The reception guys acts like sterotypical govt employees, avoiding eye contact and always looking at WhatsApp forward videos. Getting their attention and a bill processed can test your patience for sure. The designers are hardworking and the prices are reasonable though.

They offer an amazing service and at good price. The pace of service is really quick. I had bulk order of 200+ invite cards. They took it as priority and delivered before the estimated time. Overall, really satisfied with the work and service.

These guys have good machines and plenty of business but very little professionalism. So we took our company business elsewhere.

They never deliver your work on time, follow ups go unanswered and there were times when they did not even bother attending to new customers.

Rude people. Probably they are not interested in doing business. It feels like bad government office if you walk in.

If any one looking for quality prints in best price this is the place. And employees are very friendly and they have the patience and they know how to understand and handle the customers, Appreciated

Used the services for printing a book. It was excellently done. I recommend Print Xpress over Printo as the latter could not get the job done for us.

They made me wait for 40 mins to get my attention and the service I needed. Thankfully one of their worker asked what I needed and it's procedure, which landed to a problem which made lose my temper and I had to shout and scold them after waiting for so long and they tell me it's not possible for something that I wanted them to do. They did feel sorry for me. In the last, they were kind enough to give me a big discount because of waiting but I could understand the hardships they would go in this pandemic but I insisted on paying the original amount. They should improve customer service highly.

Staffs does not even care for your presence, they act as if they are doing big favour. Lot of alternatives around this area for print work. They keep loosing customers with this attitude.

The staff in the Jeevan bhima nagar branch are impeccable and very cooperative as compared to their counter parts in the Richmond road branch. The staff in the Richmond road branch are negligent, irresponsible, do not respond to queries and extremely lazy. I had a personal experience of the above in the Richmond road branch. While the staff in the Jeevan bhima nagar branch are overworked, their counter parts are very relaxed and all they do is make personal calls when the customers are in front of them. I happened to go to the Richmond road branch coz of machinery issues in the Bhimanagar branch n they made me wait for an hour n half just to get 1 print.it was a horrible experience. Where as the Bhimanagar branch staff are very prompt and diligent in their work.

We have been working with Print Xpress more than 3 years. = and it has been a great experience. Always supported us when there is any unique requirement. Great design team and friendly staff

I know printxpress since 2014. Their service, quality and rates are far better than any other leading printing companies.

The worst printer shop which i have ever went.
Even if they give good prints of wedding cards etc, they cannot take and give a normal pdf print out on an A4 sheet as we do in normal shops. The first shop i have seen a pdf being edited to get it printed. After seeing these works when i asked an estimate, they said Rs. 470 for 14 pages of A4 sheet, same of which i got printed in nearby place for Rs. 28.

Simply creating hype having 5 system in front with employees for editing but cannot take and give a normal 10 pages print out in A4 sheet

Print Express with Mr. Mahesh and team provides an excellent service. Staff are very much helpful, courteous, with patient hearing and interactive to understand customer requirements. Processing is fast with neat and impressive printing at reasonable cost. I found consistency in service deliveries, in the past.

Last week i have been to jb branch shop for wedding card prints.they hav done great job print quality too good and also the woman I mean a designer done a great job highly recommend others to use.

One of the finest please for digital printing. Compared to rest of the print Xpress less crowded. Not wheelchair accessible. I think one of best customized printing work in Bangalore is done by them. Staff needs to get a little more accommodating with clients.

Good place to get your prints. Have been using their services for several years now. Mahesh who heads the place is warm and professional. Speak to him directly and get his advice if you have a print thats needs special attention. They are capable of delivering the quality you desire.

Print Xpress always has had great service. They deliver always on time. The staff is very courteous, helpful and patient in helping you out. Can't question the quality of any print job, consistent always.

Printing work is good.executives are friendly. But in peak hour/weekdays you need to wait for a longer time which is sometimes goes more than a hour.

I have been a regular customer to this place from 2013. And I can honestly and safely say that this is one of the best printers in Bangalore with a decent variety of paper options. Super convenient for designers because they are the very few in the city who use Ai and Id, and the rest use Corel. Mahesh and his colleagues not only have a fast turn around time, but also suggest better ways of optimising your design. I have gone there with clients because there are times where we get stuck while creating packaging designs / branding collaterals, and they have helped us out bringing life to our digital creatives. I really hope they are open on Sundays as well. But overall a good place for all your printing solutions in Bangalore.

Nobody cares about what you want. Everyone is in Their own world. The quality of work is good. But the staff the service is very bad. Really not happy with the service. They take advantage of returning customers.
