Pristyn Care

It was a very bad experience. I went for Gynecomastia sugery.
There was no communication between the hospital and Pristyn. For e.g. They confirmed private bed, but was given a shared room. I requested for a an EMI payment plan but had to pay in full because Pristyn didn't communicate the same to the Hospital.
They called me at 9 AM but the tests and procedures started at 12 PM. No value of time.
The doctor was in such a hurry that he didn't even try to talk me through the procedure before the surgery and also didn't meet after the surgery was done to talk about how it went. Which is very much required when someone has gone under the knife.
I was supposed to get discharged the same day in the evening but because of no communication between the hospital and pristyn, we ended up calling Pristyn multiple times and had to act as a mediator between the tow. Moreover, the phone of SPOC from Pristyn - Mr. Sandeep, was switched off and we were left in limbo. Although we got call from other person called Mohit but he was if no help, unaware and was very rude.
Ultimately, we were able to get discharged at 9: 30 PM. We were promised of providing the cab for back home but because the SPOC was not available and Mohit didn't pick up the phone, we had to book it on our own. I finally was able to have my dinner and medicines (including Painkillers) at 12 AM because of all the delays from Pristyn.
The bottom line - Once you give the money before the surgery, no one cares for you.

Coming to the hospital aspect, it was horrible and the staff was terrible and callous. They treat you like an animal and not a human being. For e.g, the nurse was inserting the cannula without applying any antiseptic. I could have get an infection had I not reminded her of it. The staff who had to shave me was untrained and gave me cuts via trimmer. Language was a grave issue. The staff didn't understand English and were continuosly speaking in their native language knowing that we are not able to understand.
I was made to wait for my turn for an hour alone outside the OT. When the surgery was done, I and two other patients were put in the observation room but ironically there was no one in the observation room. The third patient, who had got an ENT surgery done, was having severe pain in his throat, all three of us after the surgery had to scream on top of our voice for 5 minutes to get some help for him. It was a grave carelessness which could have been fatal.

In my room, there was another patient who came via Pristyn and was facing the same issues. The things promised were not delivered and was hugely disappointed like me.
I would suggest everyone to pay some extra bucks, if required, but do not fall prey to Pristyn's false promises.

Fraud is the only word which fits well with Prystine care. The first thing Prystine care need to do is fix the dual personality of their own customer representatives. Once you pay money the sweet customer representative stop answering your call and become irritated with every simple question.

My interaction happened with Sanya Goel who is Team lead in Prystine care and whose bio says “skilled in communication and customer relation”. She has 0 skills of communication and only one skill of convincing clients to meeting her sales target and there after
Escaping and not answering calls.

I will not recommend Prystine care to anyone. You would be risking your money over life.

Pristyn care is the worst place for any type of sugery, i am thing that it was my biggest mistake i went to pristyn care for my kindney stome. Here one doctor is there dr gr manjuth he is very much incompetent for any kind of surgery he makes life in danger and these type of docoters are there with pristyn care and i paid 90k for surgey and asking for refund no body taking whole dole resposibility for ever one giving to next and from twenty days i am struggling to get my money back. Please don't trust pristyn care for any type of surgery, they give you less price but don't trust, they make you life and you have pay not double it should more than thriple cost for that, they make your condicton hell

Had average experience for my father's eye surgery. Initial follow up & support were good. They have preponed my father's eye surgery. On the day of surgery, I was chasing with them for the insurance process. With the help of hospital staff & my follow up with the insurance company, the initial claim was approved.

Excellent customer service, very good pre and post surgery follow up. Underwent inguinal hernia repair surgery. Dr. Uday Ravi is very good surgeon, friendly and approachable thanks pristine care.

I am very happy and feel more confident now after this surgery thanks to Prisyn Care to make me feel more confident again just because of this surgery

Guys don't go with Prystine. They are just charging money. Will follow nicely pre hospitalization, but later on i have experienced the worst service. They are fraud and scamster.
Never go with Prystine.

We took an appointment at 4 pm yesterday.when we reached the place, it was open with noone inside.we asked the shops nearby and they don't seem to know if it's functional or not.we called their toll free number and they told us that if we wait for an hour, the doctor would come.never seen an office which doesn't even have a receptionist. Wasted half day of work for this

Excellent sevice provide by Pristyn Care, Dr. Shilpa Shrivasthava madam is a an experienced Doctor. I liked her service, especially Aradhana Tripathi helped me a lot for my child (8years) post surgery service.

In my experience Dr.s should be more careful to the patient after surgery and should be capable to handle any type complications and not that throw the patient to some other surgeon. I am thankful to the Pristyn Care that they have referred me to Dr. Suraj Munjal, Eye Specialist surgeon. He is very knowledgeable Doctor. He assured me that he will try to improve my Vision with medication and he has done it.bI am thankful to Dr. Suraj Munjal.

They have very rude and no caring doctors.
After surgery that surgeon doctor will be hide another doctor will come for formalities and ask the general thing, even he doesn't know what happened to me.
During surgery they have kept pipe inside my urinary tube but no one told me, after 10 days surprisingly one guy calling for again surgery and showing 1 lakh charges to remove that pipe.just for kidney surgery they charged 3.1 lakhs.
Third class service, justthey need money that's it.
Before they will tell one thing and after surgery thier communication like unknown person.
Very bad experience man. Just they are hungry for insurance money that's it.

One complaint Post Surgery there is no response from them for consultancy as promised.
There customer care number also does not connect.

I contacted pristyn care for ear drum surgery.
Overall it was good experience.
Cost was little bit higher but I was having medical insurance.
Doctor (purodha prasad) was in my case (knowledgeable and experienced).
Still I will give 4/5.
Irene hospital was not so supportive as it should be. Nursing Staff were good.
Its better to consult 4 or 5 doctor before going for any surgery.

