Too slow. They have no value for your time or booked slot. If you are planning to take half-day leave or login a bit late at your work, all the best!
Because if your booked slot is 9 - 10 AM, don’t expect the test to be over before 1 PM. U will keep waiting and waiting.

I visited the centre for pregnancy scan of my wife. The service is really pathetic. No appointment & No token system. If you ask timings every time, they will say 3 hours is the waiting time. Service staff is not at all coaprative as if they are doing huge favour to you. For a pregnant woman, it's very difficult to sit that long as it took 6hrs for a single scan. The management should take care of this. Really disappointed with the service even after paying heavy amounts for the test.

Experience was really good. Checkup was fast and good response from the team whenever there was a query.

Worst diagnosis centre I have ever seen.visited twice this centre till now. Initially visited for abdominal scan and got the reports (hard copy) of others instead of mine. To be honest in those reports it was mentioned a stone of 7mm on my right kidney and I have been on medication over a month based on those false report shared to me. Today I have visited again for a follow up and again same issue as I received another report instead of mine. This time it was mentioned as Grade 1 fatty liver. This time I got some doubts and checked online in their portal for online reports and got to know that my initial report itself it’s false and I don’t have any calculus on any of my kidneys. When I reach out to them and confronted on same they are simply stated apologies it’s our mistake and they said they can’t do any thing.

My suggestion is better to avoid this centre and if we don’t have any option then please cross check your reports twice and go for medications. My question is if same thing happened to a elder people what will be the situation?

Worst kind of support system! Largely summarized as:

1) Exorbitant Charges (online platforms offer 25% to 30% discount on same lab same test) so you can guess their margins. As even after that discount both parties are earning and profitable.

2) No clarity on timelines even with appointment (we went there with appointment, waited for more than 3 hrs and then had to go back on next day for the test and again spent more than 2 hrs)

3) Also, their prices vary based on who referred you. So they would ask for prescription even if you are asking basic question of availability of test there.

4) Almost useless reception staff who do not know anything nor they want to help you out.

Very poor behaviour by the receptionist at the front desk. Arrogance and rudeness personified. Definitely a place to be kept away from

Excellent Service and supportive staffs, doctors and nurses. Best facilities and a positive environment.

Takes a very long time even when there is no line. Their equipment doesn't work and they made us wait 60 minutes for a 2 minute procedure. The procedure took 20 minutes because their equipment was not working correctly, and then another 10 minutes to generate report.

Visited on 18/01/2022 to prima diagnostics whitifield to do some blood, urine and chest xray but on same day I received my chest xray report and they informed me that blood report and urine report you will receive within 2/3 days and checked with the reception guy that will you share the report via email and he told yes we will get an email and it's been 7days still I have not received any reports and I tried calling then 2 days back and they were like we will call u back and but still I have not received any callback nor any reports and this shows how careless these people's are! My doctor is asking for my reports but this people till now have not shared my reports and even I can't report to my work without any dictoet certificates. Very poorpoor services in this medical fields. Today also j tried calling them but no one is answering the calls.

Charging 1500 for rtpcr home collection is just like robbery.
Really sad to see establishments utilize the pandemic to make 2X 3X profits for mandatory tests

I am tested covid positive, I have been for chest CT scan and got report that my lungs are 50% infected with lot of panic and started enquiring where beds are available and rushed to manipal in varthur for admission and undergone one more CT scan where reports says no infection. When I enquired why there is big difference in reports with Prima diagnostic, they simply said SOMEONES REPORTS ARE TAGGED TO ME AND I HAVE NO INFECTION.

This is heights of STUPIDITY the panic me and my family undergone for 2 days is immense, sleep less nights etc. Guys think twice before you visit this LOW QUALITY CENTER.

Very poor service management, while calling they mention it won’t take more than 30-40 mins, but every time it has taken more than 2,3 hours of time. Pathetic service, couple of staff doesn’t even have good behaviour.

They always have only one ultrasound doctor available. During billing they will say only 30mins waiting but it ends up in 2-3 hours.

