Customer service is below than average, and reception staff rude and unfriendly behaviour.

Horrible experience. The front staff is very rude. I had gone to print 10000 nos of A4 brochures but he was so arrogant that I dropped the plan of getting it printed from Printfield. Never recommend anyone.

Waste of time they dont work for customers we have to wait long time for orders and they cant handle big orders please look for alternative

Over promised and unable to deliver which was promised.
Its really disappointing especially when we are counting on them for an important event.

This team can do anything. Just ref enough. I have ordered acrylic sign boards with huge numbers and short time. I have followed with so many vendors all are denied but printfield can do anything. Really i appreciate team. One points from my end, who are gave less then 4 start they are competitor or some one else. Especially thank to Mustaque.kudos to all team members. Who are supported me. (designers, store. Etc)

One off the staff mossa is very iresponcible person not giving value of customer ignoring customers query.
100 times i request to do but he is not responding.

Got a banner printed here and they did it super fast. Within 1 hour I got my banner. Nice printing and pricing.

The worst experience ever. Just to print one cloth banner with just only a name on it, they are charging 200 rupees. When asked that brainless receptionist replied saying "need to select the font" that's why we are charging 200.

I don't know whether I should laugh at him or not? Just to choose an Aerial font, they are charging 200.what a pity. They should really grow up.

I had taken their service before on printing a wallpaper for a birthday party. Today again I visited to get some laminated hoardings for social cause. They have variety of options, on metal sheet, on 3mm/5mm plastic sheet. Of course I was looking for glassy boards, which could not find there. Price wise ok, yes no bargain. Even if you try you will get reply that the editing charge would be applied. So in other way you will zip your lips further. They do have variety of t shirts printing option, I found them quite good in quality with good price.
I would wish to take their service in future if they continue with variety.

They have become bit late in delivery of services now a days, with fast world they should really be moving with the pace.
