Punith came for home collection and he was very professional and polite. The way he collected the samples was very good and it didn’t hurt at all.

Not recommend, no proper seating space, very small, minimal equipment long waiting hours, very chaotic in managing

Very bad service and behaviour of staff. Don't go here if you don't know Kannada. They will speak in kannada even if you don't know the same.

Great experience with Punith from Prima for home collection. Very professional and puntual.

Booked for a home collection a day before and it was a smooth process. The sample collection person (Punit) was on time and did a clean blood collection. However one issue was the cost conveyed to us initially and payment done, even after trying to explain them on initial discussion was asked to pay more.

However the person from branch agreed on compensate on the next checkup or billing

Pathetic service, they don’t take Appointmnts for MRI, saying you can come, ther isn’t much waiting! Once you turn up, they say if in emergency you can wait, you can wait now as well!
They don’t care if you are coming from a far off location! Very disappointing

Waiting time was bit high irrespective of advance booking. But other then that service was good. Doctor and nurses were nice and helpful.

The scan was supposed to start at 8.30am. The person walks in with no time sense at 8.45.
First, the scan is done by a male which is not good. Second, the room where the scan is done always has open doors where 100 people keeps walking in and out, how do you expect the patient to be comfortable? Third, you want the patient to drink water before the scan and you don’t call people inside as per the token number, you send someother people who came in after us. Pathetic! How do you expect the patient to drink water and hold it while you send other people for scan. Why do you have a token system then?

Pricing is on the premium side when compared to Clumax and Aarthi (located close by), while the services offered are executed well, is it worth the substantial premium is debatable.

They seem to give preference for direct walk-ins (who definitely pay a premium of atleast double what the other competitors mentioned charge).

In my observation, individuals who come in through third party (medibuddy, healthians etc) are definitely given a bit of step motherly treatment.

The management definitely needs to pull up their socks on all fronts, Prima used to be the absolute best earlier.

We booked for home sample collection and Punith was prompt and came for sample collection on time. Overall it was a good experience.

Life threatning experience! Pls READ! My family member went for a NCV test couple of weeks back. The patient undergoing the test faced severe discomfort (pain in chest and breathlessness) and requested the technician to stop the test. The technician instead of stopping insisted on continuing the test since it was near completion. Due to this the patient developed life threatning breathlessness and had to be shifted in an ambulance to an emergency care for oxygen support. This is a SERIOUS issue that public needs to to know about what happened at PRIMA diagnostics.

Punith the Lab Technician who came for home collection was good and efficient. Got the reports same day by email.

Useless diagnostic center. They only make money by asking us to take unnecessary tests which the doctor had not recommended.

Edit: Instead of asking for the details of my visit, please sit with your reception team for a day and get to know yourself.

Why should attenders shouldn't accompany the patient while coming for the scan. We are not going to the scan room. We are just waiting outside. It helps the patient morally. You are not doing any free service to just agree to ur words and listen to what ever u say. We are paying money. And the COO is saying this is his hospital he can do anything. What kind of a person he is.

Had to undergo an USG scan of parotid glands.called the centre for appointment and they just said come over.once i went there, they asked me what and i gave the details.they asked me to wait for 10 mins. Then the looong wait started and had no info on when it happens.once i went to the helpdesk and asked, i got a load full of egoistic answer saying.wait.ur name will be called. I understand the walkins are more and its quite busy. But mind you. U R NOT THE ONLY PETER IN TOWN.dont make people to wait just guessing when my turn would come. Just give the indication on when it happens so that we can plan.dont treat patients come for diagnostics as if you are at some obligation to serve us. Professionals wont do that.

I was worked here as accountant but here management and HR is not good and they are not seeing employee as a human beings
If we are not well then also they won't give leave. Late night also they told to work and they won't give proper salary.

This diagnostic is worst center and i dont know she proper name the name is Ambree muslim lady she is worst, she waste my time and wasted my appointment because of shes lazy ness, rude behaviours, all are unprofessional staffs in this center

Heights of incompetency; extremely rude staff. Couldn't help but to write this review out of distress after 2 consecutive disappointment. We had fixed a 3 month NT Scan appointment for my pregnant spouse with Dr. Shilpa at the facility over the phone last week. Our misfortune that we trusted their words and arrived straight at the facility only to get some rude comments "Everyone knows today is a holiday". We stay almost an hour drive from this place & had been there upon recommendation from our OBGYN. There was a similar case earlier as well where I had to return back even after getting an appointment. But this time couldn't resist since my pregnant spouse had to face the trouble. Seems like they take monopolistic advantage of their location with other maternity hospitals near by. Please save yourself the trouble!

