Please don't go with prystyn care.once surgery completed then if u have medical insurance then they will ask to do e-sign (amount auto debit from ur bank account) with credit fair loan company.
Once u have done payment whatever u have received from ur medical insurance company even though they will do some debit Transactions in ur bank account without knowing u. They will not respond for ur calls. I ma facing lot of issues with credit fair and prystyn care both the companies. There was one guy Anuj in prystyn care. He is contact person for me for everything. Because of he only i have done e-sign with credit fair. But he left the company and no one is responding for my calls.
Now I am going to put police case against prystyn care and credit fair.
Because once payment done from my end still they are doing some transactions in my bank account. This is very bad right. And also this is impacting for my cibil score.

Dr. Madhusudhan is such a great doctor and a personality. I feel so free to breathe and I thought of dropping this review. It is almost a year. I remember Dr. Madhu took a lot of care after the surgery. There was a bit of hassle during discharge process, but it was all worth to be treated by such a honest and confident doctor.

My wife was undergoing eardrum surgery under Dr. Madhu Sudhan of #PristynCare at Gawai Hospital in #Bangalore, and due to their negligence, and some surgical error she had a #HeartAttack. Since they could not manage the incident properly, she got a #BrainStroke. The hospital and the doctor deviated from their Duties which Directly caused severe Damage to my healthy wife and mother of a 6 months old Infant.

Pathetic Experience.
People who take appointment and show up after an hour get to go first. So if you want to get to the doctors cabin as you arrive you know what to do.

Opted for IVF procedure for my sister with guranteed treatment success agreed payment, over charged and treatment with not even a single document maintained for surgical procedures and no payment receipts, my sister went in depression because of fake promises and treatment failures. Even after multiple follow ups no support after looting whooping 2.5 lakhs for treatment.

This review is only for the service that was provided while scheduling an appointment, I had scheduled an appointment on Thursday and after few minutes I was informed that the appointment have been cancelled and it was rescheduled on Friday at 5: 30 PM at Indiranagar branch, at 4: 45 PM I received a call from Mr. Anoop stating that the appointment had to be cancelled as there is another emergency case, this is totally unprofessional, I can understand that there would be emergencies but there should be some consideration for the pre scheduled appointments and it cannot be rescheduled multiple times.

2 Days back my mother had an ear surgery with Prisyn Care and the entire process was reasonably good.

Let me explain the whole process as short as possible.

Me and my mother visited the clinic in Thippasandra Main Road, and had consultation with Dr. Madhu Sudhan. At this point the consultation fee is Rs. 500.
He thoroughly investigated the problem and explained everything in a laymen term.
The Doctor is very cool, polite and professional.

Upon his advise, we went ahead for the surgery and the doctor shared our details with a coordinator for the surgery and insurance process.

Mr. Rohit and Mr. Abhishek took the entire process of checking and updating about the insurance process and claims. I had to pay 4k from my pocket apart from insurance coverage.

Upon confirmation on surgery, they had booked the room in Sparsh Hospital, Yeshwantapur. They had arranged everything from booking cab from home to hospital, and then hospital to Home post surgery.

We got a private room in the hospital, and initially I was not happy with the room service. Later, Ms. Kajal helped me to have proper room service and she periodically called me for any further assistance.

The surgery went well, after performing tests such as BP, ECG, ECHO etc.
The Nurses explained the procedures properly before taking my mom for surgery.

Post surgery my mother shifted to Private room safely. The Next day, we had discharge procedure, which was delayed and took almost an entire day as I was having corporate insurance.

This is a big pain point, the discharge formality and insurance approvals should be simplified and faster.

Overall, I'm happy with the process, communication, and behavior of all the Nurses, staffs in the hospital.

The only drawback I had was, The food offered by Prystyn could be better, and also they should make food arrangement for the attendee as well.

I would like say big Thanks to Dr. Madhu Sudhan, Mr. Abhishek and Ms. Kajal, for helping me go to through this process with ease.

I was opted for RIRS treatment from Pristyn Care, I got 2 free telephonic consultation with doctor, I was admitted to the Manipal Hospital, I have corporate insurance, So these guys told me everything cashless n I don't need to pay single penny, Even though 10% of co-pay.

I requested for private room, I never got, Hospital staff treated us in a worst manner, Because we are from Pristyn.

Since there was a infection, They've done only Stunting, It hardly costs 40-45k as per Pristyn executive, But they charged 82k from Insurance & I paid 5k from hand as Co-pay.

After admission to discharge, I never got chance to talk to doctor, After discharge I was in severe pain, When I looked for doctor contact in discharge summary, Doctor name is different than who operated n No contact number of doctor & great thing is, I have no right to question hospital or seek help from hospital doctor.

If you ask me, Never Ever opt/Choose Pristyn Care.

They're playing with Patient's life for money.

They called me n I expected what ever happened with me & I have the call recording of the Pristyn Care executive where I was confirming that I don't need to pay anything & He's clearing said what's the cost of the treatment, he told that he'll refund the amount which I paid and Pristyn Care frauds are saying they can't provide refund & they don't care what my opinion is

Pristyn Care is just a Fraud 3rd class 3rd party, They're just a middleman between patient n hospital.

