There will be no response from the printo, even multiple times followed up for the order. Worst customer support and worst response from the printo team. They'll never deliver the product.

If I had a chance to give negative stars I will go with -5 star.very poor service and responses are the worst

Worst printing ever on T shirts. Don't waste your time and money here. We gave T shirts with our own content. And explained how it should be on it but they did their own, the printer operator/ designer don't have simple concern about the final product. After our observations we contacted them but they not responded well. They don't do as we suggest.

One of the worst ever experiences for any kind of service. After promising a delivery confirmation and courier of the order in next 5 minutes, the store stopped picking calls. This is after extremely slow and incomplete responses to enquiries. The Printo customer care is also of no help, as all they do is ask to contact store directly. I have had 2 similar experiences with the same store.

I got my order on time and the quality of work was excellent. The team was efficient and catered to my needs quickly. Appreciate the work of Mr Madhav and his team. The staff was polite and they had many counters. Regards

I want to share my experience that i have got from Printo, Hoodi Branch.
It was top notch, on spot and swift.
Excellent support received by the support team especially Madhav.
He is a superstar.

Initially things were screwed up but they sorted it very fast.

Very bitter and suboptimal experience. Gave order which was given to someone else by Dunzo. Order was executed, 2 days after the promised delivery date. No response on phone, finally visited the place and waited for them to co-ordinate with Dunzo and get my order back. Not recommended at all. BTW, ticket size for order wasn't small.

Express service did not deliver the cards. Twie called customer care no action taken. Order ID: 12321830

Don't visit this place, i had ordered a visiting card but it was not delivered to my address and they said it is left near your place, such a pathetic answer it was from the team and also refused to refund, Mr santhosh is helpless and useless to manage the team. Pathetic!

Good experience at Store, well handled by Santosh and with initial order. Had to redo a single design since it did not come out well however Santosh managed it well by placing a fresh order once again.

Overall satisfactory experience, could have been better if I had a prompt delivery of the products. Would recommend others too.

We ordered badges and had given 4 designs. 2 came out good and 2 weren't. We specifically asked on how output will look and if the design will cover the entire badge. They said it would. But they printed the designs onto the badge with lots of white spaces around it. It is just basic! The logo and design had became so small and from distance all we could see is the white space around. They could have atleast called us to ask on this and if we can alter / change the design so it would fill the entire badge. This is for a corporate event. It has to be perfect. We are not satisfied.

I have printed standees, posters, mugs, badges and visiting cards for a business event and my experience have been awesome. This all because of Mr. Giri who carefully understood my requirements, received feedback well and did a timely delivery with top quality output.

I went to take colour printout of my digital photograph. I wanted 4 copy printouts in passport-size. The person at the desk told me that i have to take minimum 8 copies of printout.

Excellent customer service. My special thanks to Madhav for getting things done on our behalf and the swift turnaround.

Worse than a govt office. You can get any print done faster and better at typical roadside Xerox shop and it will be the same quality but half the hassle.

I've visited this printo 3 times before i finally decided to just get a printer and done be done with it.

Pretty helpful. But it might be better if you upload everything from the website first and only go for the pickup.

Pathetic experience.
Came here for print out, binding and photocopy, took almost 1.5 hrs. No value for time. Not worth. On the top they were charging extra. In the bill, they don't provide all details. So make sure you check your bills before leaving.

Professional staff, quality is excellent.strong recommendation if you have any printing tasks.

Very bad customer service, waited for more than 20 min in front of counter, they didn't responded properly, After taking the order too they made me to wait for long time just to print 4 id cards

I visited Printo for Logo printing on Tshirts and Hoodie and it's a great experience. Experienced and professional staff who will help you out with your queries.

A little slower pace than I anticipated but they did a great job of scanning and printing high quality documents.

I am a regular customer of printo, staff here are friendly and helpful, quality wise very good.
Time taken to get the job done and pricing could get better.

Savitri (employee) has been absolutely amazing at her job, I personally feel she should be promoted though her work time ends at 7 she ensured she stayed back to finish the task she started

She is an absolute charmer for the company

There was an event at office, so got the certificates printed here. And we
also wanted lanyards, they informed they don't have the whole quantity in same colour, so they promised to get them from another store and keep them ready for the morning on the day of event at office, which starts at 9: 30 am. But even after 10: 30 am, and they still don't have the items, they have gone in search of the lanyard to other stores. - Not an impressive experience.

We came here for printing birthday card for my niece. The service is very quick. We just got the prints in 30 mins. Staffs are very helpful
