I have been to many hospitals around india and other places but this one it has it own special treatment experience doctors friendly team around that makes you feel like home. I've been there for 27 days and it was perfect to be there.
Cleaning staffs and nursing team were there supportive and kind.

One of best hospital, Dr H M Prasanna Kumar sir is well treating and caring of patient, very best hospital for orthopedic, Neurosurgeon.

Been going to this hospital since 10 years. Earlier for my father's prostate ca treatment and recently for my mother's stroke. Efficient nursing care and experienced senior doctors. Dr. Prasanna, Dr. GLN and Dr. Kini and the team are excellent.

Our experience with the hospital staff and Doctors has been great. Both Doctors and Staff are friendly and provide time to time services when required. Special thanks to Dr. Prasanna who helped my dad to come out of as his ortho problems.

Worst hospital and very expensive we had to wait for 2hrs just to consult a doctor I would never recommend this hospital to anyone and the receptionist are more worst all they do is just chit chat and doesn’t care about patients

Patients have to wait for a long time to meet doctors. I believe doctors should be more punctual and transparent on their availability

I have waited for doctors at other hospitals based on their availability but here the wait is never over.very bad experiences of doctors never being on time

Visited this hospital recently for headache and the neurosurgeon Dr. G Lakshmi Narayan treated me and i am pain free now.

Pristine Hospital is a Multi - Speciality Hospital. Especially Ortho & Neuro Treatement is very good. Then Hospital & Pharmacy both staffs are very good with friendly.

It's really good hospital for orthopaedic.
Dr: Prasanna such a very good doctor.
Nd hospital staff r also very good.

Beast option for ortho.compared to other hospital pharmacy peopls are very polite and aggressive.

Doctors advice is good, but they prescribe medicines which are available only in their pharmacy. In general You cannot get them in other chemist shops. Doctors do not prescribe alternate medicines which can be available elsewhere or online. Moreover, the pharmacy doesn’t provide any discount over MRP, whereas 10-15% discount is easily available outside. The hospital is trying to make money in all possible ways possible, ethical or unethical.

Good doctor for advice. But management living in old era where no proper rules. No token system for appointment. Given appointment and min wait time is around 3 to 4 hours. I would not fairly appreciate the hospital. My dad being diabetic had to wait for 3 long hours just for changing bandage. Faced lot of problems. Please consult at your risk.

The online chat support is worst. Thry will assure you appointed initially. Once you give your contact details they will say your request forwarded. Sounds like false promises. If it's genuine they supposed to get back after contacting the doctor.

Doctors r good but hospital is made to extract money like anything.
Insurance dept don't support once u r out from hospital.
