitant prices for the stall with zero return

Great residential apartments with excellent facilities like Swimming pool, Squash, multiple tennis courts, Badminton court, large jogger’s Park, Senior citizen walk area, kids play area, well equipped gym, tennis, snooker area, indoor games, yoga room, mini theatre, function halls for residents etc. An excellent place to live at.

They invited us for stall and charged Rs. 5000 and assured at least 3000 people will come in 26th January event. But maximum 100-200 people was gathered. All the stall owners had a huge loss on that event.
My fried never go to this society or not invest a single rupees in any event in Prestige Bitchwood. They will cheat you like us.

Nice place. Good ambience with lot of greenery around. Well maintained society with young and decent crowd. It’s.a pair of society birch wood on one side and Norwood on other side with lot of plantation in between. Compared to other peers in the area it’s good society to live in. Republic Day flea was lively with good people and association people were always around. This society has good potential for future flea markets or exhibitions.

One of the best apartment for people living in electronic city phase I. Near to all leading software company. All facilities like gym, swimming pool, children's park, two floor underground covered parking facility, security etc are available. Not so crowdy place, so conveniently a worth living place. Well maintained by the maintenance staffs. Neat and clean. Not so much costly as compared to Bangalore environment. Overall a good place to live.

Had kept stall on republic day we got such a great crowd inside apartment on republic day that we finished our entire year turnover in single day. Association people made buying contract with us for entire year so we don't have to work anymore and talking about crowd on republic day was so high that people in stall area did not have space to walk. People from all over Bangalore where invited to come to flea market.

Recently visited the apartment for flea market. The society is good to live in terms of amenities and infrastucture. The footfall was not that great but I had sales. My stall price and travel cost price was recovered. Would like to know the price of 2BHK there and where to contact for booking?
