Printo - Support Office

Had the worst experience ever. Printo charged me Rs. 100 extra for fixed date delivery. That date was April 12th. Today's April 14th and I have been following up with their team since morning, no resolution provided. Finally someone from their team calls me and blames me for not picking up the phone? Apparently they had the order ready on April 10th, but also apparently my phone was switched off from April 10th to April 13th. Wow. Please do not get your order delivered from here. Place your order and pick it up from their store. At least they won't be able to disappoint you with their "committed" delivery experience, even if they manage to disappoint you with other things.

A worst experience just now, while inquiring about a product asked me to hold and my was disconnected.
Again I have called theree time but getting a voice message long time as all agents are busy, etc.etc.pathetic

Customer service is pathetic. They initially showed that printing would be done in 3 days and then changed the date by 8 days after artwork approval. They are not able to expedite as well nor willing to cancel the order. They say it is in production and if it is in production why does it take so long to deliver. Customer service is of use, they just give scripted answers. While printo in store printing service is good, wouldn't recommend online one as it is very unpredictable.

Very bad this company hr and the signage manager, this is very bad unit in banglore, any new guys don't go that work, this unit hr was very cheating person don't trust this, if I wrk past months I stay in hostel, some emergency medical issue in family so I resigned the job, but the hr was don't pay the salary and I will explain my situation and he say ok I will understand I will pay later, but i don't got salary in 20000 and over time 3700, hr and the manager was don't say correct word, they are cheating with me and many people life, so don't spoil with your career

Service was good but a little slow and the items that were delivered to me to had some stuffs less than what was supposed to be delivered to me.
