Pristyn Care - ENT Clinic

I had a very bad experience last time with Pristyn.the doctor canceled the appointment on arrival of the patient to the clinic.the refund of advance payment took several months post multiple follow up. There is no co-ordination between Pristyn teams. Overall it was a miserable experience as a patient.

Don't ever give your contact details in any of Prystyn care centers!
If you do they will not stop calling you.they will send messages daily or call you daily to get treatment!
I reapeat again. DON'T GIVE YOUR CONTACT DETAILS.no matter what!

When I called them they said you walk in. But when I reached they are like no walk in.
This is really bad. They should be more informative over the phone about the appointment.

Poor service, they asked my papers and submitted for insurance approval without taking any confirmation from me. Really bad service and forcing me to go ahead for ahead with their hospital.

Terrible service by Pristyn care, there was no follow up from the team when the doctor was not in the clinic
Wasted my time coming to the clinic.
Dr Himani is a good doctor, explains everything clearly. Best if you meet her anywhere else other than this clinic

I had a terrible experience with Pristyn Care and I would never recommend this company to anyone. Their business practices are extremely shady and deceptive.

First of all, they try to lure you in by promising that everything is insurance-covered. However, once you agree to their services and pay their confirmation fees, they tell you that nothing is actually covered. This is a clear example of false advertising and dishonesty.

Furthermore, they pressure you into taking out a loan from Liquiloan in your name, promising that it will be reimbursed. This is a blatant attempt to trap you in debt and is completely unacceptable.

Even if you decide to cancel your services, they will continue to call you and try to convince you to stay. It is clear that they are only interested in making money and do not care about their customers' well-being.

To make matters worse, they refuse to issue refunds, even if you have paid for services that were not provided. This is downright unethical and shows that they have no respect for their customers' hard-earned money.

In conclusion, stay far away from Pristyn Care. Their business practices are shady and dishonest, and they are not worth your time or money.

The whole process by the Pristyn was wonderful. Special thanks to Dr. Himani for her support and hassle free surgery.

Visited Dr. Indeewar for an issue related to throat. She was polite, professional and I was satisfied with the consultation. Would recommend

Be aware of these fake feedback on Google. They hve a team who just take care of Google feedback. They have worst team and they just try to take money from you and will be with you until you pay the surgery amount. They know the patient will trust him after offering free consultation services. This is kind of trap. I would suggest to go in some good know hospital instead of going in these fake hospitals.

First off, they misled me into believing that everything would be covered by insurance, only to then demand confirmation fees and inform me that nothing was actually covered. Furthermore, when I expressed my desire to discontinue using their services, Pristyn Care was relentless in their efforts to convince me otherwise. This kind of persistent and aggressive behavior is unacceptable and only serves to further erode trust in their company.

To top it all off, despite my requests for a refund, I have yet to receive any money back. I would not recommend this company to anyone and advise others to look elsewhere for their healthcare needs.

Had the worst possible experience with Prystyn care. They messed up our insurance details also and kept changing the charges for the surgery! Absolutely irresponsible. Please be careful before you deal with them. Wish there was a negative rating to be given.

Awesome Service. Very satisfied with the surgery and the processes we very smooth and fast. They took care of everything. From my reaching hospital (cabs) to my stay at the hospital, all the prerequisite tests, meals for both me and my attendant and my returning home everything was taken care of. I had grade 3 Gynecomastia so I found them online. After my free consultation with the doctor he prescribed the surgery and soon the treatment was done. The doctor was top class. And I had an excellent service.

Pristyn care service is so pathetic. They have managed to earn so much by doing so much frauds with human life and promoting their organization at the same time through stars like hrithik roshan.
Never visit pristyn care for any medical emergency. I assure, you will have worst nightmare and regrets in your life.

Be careful with these guys. First they try to gain your trust.post operation Pristyn will leave you middle of waters to die. They will promise you to get cashless claim and fool you. But at last you are one running behind insurance claim. For God sake avoid these guys. They are the night mare for anyone.

OK get ready. I booked an appointment on 7th March 2022 in the Koramangala clinic for ENT with Dr. Himani. I was informed that Dr. Is in surgery and was rescheduled to 8th March at 10.45am. Pristyn in Koramangala is a sublet room (literally) in Ray's Diagnostics. I was there exactly at the time of my appointment, guess what. No doctor, no nurse or attendent from pristyn were present. I have read multiple reviews where this has happened. There are many other good alternatives available so please opt for it. They just have money to pay celebs and attract crowd, medical care = zero.

Very worst doctors and customer support team who is handling the call, the idiot given me appointment to Indiranagar in Bangalore when we went in rain with baby doctor was not there more than they are asking us to come tomorrow for consultation. Kindly don't book any appointments from this app it's waste of time and he won't. They

Dr. Himani is good. I agree private doctor's consulting charges is ₹500 but they looted us by charging ₹500 extra for just applying cream on the infected ears. Receptionist is very rude & untrained professional.

I booked appointment for my son for August 29,2021 at 4.00 pm at Koramangala, Bengaluru. At 3.50 pm sharp, we reported and we were waiting for our turn. Booking was done through Pristyn Care. At 4.05 pm, Dr Himani Indeewar came out and declared that she had no time to see patients. Another patient was waiting since 3.30 pm and they also got disappointed. Dr left without giving us time inspite of appointment. We contacted Pristyn Customer Care and they told us to wait as they wanted to speak to Doctor. They never called back. What a bad experience from Pristyn Care and what a sad approach from a doctor. I can share my booking references anytime with you all.

Dr. Himani is good but, the management is poor. Reached clinic twice only to know that Doctor is not available. No prior information with receptionist being rude and argumentative on enquiring.
Stepping out in such times is risky and people in charge should be empathetic of this.

Words can not suffice the kind of service I was provided by Pristyn Care and Doctor Himani Indeewar. It does not take an expert to determine how knowledgeable she is. She explained the criticality of the issue in most simplest way possible and ensured I totally understood every aspect of the treatment and the surgery. Her professional attitude and calm demeanour is something you would wish to see in every doctor.

Trimaan on the other hand is an excellent service oriented professional. He ensured the surgical experience was completely hassle free. With constant follow up from consultation till getting me discharged from the Hospital he made it a totally effortless and convenient experience for me.

Very happy with the service and treatment. Dr, Manu Bharath is a very patient and understanding doctor. He has explained the septoplasty procedure (which I will be undergoing shortly) very well. Other Prystyn staffs also regularly follow up with me and provide me with all info and uodates. Definitely recommend for ENT issues.

Precise diagnosis, reliable treatment, trustworthy behavior of administration & panel doctors. Entire process of surgery, hospitalisation, post surgery consultations was very smooth. Visited Pristyn Care for ear and throat infection. Dr. Himani Indeewar was too sweet and handled my case with great care

Consulted Dr. Chaithra for ear related issues. The doc listened quite patiently and provided right diagnosis. Clinic is quite clean would recommend as a go to place for ENT related issues in and around Brookfield Bangalore.

At first i had issue with the consultation invoice but after registering complain, it was resolved in a day,
Consultation fee is also nominal.

I will recommend Pristyn Care - ENT clinic to everyone. I went there with a lot of pain and came out as a happy person. She has some magic in his hands for such pain. So professional, So calm. She explained the entire procedure amazingly she even showed us a diagram of it and explained everything! Really a amazing doctor, I would recommend to everyone!
And during this pandemic you may, doubt if the clinic is safe. I would say do not fear, just go there and all safety measures are followed. I chose this clinic because I saw a lot of positive feedback. And now m sharing this based on my experience.
