Print Xpress Bangalore

I had to wait nearly 20mins just to get a simple black and white printout. There were no customers too. And even those came out with lines cut out. It costs Rs 5 for a single B&W printout. Very lazy and unprofessional staff.

Very disappointing experience at Print Xpress. Had heard that their quality of work is good and it may be true also. Went for getting wedding card printed. However, had one of the worst experience, as far as treatment of the customers is concerned. I think, it is the complacency (of having good number of orders) which makes the team for such a negligent behaviour! Got the work done from a nearby source, in a very pleasant way, and much better terms!

Worst experience, most inefficient way of working and you have to keep one full day aside just for approval of print. Horrible process. They think people don't have any other work. If you are sick, you are dead. Approval of print, pricing and billing and finally collection of the prints, it is very tedious very disorganised. People go for lunch and don't come back for more than one hour. Also many regular customers walkin to the printing area and checkout others prints which is not right. The printing and cutting area should be restricted for staff only. Wonder how such companies exist. Shortage of printing shop maybe the reason.

Best place for your printing needs. The staff was very helpful and they will guide you with a basic design and also suggest best paper quality etc.for your needs.

I wanted to print Sweet Boxes for my baby daughter’s birth. Shrinivas helped me with all the details, designs and put in extra effort to ensure the outcome was perfect.

Utterly pathetic experience.
1. I could not get into the store as the entrance was blocked by two wheelers
2. I was sent first to one counter where i was made to wait for an eternity
3. I was sent to another counter where i was told my pages (3 black and white) could not be formatted
4. I came back within one minute and the lady has begun a new job
5. When I told her I'd been waiting for 20 minutes for the job she said 'is not my problem'

Net result. I'm going to take my business elsewhere

As always, I have had good experience with print xpress. The team is proffesional and gives suggestions on what is better option to go with. As long as you know how you want your design to look in the final product, your print ready files are of the right quality and alignment and you guide them well, then you can be rest assured that the output from print xpress will come as intended. Quality of printing, binding and packaging the books is good. Been a customer of theirs for the past 8 years and would recommend them as one of the best in bangalore.

Waste of time poor service I just waited here 2 hours for 4 sheet printing job worst response from workers

They are the best in Bangalore, knows and does the job very well, very flexible in execution, not rigid like others. Got few Coffee Table book made by them and results were outstanding.

Print express was very good, paper quality was fine and it have variety of paper on every size which was very useful. But the tax was too high, not worthful. This has to be look into.

Horrible place. Extremely crowded. Had to wait for 30 minutes for one printout and the staff are busy and impolite.

Even one star is too much for this store. Horrible customer service. I went in to get some customised magnets done. But the staff didn’t bother to assist me. They just said they don’t know abt the pricing and passed the buck to another person who also didn’t know anything and said to contact the person who I spoke to first. When I questioned as to how nobody knows abt the product, the lady started yelling at me. The staff there are useless and don’t know anything other than insulting the customers. When I called the manager, the lady said she didn’t know anything. So the manager also has no say and the staff don’t even care abt the manager I guess. Worst experience ever. The staff should know how to behave.