I had a horrible experience. Staff is rude. They don't understand that importance of patients. I waited so long with my kid and when I raised complain with staff they asked me to leave. Finally I went opposite side of road Arthi diagnostics which offered good quality services

One major issue with this center is they don't give appointment leading to gathering of crowd in this Covid timing and putting everyone at risk of waiting. This is purely unprofessional practice for diagnostic labs and center and regulatory authorities must take note of it specially loacal bodies like BBMP.

Super proactive staff. Got my executive health check done in 3 hours. Thanks to Chaitra who managed the floor well. Thanks to Veena who takes care of treadmill, etc tests.

Not a good experience. The technicians don't seem to know what they are doing most of the time and on top of that, they scammed me into taking another immediate blood test for ₹3200 that the other places charge lesser than half for. I've visited the centre over 5 times so I can say the overall behaviour of the staff as well as their charges are highly disappointing.

No appointments, have to wait until they call. Too much waiting time even for giving reports. They charge high compared to other diagnostic center. Pay extra and get reports faster, seems like a scam.

Never choose jayanagar center even on doctor's recommendations. Lab technicians are really rude and illmannered. They do their job irritatingly. Charged 10300 for virtual colposcopy which is high. The way they treat patients during diagnosis is unsympathetic and confusing. I am not even sure if the reports were correct on the basis of such diagnosis. They treat patients like objects. Specially during ct.

This place is the best and the staff is so supportive and helpful. If you are searching for a best diagnostic center I personally recommend you to come here.

I have visited for CT scan, I paid the bill and I found it was a very good service at the beginning but I was told like I will receive the report by mail, but it's been 10days I didn't get any report and I follwed up continuosly but still didn't received my reports.

In this pandamic days they are doing their very best to over come the crowd but I hope all support them. I wish u all the very best and keep up the good work. Wonderful experience at Prima Jayanagar. Went for full body health checkup. The process was smooth and flawless.

I had been there on 12th Aug 21 for a blood test. While they have a nice social distancing arrangement at reception and billing area, the arrangement at the room where blood sample is drawn can, at be described as "dangerous" with Covid protocol thrown out of wind. It is a small room and I was asked to sit in a chair for drawing the blood sample. Suddenly one of the staff member brought another patient to the room very close to me to be seated in the next chair. When I objected to it the nab (staff) said there are two chairs and we can bring the patients. While in the reception area alternate chairs are blocked for maintaining social distancing, in this room where, actual patients come, no norm is followed. When I was giving this feedback at the reception /billing area this man (staff) came there and started shouting at me. It is better to avoid this Lab.

Please be wary of this lab. The lab gave us wrong results in our D-Dimer report, instead of a value of 120, they had shown the results as 12000. This error on their part led to an entire night of running around for hospitals and doctors and spending so much money for things my father did not require at all. Absolutely disappointed that a center as big as this can not give a decent report. I have been calling them since morning to confront them about the same and they are not even picking up. Will never recommend this place to anyone! Don't go here unless you want results that are inaccurate!

An horrifying experience @ prima diagnostic today.
Had been for a Abdominal scan.
Was waiting with immense pain for more then an hour and was repeated requesting for help to the People incharge. However there is this lady named “B. VEENA”who was at the desk. Despite requesting a few number of time she was acting very rude and pathetic.
Her behaviour was so inhuman that made me cry. Everybody goes to such places only because there in pain and they need help.
People like B. VEENA are not fit at all for such position.
I was apathetic experience and don’t recommend anyone to go to prime diagnostics

I would suggest nobody even go there. Covid patient and non covid patients are in the same closed room. The staff is not co operating at all. Very rude. Even people who don't have covid will get the virus just by sitting in the reception area waiting for the reports. Stay safe people. This is my experience. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY DIAGNOSIS. VERY BAD

Unethical Lab. On phone they gave rate Rs 800 on 26 april 7 PM We went after hardship to place and on 27 april they charged 1250 and said rates are being revised by BBMP. Overnight. We paid 450 extra as they said they provide report within 24 Hrs. Now even after 31 hrs report is not ready. It seems they are just minting money by doing unethical practice n over charging with collusion.

Had a bad experience of worngful reporting of medical tests by lab. I got retested and Prima diagnostics later admitted to error in reporting.

I got my son's Covid RT-PCR test done here. It took us about 20 mins including registration and sample collection. Super efficient. Results were communicated in 6 hours through email and the report was clear and concise. Prices were reasonable. I recommended many of my friends to go to Prima.
