One most worst service I received. I still not sure how they play with our emotions. I got my mother surgery done through pristyn care via ICICI Lombard insurance they had sent us for vividus hospital and firstly shocking was they put us in general ward so weird even after having insurance it doesn’t make sense to be in general ward and later when I went ahead and enquired later shifted us to private room. To be frank they were so many drama firstly the person Amisha Pandey was coordinator through pristyn care and Akash was taking care of insurance for mother surgery.when insurance had to get approval from ICICI Lombard that day these both are on week off, fine when you are on week off it’s basic common sense that you assign the task to somebody else which wasn’t done, then I had to make multiple follow ups I think I called them both more 55 times as I have my call records and great thing is that they don’t respond to your calls.hats to pristyn care for having such a wonderful people, I personally suggest pls even by mistake do not think of going to pristyn care if you have insurance pls do directly contact the hospital- I forgot to mention above that this complete process was for cashless!

Cautionary Tale: Pristine Care's Disastrous Service

My journey with Pristyn Care turned out to be a nightmare. Despite their initial assurances, the post-admission phase was a communication void. My calls and messages were met with silence, leaving me in the dark about my own surgery for two days in the WARD.
To add insult to injury, my surgery never materialized, yet I had to part with a substantial 20,000 INR. Pristine Care's blatant disregard for customer queries and their apparent indifference to delivering promised services are unacceptable.
Consider this a cautionary warning: If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, think twice before involving Pristyn Care in your medical decisions. I share this with the hope that future clients will be spared the distress I endured.

Worst experience at Pristyn care. The poc will show support until surgery, post that they don't give a damn. I was forced to stay back in the hospital for 4 hrs after surgeries without food and proper place to rest. There is no transperancy when it comes to bills. They made me take a loan for 40k, now I'm bound to pay it. Without knowing the exact outstanding dues how can I pay the EMI? They aren't responding to my emails and msgs. Will file a complaint in consumer forum on the company & pooja.

My experience with Pristyn Care's timely assistance, everytime I needed help has brought my life back to normalcy as I had severe kidney stone issues with infection. Brajesh was available at just a call away whenever I needed medical assistance. I thank Pristyn Care team and Brajesh for this amazing gesture

I came across pristyne care through my corporate portal once I placed the request their co ordinator Jatin contacted me and inquired regarding ailment and suggested me dr Vishruth k raj for kidney stone surgery. Doctor is really professional and has good experience in the field and explained me the procedure really well and the procedure was done very proficiently. Jatin helped me throughout the journey I didn’t have to do anything regarding the insurance he helped me out for the approvals and it was really helpful. Whoever is planning for any kind of surgery I suggest they choose pristyne care as they give a very hassle free experience.

Awesome service, they manage everything end to end from your door step pickup to surgery to drop, without missing anything. How amazing is that. The customer representative is always available to answer all questions, and the rates are reasonable too.

Consulted at Pristyn Care for kidney stone procedure. Exceptional service especially by Mr. Jatin who helped right from start and making sure we are comfortable. He helped us find the best doctor to consult that is Dr. Girish Nelivegi who explained everything in detail regarding procedure. Follow up consultations were fixed by Jatin on timely basis.

Very professional service offered by Pristyn care. They take care of end to end process from getting admission to Hospital, getting the surgery scheduled till discharge and then post discharge Doctor appointments. Never thought insurance procedures are this easy. All you need is to get in touch with Pristyn submit your documents and relax. They shall take care of everything till you get discharged including home pickup and drop at no xtra charge. Shivani sharma, the co ordinator is the best thing happened for me through out this process. She was proactive, and used to respond quickly and she was available anytime with just a msg. She deserves a grt applause and definitely a raise. Thank u so much mam. Spl thanks to Manjunath sir for making my operation smoother and taking care of me. Definitely recommend.

I would recommend Pristyn care to everyone for issues related to opthalmology. The services that they provided; from reception counter to the doctor were world class. I was so glad to see that covid guidelines were maintained properly both by doctors and patients.

Prysten Care helped in all the subjects in a very good way and Dr. Sachin also told everything in a very simple way. The staff is very cooperative. Good manners are maintained.

The doctor consultation was very good and so were the staffs but the hospital ambience could have been better.

A better place for ur piles and other problems they’ll organise everything from pickup and treatment. And DR SAJEET NAYAR a very good and experienced doctor treated us.

Had to face some probems due to miscommunication from the team on appointment location, but was glad with the hospitality at the pristyn care, doctor was very good and had answered all our question with lots of patience.

My experience with pristyn care was very good, there was continuous support on all the steps starting from consultation to admission, surgery and discharge.

Last week I had 3 operative procedures for Piles, Fissure and Fistula at a time. My experience was awesome, starting from day I met Dr Vikranth Suresh (Sahakar Nagar, Bangalore) to till date I've not faced any difficulties.
Dr Vikranth explained me about the problems and remedies in detailed.
And after one week I had my operation done, with 30 mins OT time and with a lot of ease.