We were given an appointment of 5.30pm and doctor never showed up even after an hour. We left. A doctor that doesn't have time sense is not a doctor. I don't recommend this clinic to anyone. Just by using actors to promote your brand will never get you loyal patients. You have to earn it.

The experience was quite good, got quick response from pristyn team anytime I want. The hospitalisation process was smooth from admit to discharge, hospital room was clean and good.
The doctor who performed the surgery was good, but the nurse and sister who was supposed to be there when I needed to go to washroom (as I wasn't able to post surgery) was not coming on time.
Only the thing I didn't like was the food provided in the package from pristyn team, since I was on a liquid died for a day, I asked them to send me some liquid diet but they said it's not possible and given me solid food. So I paid from my side and the food got wasted.

It was the smoothest of experience, everything including the courtesy of co ordinator from Pristyn Care to facilitate evry single thing till surgery and post op too.

Guys, I will 100% recommend Pristyn care, recently it went through a surgery arranged by Pristyn care they took care from end to end life cycle and I had a good experience, Doctor, hospital and procedures. I thank Pristyn care and Doctor Abhishek and Vasavi hospital staff for flawless experience.

I consulted with Dr Janani at pristine care few months back for about three times over a period of a month, there was very detached response from doctor and lack of treatment, the second and third time I paid the consultation fee only to be told to consult general doctor and skin doctor with least amount of response or concern for my fairly long prevailing problem. Overall I wouldn't recommend this place as the doctor failed to build trust or help me to get a clarity on my problem.

Process i went through for the surgery was really smooth with the help of prystin care, Dr. Vikranth who was the surgeon was very friendly and i went to his clinic after 1 weak and he everything after my surgery was going well even in one night Dr. Vikranth picked my call and help me with proper instructions. The procedures were quiet simple and good care was taken care before, during and after surgery by both doctor Dr. Vikranth and pristyn care. ENT doctor was very considerate. The environment was very friendly. The receptionist Chitra was very polite and helpful. She helped me with all my queries.

I was suffering from abdominal pain from past 3 months. On the first episode of this I was admitted in Emergency at Specialist hospital Kamanahalli where they diagnosed me with urethral stone. I followed a few ayurvedic medicine cources and the stone was flushed out as I saw in the next ultra sound scan report. But the pain did not subside even after the stone had gone and when I consulted a urologist at the same hospital, he kept saying there is nothing and I shouldn't be worried about anything. He even asked me if I'm married and said if you're not married then what's the problem? Later a few days after I started getting this pain again and this time it was beyond my ability to suffer. I went to the same hospital and took a CT scan and did a blood test only to diagnose a 4.6 mm stone in urethra and a cyst in my prostrate. I went to the ER and met the duty doctor and asked him to contact the same urologist who had seen me and said nothing is wrong and send all my reports to him and ask for his advice. They took nearly 2 hours to get the info and asked me to go home with some pain killers. I was devastated as I wanted my pain to go. Then I told the duty doctor I want to get surgery done. For that he jumped and contacted the doctor immediately and asked me to get admitted immediately with 1 lakh rupees+medical expenses extra. I wanted to get admitted at any cost now as I couldn't bare the pain anymore. Luckily they said surgery will be done next day only, so I came back home and contacted Pristyn care. Mr. Prince who is the co ordination contacted me and said not to worry and everything will be alright ans he has sent my reports to a urologist specialist and he will call me. Just a few minutes later Dr. Nippun contacted me and explained that we need to perform a surgery for removal of stone and look for other infections. I was provided a cab in the middle of the night and assigned a closeby renowned hospital. By the time I reached there, pristyn staff had already contacted the hospital and spoken to the emergency staffs and doctors and Dr. Nippun started the medication required to soothe the pain. I was later shifted to ward and then the next day morning I underwent laser removal surgery for stone and that's when Dr. Nippun and his team in the OT diagnosed that my entire urethral end was blocked by pus and infection and it could have damaged a lot of other things if left untreated. He was so awesome and knowledgeable and polite in explaining what is what and treated the entire area and he kept saying to his staff in OT which I could hear. "Our patient must be happy" This is the real meaning of hospitality. Post the surgery he assisted me over the phone and whatsapp whenever I needed him and also kept a track of things with hospital staff. Finally, as a patient I would like to say that always have a second opinion when you are said there's nothing wrong and you know that there is definately something wrong and always trust pristyn care and it's staff, they're the best in class and are true SPECIALISTS. And yes the surgery costed me 40% of what other hospitals wanted to charge. I hope my detailed story and review would help all patients who are suffering from such issues. Thanks team Pristyn. I'm writing this review while waiting in the reception of Life Plus/Pristyn where I was supposed to have a 10 am appointment. It has been over half an hour with no sign of the doctor.
This is despite already shifting the appointment from 5.30 pm the previous day.
Does this hospital and the doctors who work here understand that we have our lives to go about as well or do they want us to be at their mercy?
This delay forced me to push my work and therefore put my job and professionalism at risk as well.
I sincerely hope this hospital doesn't do this to someone else where the consequences can be far worse.

Dr.was very experienced and helpful, told me about the complexions other patients have after surgery and took the necessary steps as i leave far away from the hospital and won't be able to reach the hospital in case of an emergency.
