Bad printing job for an office event - they forgot to remove the watermark from their own software on my brochures

Kindly Teach some manner to talk with the client. The lady on call is extremely rude. I Asked the quotation she's in different world.

They used to do a good job. Being an artist, I have printed from them in bulk more than a 10 times. By and by they started delaying my orders. Whatever happened to keeping loyal customers? Today, I went there with just one request after confirming from them over call and had to walk away without getting anything done! Never going in here again. Thanks for the service!

Very costly place staff doesn't know exact prices of prints. They also asked to pay extra taxes and charges according to them.
