The Frazer Town Printo is excellent! I booked for a print from my home, they asked me to email the content and I asked them for a picture of my content before printing out everything.they promptly responded and the entire thing was ready in an hour! Customer satisfaction at its best

I got some badges done and the quality is so good! Perfect! Totally impressed!
There was a slight delay in the delivery when I went to collect it, but they were kind enough to deliver the package upto my house.

Don't go. First thing, no customer service. You will have to know everything technical. The person working for you will never tell all available options, try to make his work easier, not yours. Second, expensive. Third & most important, full of VIRUS. Never share your storage devices for heaven's sake.

The phone number directs you to the call centre, they don't take requests on the phone. They don't have a direct so number. The whatsapp facility does no good. Went to the shop in person after all this, and the colour print is not available. Waste of money.

If you want good quality print go somewhere else. Definitely not to Printo. When asked how perfectly will the colours be matched/printed, the manager said 80%. Now can your red colour look like orange and is that acceptable. Definitely not for me.
Manager has an attitude, so if you are looking for good service, this is surely not the place to go.
Go the extra distance and find any other printer but don't go to the frazer town shop.
Most franchisees operate without customer oriented services or practices. They don't take pride in their product or tge output. They are no better than a low grade photo copier place.

This Printo is by far the best one i have come across, with a team that truly works fast paced and appreciate the value of their customer's time. Quality of work has always been top notch and a special shout out to Vijay who has always helped me and my business out with whatever quick printworks we've needed.

Dear Printo this is to update you that we're one of the regular business providers from my organization to Printo from a very long time you need to teach the staff how to behave with customer since printo Frazer town branch is close to office I regularly visit the same branch due to night and weekend curfew I requested your editor who is disabled and sits in the 1st counter to make 18 ID cards on urgent basis he took more then usuall that is 10 days again went to ask he replied with extended 2 more day do you think that jus to make 18 card will that 12 days of time therefore dicided to drop off printo here after as most often we get same response and attitude from the person every now and then he has ready to reply alternative excuses good bye

Very lethargic working culture. Makes fun of customer once they move away. I think all are paid review

Love the place and the people in it. I always have an excellent experience. Especially like the fact that Printo employs speech and hearing impaired people. As a result many of the staff have learned sign language. It’s really a heart warming place.

Excellent service. Bcs I have a baby and i needed some photo print outs, I called them and mailed them the photos. They got it printed and informed me when it was ready. I got it delivered with the help of dunzo. Excellent service. Payment mode was also online.

Sridhar, the store manager, was extremely helpful when I visited him today. He put in some hard work for a small order to ensure customer delight for me. Good job!

They have 5 counter s but only one person is working I am waiting for long time no one responded

Very poor in receiving customers. No one will the customers. Customers should be wait till they talk.

They charge you such a huge cost for delivering in one hr, thy took 6 to 7hrs to deliver me the card and that too with a spelling mistake, when asked to rectify they deny by saying it's not our mistake. Haven't seen unprofessional team of printo in Bangalore ever.

This is one of my favourite outlets of Printo. The staff here know what they are doing and are a very helpful lot. I have done posters, business cards and brochures here and as far as my experience goes, they are excellent. A very respectable aspect of this place is that they make sure they employ many differently abled people.

Service is good but that rate which they told me on the enquiry number was less than what they have charged

Great quality products. However, management and service have gone down a lot lately. Never responds to emails/ picks up phone. 5 day delay, 2 days past promised date. Just no orderly b operations anymore. They have failed me twice recently.

Although there are innumerable "copy centres" closer to my home, I prefer to walk up to PRINTO. The quality of their work is outstanding, but more importantly, they take the trouble to understand exactly what I want and follow my instructions to the letter. All the staff are so pleasant and helpful.it makes a huge difference, to me, definitely!

Adarsh helped me out here. Great customer service, patient and helpful. They took their time to make the product look good. So useful for custom made birthday gifts.
