Presto Personalized Gifts - Mantri Square

I buy the pen in online. It’s got delivered after 15 days. Once it’s delivered the product is defective. I send msg in what’s every think.within 2 days they reply they send the refill to same address. After that I flowing every alternate days they are not replying any msg.

Pls don’t buy any think form this presto
Think all products are fake
I think they will buy form footpath wil low quality. They even not eligible to take single star

Worst gift center there is no quality and the price is too high.showcased items are completely differ than the material or product what they deliver to the customer, don't buy here please and don't trust them.

Be care full while book in online, because they didn't mention the decimals like it's in mm or cm.basically illa all studio they tell in cm only but here mentioned 50*50*80 we thought it's in cm but I got I mm.

They tell it's come in mm only but that's common sense in all studio they tell in cm.

Price also high and gift will not come as per our expectation.

Worst experience with Presto. I booked online personalized gift and I was informed it will be 50*50*80 but later when I received the gift it was 50mm. Initially I was not informed that the dimensions will be in mm, probably if I was informed about the size dimensions will be in mm I would have asked to increase the size and would have paid for the same.without any information how will a customer know whether the dimensions will be in mm or cm it is the store responsiblity to inform the size dimensions accrately. They do not inform client in detail about the size and quality, in terms of prize also it's too costly.

Highly disappointed and not recommended.