Dr.madhurika mam treated very well. I loved very much while treating and the way of talking is very pleasant and friendly. Staff also treated like a family.

Very good coordination by Pristyn Care Staff. An excellent behavior of Dr. Piyush Sharma toward his patient. He is vary friendly makes me understand things related my problems. Attitude towards patients of Eden Hospital staff was an excellent. Staff is very hard working and honest with their patients.

My experience with pristyn care was very diagnosed. Manisha the coordinator was all fine till I was getting admitted and at the time of discharge, she started behaving extremely rude and unprofessional by disconnecting the call on patients face. They will get the inital process done and start begging for positive reviews so do not fall for it. M giving this a 3 star coz the dr who treated me mr mukunda was fantastic, very friendly, knew the issue well and provided the required treatment

Poor response and insensitive people. I have been asking them to provide the consultation bill receipt since last 2 weeks but they are ignoring. Their customer care centers are only to pick the incoming without the proper response and unable to address issues.

I got the consultation from Pristyn care. They explained me about my Lipoma Treatment. Overall they explained everything very well.

It was really good experience although it was my first visit. Doctor and coordinator's were really good.

I have been suffering from allergies ringitits for the past few years and visited many doctors but non of them could identify my problem, it was Dr.madhusudan who diagnosed it Sinus with fungal infection combined with blocked nasal cavity and accordingly suggested treatment and now I'm feeling much better and hopefully completely cured. Pathetic service, pls don visit this place ever if you care for yourself

I consulted Dr. Ananya for PCOD. The doctor was very kind. She explained the issue clearly. Unlike other doctors she helps correct it without hormonal pills, by making few lifestyle changes.

Experience was really good.took online consultation.it was on time and doctor Ananya diagnosed my problem really well and medicines prescribed by her helped me get well very soon.

Well i have visited this clinic for the first time and had a very good experience.i had consulted Dr.bagyashri and she was very friendly.

I consulted Dr Himani and I would recommend the doctor for anyone looking for a genuine ENT specialist. I consulted doctor to check for sinus issue and I am quite satisfied with the consultation as the doctor explained each and every detail related to the diagnosis. Lastly, I am not happy with the working style of Pristyn care though, i had to literally ask thrice before they could provide a invoice for the consultation fee.

The clinic was really great experience. The price was fair and the doctor was amazing. Even the reports delivery was great and safe.

The entrance to this clinic is pretty steep for patients. However, the consultations are excellent if one is consistent with the follow up checks.

I have gone through the Fistula treatment and the process was pretty smooth from the starting to end. As Dr.would always say Fistula is known for occurrence but by tough-wood it has not reoccurred so far thanks to the Dr.to operate in efficient way. AREA OF improvement: Fiance Team should be more soft and responsive.

I recently visited Dr. Anusha because of my PCOD problem and she was really sweet and handled everything very well i was very tensed but she really make me relaxed. I suggest each nd every one to visit there.

I had a horrendous experience when I got my friend admitted for hemorrhoids surgery. Never go to pristyn care for any surgery. They have their marketing strategy of luring people of giving 30 mins of no pain laser surgery which is of world class. But this is not true at all. For a simple surgery, they performed the operation twice, and still there was no chance of recovery, moreover he started getting suicidal behaviour due to pain.
They even charged 90k, for. First surgery, and 50k for second to hich is 5times the cost of surgery performed by other doctors.so, go with your own risk.

Very qualified doctors, helping and caring attitude, pamul who is coordinating me is doing brilliantly in managing the doctor appointments etc.

These guys are a bunch of thugs out there to exploit your insurance. They have no professionalism & no ethics. They charged me 85k for a minor surgery that got done in 20 mins! The hospitals they have tie ups with are unhygienic with pathetic staff to say the least. They give appointments and then are clueless abt the doc's whereabouts. For every single appointment u need to make at least 5 phone calls. I had to go to them in an emergency but would really advise everyone to stay clear of these guys! Horrible experience!

Pristyn care is doing great service for the patients. They have very talented doctors and providing the quality treatment. From consultation to surgery, they are taking care of the patients. During hospitalization also their representatives giving us moral and communicative support.
I have undergone surgery with Dr. Gaurav Prasad is expert for circumcision. Now I am alright feeling very comfort about surgery and service. Totally pristyn care giving very very excellent service to patient.

I took best laser operation method in the 3-months back to cure my disease and same problem reoccurr again to me. I did scan of 10K MRI scan and doctor did not found any issue and after surgery I had consulted another doctor of pristyn care for after reoccurring disease and they scanned of 1K and able to diagnose the problem. I do not know what they did to me during operation and charged 80K bill. And doctors will simply say you can resume to your work within 10-15 days. I do not know how these people write on their banners no cuts, no wounds. Is it possible to get cure on body without cuts/wounds? - Not at all possible.

I visitied Dr. Anusha in relation to my period problem. She is very friendly and explains in very sinple terms. I was helped with the tests and followups as well. She is very accessible and expert in her field.

I m totally disgusted with the doctor and staff of Pristyn care as there have no professionalism. First they have tie up with such hospital not even worth to do normal checkup. The surgeon was too rude and unprofessional with no sense of emotion. The staff is irresponsible with no proper management. They told they will refund the amount it has been one month neither they call nor they reply to message. Worse, worse, experience of life. I would negative if there's a option to choose

I'd been suffering from piles for a very long period of time. I thought ayurvedic medicines would work but didn't. Finally I went for laser treatment. And I have to say I'm very much happy with the treatment now.
