Amazing service achieved by treat tips and advice by the staff, while I was trying to get a set of photo frames done. Special thanks to Raghavendra for his knowledge and patience.

They are very prompt and do the work in time. However customer service is an issue if they are busy. If not busy they are helpful.
I have twice had experiences where I am talking to the person and he is just doing his work without replying. Shows poor customer focus>
if you are willing to put up with this counter intuitive behaviour, this is a fine place

I gave a pic for framing where background is bigger and people in pic occupy less space.
While taking order the executive should hv asked if it can be cropped for better results instead he without any clarification or suggestions or advice just blankly took pic.and developed.
Result isn’t great.
Even small shops give such suggestions before taking orders.
If u charge higher ensure to give some training to executives to give few suggestions/advice to customers for better results

If you could reduce the waiting time for taking orders by keeping more than one person in the counter would be great

Very good service. Nagesh at this store has helped me with all the printing requirements like sticker prints, visiting cards etc. They are quick and efficient.

There is a boy named Raju in varthur branch who is co-operating very nicely and I am very happy to come to Printo varthur branch.

Based on my last two order experience, worst quality and waste of money. Time to recheck their printers.

Went there to get some colour print outs but the colour printers were not working. Besides it took a long time for anyone to attend to you even tbough they have sufficient staff. Definitely not the place to go to if you are in a rush.

Every time when we are visiting these days, there will be one executive assisting at counter leading to frustrating waiting time. At least during peak hrs make sure you’ll have enough executive to assist. Experienced something like SBI Counters!

Worst experience ever in this printo, people here are very irresponsible and rude. Mr "santhosh" alias doesn't know how to behave or handle customers, very disappointed, never visit this place! Beware!

The varthur branch is very good. I was attended to by Biswajit, who was prompt and helped me get my order in one day flat. Definitely well done. The Whitefield branch has been totally irresponsive and sine 2 days their phone has been unreachable. For any work, definitely recommend going to the Varthur branch.

Had good experience with Mr Nagesh in designing a poster frame and editing/ adjusting font size.

I had to recently print few T- shirts for my husband and his friends. Mr Biswajit from the Varthur office helped me on the same in record time. My experience was very good and i will highly recommend them.

I visited Printo- Varthur store today to print my sister's wedding card. Nagesh one of the store representatives helped us in designing and getting the card done as we wanted. Excellent support and very soft spoken staff. Thanks a lot Nagesh. Appreciate your efforts and help. God bless u

I ordered cards on expressed delivery but till now not received my product, customer care telling they hv delivered the product.when asked whom they don't know such a pathetic service

I felt it's expensive as compared to other shops.

It definitely offers all types of print but the cost is much higher than regular prices in bangalore.
If it's just photocopy or A4 size printing, it's still fine. But as the size of paper increases, the difference in prices becomes huge.

This shop is just fancier than other shops.

Even though 4 people r working in pc everyone is pointing to 1 guy and he is busy.
It's like coming to an SBI branch jumping from 1 counter to another.

Mr Sunil from Varthur Road Printo was very very proactive and amazing at his work. His suggestions helped get my work get better. All the best Printo for better future

Worst places to go after covid. Waiting for more than an hour and they didn't even attend. Even gates need to be opened ourselves only. Advice- go to others

I dont know why you guys give fake promises. Sunil said order is ready and I can come and take, however when I visited the store its already closed.

Documentation is weak In the Customer info section of the Receipt.
Printing looks fine.

Yesterday I called they said come tomorrow and I asked if it will be open tomorrow thats sunday they said yes and when I come here it is closed and they are saying on sunday's they will not open. What a ridiculous service and fake promises.

Had great experience with this store. Wanted to print wedding card leaves and Gishore designed and printed exactly as per my requirements.

Very Sad. When I have called to Printo they said it will open 12: 30 to 8 Pm but when i visited at 7: 20 it was closed and then i called them again.one of your person said they only opened in whitefield store. But now i cant able to go to whitefield store its already time up.

Very fast and efficient printing services. The staff here is polite and responsive. Price also seems reasonable.

The rates for colour printing are a rip off. I had to pay rs 90 for 4 pages and that too with very little colour. Also the staff raises all kinds of objections to printing colour letters and even passport.

I did not rate the service at the store so the staff themselves pressed "good". Unbelievable.

I am updating again. For an event on sunday, i called Printo Varthur store manager at the last minute on saturday night 7: 30 PM and requested to print certificates. He promptly attended the call and printed the certificates and made the event successful.

Looking for huge prints, however there are no printing shops near by, try to open it on sundays to increase customer statisfaction, this is one advice from me. We will be free only on sundays and when I want a print out there is no shops around me. You can take this as a business oppurtunity and you can get some more customers like me who can spend time only on sundays.

They think they are doing a favor to us by giving us a print out. I asked them to print two sheets of black and white. The guy in the counter told, you can do it yourself although he was free. I told I need minor formatting help, he tells that he is busy and I need to wait for an hour. They think that by having a neon sign and uniforms, they have landed from the sky. I then got my work done in the print shop next doors much faster and better.

Bad Service
Out of 7 customer service executive desk that they have only 2 were really helping customers the rest of them didn't have answers for simple queries
No one could tell us if they print stickers
Pathetic

They will cheat the customers by giving inferior quality of visiting cards, but they will charge for higher quality card.
I have asked for superior quality card and I paid high amount, but in return i got the card which is inferior in quality (the quality which I got is so cheaper than oridinary card).

I have visited for 4*6 photo prints, they have charged one print @rs 19 including tax. But paper quality is not worth. They even charges RS 5 for envolpe which is not cost more than RS 1 or 2.

Printo are very professional in their approach. They care about their customers and ensure that their clients get the best. For my case, a couple of my photographs were printed in low quality. After raising a complaint, their team went above and beyond to print a fresh copy. Now i feel that they hear and listen to their customers and work for their benefits. Thanks Printo for providing me the re-prints and be rest assured that i will be reaching out to you for all my future print needs.