We visited for a CT scan on emergency basis. After confirming with their staff we went there.
Technician took the ct in a hurry and then told report will not be available. I didn't underedtand why we the ok a CT now then. Patient was already crying in pain. CT done. No report. I asked a soft copy. They sent one which none of the doctors could report as it was very very fast.
We were helpless. They did not give aCD.
When o called and asked them to send some more images from their system as my ENT surgeon asked, technician is telling easily send the patient again. How many times patient should be exposed to radiation?

Good center with good staffs. I had visited for ultrasound scanning and thankyou Clinton from front office for guiding me with patience.

The service here is excellent. The staffs here are kind and helpful, and has a good hygienic environment.

Pathetic customer service.have emailed a week back on some.still no updates after 2 follow ups.

Went there for covid test RT-PCR but no person was available to collect sample on time. Also no one replies to our phone whenever we call them to ask about services or reports. Otherwise services are very good but this thing disappointed us.

The staffs in the reception and home collection department are so careless and don’t give any information correctly, reports don’t get sent on time, home collection department never answers call and never give appointments, even if they give they don’t turn up

They will take 1 hour for billing and 3 hours waiting they will do for one ultrasound pathetic centre donot ever come here

The people at the reception should be told there is something called as telephone invented for communication. And it's common sense to pick it up when it rings. I have been calling since 3 days. They just don't brother to pick.like seriously.who are you people.please come to civilization.

They hardly pick the phone or reply to email. How will a patient contact them. Very bad service.

Not good in sharing the proper report.
1). They had taken more than 24 hours to share reports.
2). If we paid for one report & they have given some other report.

Feedback about Whitefield Center. Avoid this center.
No one picks up the phone calls. It says, you are in queue and then drops. How can we reach out to the center?

Got an Xray done in 30-40mins. Booked with mfine, so got a discount. The staff were friendly. Make sure you have a doctor's prescription for diagnosis, before heading here.

The place can have more sanitizers. It's difficult to spot one.

Car parking available for 3 cars outside and bike parking available. You can come by cab during a busy day.

I didn't get RTPCR report in time despite multiple requests and calls and prior inquiries.
Cost is also double.
Very irresponsible

Totally mismanaged and messed up place. Every other person will be telling something different about the test, report and doctors appointment time. They don’t bother about patient wait time even if it is for senior citizen who might have struggle to wait for so much time. Still they will behave as if they are doing sone favor to me.

[WORST] Very Pathetic service
First off all they drew 6 tubes of blood for testing (pregnancy related), I don't know why they drew so much blood.
Later It was promised that report would be shared by evening. We waited till evening and there was no update on that. Later the next day we checked again but there was no update till noon. After multiple calls they requested for Patient ID to pull the reports we provided it and was told they have mailed the report. We waited for nearly 30 mins checking our inbox but it was not received. They fooled us and buyed time to share. I advice people not to visit this place. They are greedy and take more sample than what they can test.

Very expensive diagnostics. Almost all the tests are double priced compared to other labs. The people at reception and need to be taught politeness. If you try to call on their numbers you will be lucky if they answer it. Also the information provided is wrong. No appointments are given even for scan. They are rude and feel that they are obliging the customers.

I am writing this review after suffering for past 3 weeks with them.
I have opt for complete health check. They charged for immediately without saying that i have to complete multiple time for the test. After completing half of the test, They asked me to come for left out test after 3days as nobody available to perform the test. I am Ok with it.after that, i started calling for taking a appointment for the left out test and they started giving excuses saying, Dr.not available. I have suffered for more than 3 week and them decided to left out that test and they don't have facility for the same. These shameless people dont even apologies for the same and ready to say that if i don't want to perform then it's ok.

It's very bad experience.

Guys, Please think 100 time to perform total heath package as they don't have those facility at all. They will write 100 things but later you have to suffer as they don't have facility for the same.

Please choose some other nearby diagnostic center and avoid them to not to suffer.

Billing system is pethatic here. Single billing will take more than 10-15 mins. Too much of waiting for scanning. They have 3 Ultrasound rooms but only one doctor which makes patients to wait for long hours. No proper response or priority to the customers.

