Von artists, frauds. They charge extra for express delivery and don't bother to deliver.

Went to print a large size poster. Selected a matt finish paper for print and later when came home realised they printed on a thin white chart paper, and also I had to cut the paper with scissors when I gave them exact measurements in “cm”, for a simple print took 1500₹, people do check the paper quality which they show and later on deliver. Bloody thief’s. Worst service and scam

Good store in HSR for printing needs. I went here to get some photos printed and the service was good. I got the prints in less than 30 minutes and the service was good. Public parking is available near the shop which you can utilise. The have a good collection of gift items and printing designs.

Worst experience I have ever faced.
Employees are like sleeping in the morning around 10: 30.
No proper response.
They say like 10 minutes and they will make you wait for an hour.

Went on 30th August there. I almost had all the data required for my VC printing. But then there is a person named Mr. Hameed who is really inexperienced and a very also knows Corel draw properly which is their main software. He just tries to give the time so that he can charge for it per half an hour. But my work was done well by Ms. Lavanya G who is really good in corel draw and also suggests you for the things on your job. Overall they are okay to get your small jobs done quick at a reasonable price.

Israr Alam's creativity and photoshop skills are out of the world. He is very smart and quick in understanding the customer's requirement. He was very nice and was very patient enough to listen to my requirement. I am 100% satisfied with his work, i will visit Printo_HSR again because of Israr Alam and his quality of services.

Quality of photo framed not as expected.
Instructions given before processing photo and frame not followed (Corner/Edge of photo was asked to keep in "black" however after processing it was kept "Green")

Especially with Sagar Raha who interacted really well with patience, even though it was closing time.

An absolute disgrace to other printo outlets. I have been to many other outlets in jp nagar, Indira Nagar etc, and always wondered how efficient and convenient, also how friendly the staffs are.but here,
I went to take 2 colour copies of my passport, they told normal colour print not available, they only have colour printing in big machine and it will come 32 rs per page, so total will be 32 * 2 * 2 = 128rs for 2 copies. Even though its ridiculously high, i agreed.my only request was that i need both front and back sides in the same sheet, and will pay for two pages, the response was "we don't do that here". If they do not consider customer's request, then what else they are doing. They she started raising voice saying this is how they do.so i left and took 2 colour copies as i need from a small shop nearby for 20rs.their behaviour was like they are there to ruin the reputation of Printo.

Located at 27th main Rd and can be easily seen. You can login your mail or cloud drive and get prints yourself. No extra charges for computer access. Rates also reasonable.

Purchased collage photo frame, there is no design, style or color in the photo borders. It looks just arranged given photos in the frame.
Felt worst experience at HSR.

The experience was awesome. Sagar ensured that the order is delivered in a day. He patiently responded to my queries. Overall, it was a good experience.

I want to specially thank and appreciate Mr. Govardhan and Mr. Gurucharan who went out of their way and well beyond the closing time to help me get the best results on some photos. I had needed these photos for my daughter who was participating in a photo contest the next morning. She won a prize in that contest and that would not have been possible without their great help. Thank you Mr. Govardan, Mr. Gurucharan and Topeji for all your help. And thank you Printo.

Quick service and very promt as well. Mr Vimal Dahal was the person whom i had interacted with and he helped me get the best quality. Recommended for sure.

Printing quality is good but very very disappointed with the time they took to take out my print out. I had an interview today and When I entered they told me Max waiting time is 15 mins. I waited for more than an hour for my coupon number to come. There is no fast track counter for direct printing. People are coming and getting there work done for 30 mins. This is the first time I'm experiencing such bad output as I always get instant print out and binding done. Even after the printouts were out they are like to come back after 20 mins for my booklet. Thats rubbish I mean print outs after an hour and more 20 mins for binding. I got late for my interview. I had even asked the manager to push the people to make mine first as people before me had already left. Still he did nothing and I had to raise my voice to be heard to get my work done. Very bad outcome. Never visiting again.

Very experienced and committed people. My printout was done in less than a minute and the staff at the desk was very helpful on making necessary changes. I wasn't even charged for the edits. I hope to visit this store often for my other printing requirements. Kudos to the team at HSR printo!

I went to Printo on EID 5th June 2019 at HSR Layout. Below is my feedback.

Firstly, you guys are AMAAAAAZZINGGGGG.

1. I was there for not more than 15 mins as I need only 5 prints. It was quick though
2. I observed one of the staff members was swarmed with customers but he was patient enough to answer all of their questions without frustration. You get to see this very less now a days
3. They tell you what they can do and what they cannot which mostly helps customers

Self service.no haste printing.best thing is there is full freedom as if it is your own printer
Best is the net cost is cheaper than your own printer roi
