I recently came for getting labeling for my business but due to availability of lack of size of the paper they recommended me kormangala as they did not have and thats cool, but due to time constraint I did not visit the branch.

But I want to bring in light Mr. XAVIER who is a business executive in brigade branch and I really like the way he explained and solved my query with professionalism and he was good in his job and was satisfied with the way he treated client and due to this I will visit if req in future.

I am a old Clint of printo brigade road all my office printing works I will go brigade road branch. The staff are very friendly (Xavier). I don't like a new location because you will not get parking place there old place was nice.

Shop is well located but managed very poor professional, they showed me no smile, given a cold shoulder and not bothered to give a right answer and just handed over my covers - need some training I must say on how to handle customer

WORST SERVICE! 3rd Class Staff Response. I have been following up since last one week they dont seem intrrested at all I need to make 10calls still no approprieate response for visiting card they say machine is not working engineer not available, They dont even have the courtesy to give sample, Though i am ready to give the sample charges they hardly gave any response!
