Worst customer service- doesnt carry change, payment server is down and talks rudely when we try to provide alternate options.

Very good sales and service center. They are dealing with customers honestly. Almost all the prestige items available here. Recommending to shop.

Very bad staff, tried selling a set as individual pieces and charging extra 1k for the utensils. Please avoid this shop

Don't take prestige stoves especially hob cuts, they suck. The technician visited twice in the last six months for repairs. God knows what will happen after the warranty expires.

We went to this exclusive prestige showroom. Very worst customer service. Please don't go to this showroom. The person who is in prestige uniform was never bother to answer to our queries. We bought product worth 8k. He has worst behaviour. Don't expect this kind of service from exclusive prestige showroom.

Fraud. Cheat. Worst shop for prestige. Purchased a cooker which didn't function properly after 15 days. They said it will be fixed in 1 week. It's been a month now and I hear only "please come tomorrow"

They might sell you but not service 0/10. Total harassment

Photo shown is of the old location. They have moved to the shopping centre diagonally opposite. Good move as it has parking unlike the earlier location where we had no parking facility. Shop is fine, has the prestige products needed.

I suggest nobody should go to this showroom, very rude staff people they don't even know how to talk with the customer, greedy behaviour, very less stock, they sell used, scratch full product not fresh product.

There is parking space. Prestige showroom is at 1st floor. Went there for repairing the cooker. The guy over there replaced the safety valve. Cooker is fine now.

Have gone there twice or thrice for replacing safety valve now. The cost was 30Rs.

Visited this store yesterday. Behaviour of store people pretty rude. I am not sure whether they are really interested in selling their products or not. Will never visit again. Better to avoid. No wonder, ecommerce is booming. Good luck to store owner

Products are there but no service center on Sarjapura road. Appiances need services regularly and staff not helpful to get appliances repaired.

You just lost a hard core prestige appliances buyer because of lack of service to chopper, blender and electric kettle only 2 years old.

Very bad experience with sarjapur store near kaikondrahalli store. The item that we went to buy was shown but they were defective, one of them looked like used, as glass lid had multiple scratches and the sticker on it indicating loss of original color because of usage. When indicated this they were unhappy and didnot show more pieces and said you can buy from other store. We were buying this item for gifting and could not buy with defects. We ended up getting delayed to the party as had to visit other shops. The store senior was quite arrogant. I shall avoid any further visit to this store

Good stuff. Great collections. If you want a good variety of prestige equipments, this is the place. This showroom can benefit with some marketing and a better customer facing people. That could bring more customers to the place.

You will find lots of options in store. Quality wise anyways prestige is good.

Store staff was rude. He was not interested in explaining the features. I would recommend doing basic R&D before going to store to understand the features better.

Unattended customer waiting for someone to assist with purchasing. They just stood there doing other work. Came after 10 mins and not courteous staff. No interest in showing product.

We visited for 4 stove burner the staff is responsive and helpful in explaining the features. Dileep one of the staff clearly demonstrated with the space requirements and also capacity which was helpful in deciding the model. Since it was a discount season we also got info of exchange offer and 30% discounts along with Amazon pay offers which is best in market even when compared with online prices. Since it is a new branch many models are available and shop kept clean, arranged well.

Very poor service, it's been 4 months, every time they say they will call tomorrow and update on service status

Doesn't have the whole range of products. Didn't find the item I was looking for.

Very bad experience we bought one pressure cooker and it had air pressure releasing. Bad customer service. Substandard product as well.

The service person was not even interested to show the products. He was just relaxing on his chair browsing on his system.

If you want to buy a something, better check online and directly ask him to bill it directly. Don't have any hopes of the sales executive to explain the products there.

Dint even explain about warranty and all until I asked at the end.

These guys are very irresponsible, they take things to repair and will never return you back

You will get all kinds of prestige cooking items, staff is decent and will give company discounts.