BLOOD TEST REPORT FRAUD#@$*** wanted to share a unhappy experience, the pathology team is incorrect to the extent that I was to start my cholesterol medications with their fake reports. Either the pathologist is not specialized or the operation/reception team has unprofessionally swapped the blood samples with that of another patient. Either way I was at life risk trusting the blood report they provided. I then retested in RxDx turns out my Lipid profile is normal. Look at the attached reports. Pls don't trust their reports, they are apologizing now and providing free blood test for my family.who will be willing to risk. They did not create the barcode when samples were taken stating system issue etc

Prima Diagnostics offer most of the diagnostics tests. I visited here around 8.30am and had the online prepaid booking and had the appointment for 8.30Am. But the prior appointment booking system doesn't work here and its like first come first serve. Security person will provide the registration form you need to fill it immediately and provide to Reception in order to avoid missing your turn. I felt the crowd is more here in the morning till 11, it will be less after that. There is a separate parking space available after yes bank building,

Worst location for any scheduled diagnostic requirement.
My apointment was at 11 and they postponed to 2.pm
Then I saw many old people waiting to get fasting blood sugar levels, but at 10.00am they were not even attended.
Saw a lady going weak bcos she missed her breakfast for this test.
If banks like ICICI SBI etc are asking customers to get health reports from such establishment then am.sure ppl wil never get insured before they passon to other world
Pathetic bunch of personel who think they are duing us a favor instead of service.

Visited for ultrasound. The queue is big and we need to go and ask for our turn. Even for reports they wont update and we need to go and ask.
Not sure why cant they call in waiting section.
No proper guidance and need to ask one by one.

Worst experience. Specially for Expected mom, please never get your scan done from this lab. Also if you have done, please go and double check the report again somewhere else. The person doing the scan (I don't even consider them as doctor) are very less experienced. Never trust their report. I have suffered a lot with tears.

There is a test required to check AFI (Amniotic Fluid Index) Water level only which is a simple test but charging 1400/- is too much. This is a simple examination less effort than Follicular test which is costing around 1000/-.

Went for MRI. Staff helped me with a lost prescription after I came back without it

Useless application. DO NOT OPT FOR TESTING WITH MFINE OR PRA DIAGNOSTIC.they are very unprofessional. Even after repeatedly mentioning there is a heart patient waiting for the test, they were unbelievably unresponsive to any of our calls or queries. When called they mentioned that they cannot make it in the allotted time slot.

They are just making money!

My doctor suggested me to get my MRI done and suggested to go Prima Diagnostics.

Prima charge approx 8000 for MRI. While they use 1.5 Tesla the same technology used by "Aarthi scans & Labs Indiranagar'. While cost for the same MRI at Aarthi lab's are 2900-3100.

The reason for low cost is not the quality as you can check the same technology has been used (please verify yourself if you have doubts).

I have got my MRI done from Aarthi and it was a pleasant experience.

Just wanted to help others hence posting this for awareness. Please be wise enough to take your call.

Too much delay in scanning, facility was almost empty still had to wait for over 2 hours after drinking full bladder of water. It’s annoying

I was told 20% discount on service and asked me to pay some amount in cash and some via card. I suspected some fraud is happening. Either their orthopedic doctor or administration department is corrupt (Because receptionist told that doctor asked to pay 2k by cash because he brought his own dressing material rather than using one at the facility)

I refused to pay via cash and paid everything (after 20% discount) by card. Now they are chasing to get back 20% discount which was given earlier. Such a loot mindset they have.

Please ask for proper bill and explaination of charges before paying.

Worst place for ultrasound scan. Indefinite waiting and you are at the mercy of the receptionist. She keeps changing the patients order on will and say 2 more patients before you. This is the second time I have faced same issue.

Horrible wait time. Made my sick mom wait for 2 hours, only to ask her to come back at 1pm. When they went, they again made them wait till 2 and finally did the tests. When asked about the delay, they shrugged it off stating doctors were on leave. But I had specially called them and asked them if we can come by and they had confirmed to come at 9am. Please manage your schedule better so that we don't end up waiting for hours only to be sent home to come back later.

Prima Diagnostic is not a good centre of tests as I had given for blood sample tests. The tests are too costly in centre & home collected as well. If home collected then it will 3 times more than price of centre collected. Such thieves are there & just looting common people money. Be aware of this centre. They will not make a clear note test report also. Such a pathetic place. Never ever recommend to go there.
