Worst service from Pristyn care. Pathetic service
They have given wrong information on everything. Blindly trusted them, they said tentative bill amount around 1250000 but bill was around 57000. They asked to pay amount before admitting in the hospital. Big liers. I definitely don’t refer this to anybody.

Shabbiest place. Chaotic staff. Not even professional enough to take care of appointments.
The receptionist informed us that the doctor will not meet us after 6: 45PM. So we made sure to be there on time and reached the clinic by 6: 40PM.
She happily told us to have a seat and that the doctor will be available in 10 mins.
We waited patiently for 35 mins after which she came to us with a smile on her face and said 'Aaj doctor nahi milega aapko' (The doctor will not meet you today).
Seriously?
A patient is waiting with fever and a throat infection and this is what is offered.
Train your staff and get professional.

Worst experience ever faced, pristyn care they just call you soo many times and give wrong details and waste time, even more worse is that Dr Bharath manu very rude in nature not even looks at your problem, they even charge high amount of 600 he is not worth of 100 very poor treatment and his behaviour.
Not worth of singlesas well.

Very bad doctor (mohan) no awareness on circumcision surgery and he don't suggest weather the patient must needs that surgery or not! He need money he will do surgery without any hesitation! Actually for me that surgery is not required! I went to this doctor he did not examine perfectly.very bad

He must supposed to say like the surgery is really needed to to this patient or not.

Had been for ENT consultation with Dr Manu Bharath. He is very humble and knowledgeable doctor. Was very happy with him. Unfortunately the pristyn people did not corordinate for submitting the report and getting connected with the doctor. It's benn 3 days. We are still waiting to talk to doctor. This happened after repeated messages to Mrs. Rakshita who was supposed to connect us to the doctor.

Had a very bad experience with Pristyncare. Father in law had laparoscopic gall bladder surgery which got complicated to intestinal perforation. He was sick in ICU on ventilator and kidney failure for one week. Don’t go here for any surgery.

They are providing fabulous service at less price. Not money motivated people. I highly recommend

Worst healthcare center I have ever seen very bad service, rude behaviour from the staff and after u take the appointment and reach the place they will tell the doctor is not available so I don't suggest this health care center

My friend had an operation just 2 days back. Have been following up for the bills from the Hospital. Till the final payment was done, they were calling umteen times. Now I have to keep calling for the bills to claim insurance. Kindly somebody help.

I went through a surgery for DNS and apenoid hypertrophy and the entire procedure was taken care by Pristyn care and it was a great experience. No hiccups or surprises anywhere and everything was smooth. Even the transport to and from the hospital was taken care of by the Pristyn team and the surgery was all fine and was done by DR. Manu Bharath, a definitely recommended doctor for anything ENT. Care buddy was Srikanth who took care of insurance and everything else. If you have an insurance then I definitely recommend going through Pristyn for hassle free experience

My dad is 74 and was suffering from Fistula for quite some time. We were little worried about the surgery due to his age and prior conditions like BP and Vertigo issues. I wanted to make sure we have the utmost care during surgery. Dr Muthuraju K R is really wonderful surgeon and the staff was always helpful and kind. Staff made sure we had a smooth prep, surgery and post surgery follow ups. We are really glad we chose Pristyn Indiranagar, definitely recommended.

Please don't fall prey for painless laser surgery it will take more time than normal surger, They have a good marketing team which will make you fall for them, Please take second opinion before getting admitted.

It was a good experience overall at Pristyn care. From the ease of appointment to consultation to admission to surgery to discharge. The insurance was also taken care by the staff. Everything was a smooth experience. Trimaan was a friendly person to reach out for all my queries and supported instantly and gave me appointment and explained me well even before visiting the doctor and took care of the overall process very professionally and Dr. Manu Bharath and Dr. Abhishek explained very well about the problem and solution for the same and it was comfortable to take a decision.

The hospital staff are good. The services are good too. But pristyn care have a horrible service and complain redressal system. They don't deliver what they seem to claim. I was falsely assured of pricing and ultimately they ask you to pay more than that during the surgery. So I would advise to NOT opt for any services from pristyn care unless cost isn't a factor, as their after sales services are also horrible you ll end up losing more than you plan.

I have undergone through septoplasty surgery yesterday. It was an amazing experience. No need to rush for here and there. Everything have been taken care by pristyn team with very minimal price as compare to the standard surgery cost. They have provided free pickup and drop facility and also i got unlimited consultation related to the same surgery till recovery, from doctor. What can i expect more as a patient. Hasselfree experience. I would suggest eveyone to choose pristyn for surgery requirements.

Had a consulation with Dr Manu Bharath. Had a phone consultation with this guy and he uploaded a grainy half cut out prescription. It mentioned a tablet in his handwriting and i couldnt catch the name of the tablet. I requested for a callback to clarify my doubts. Meanwhile, this consult was for my 90 yr old grandma who has been coughing incessantly. He and he receptionist ignored my calls, my messages, failed to clarify my doubts, finally called back the next day after me sending them a bunch of messages saying they were unprofessional. This guy has the audacity to mock me about my doubt, finally having to agree that there were multiple varieties of the tablet mentioned. Worst experience! This is not how a professional should behave. Anybody can get a medical degree these days cant they? All it takes is a little money. Attitude shows your real mettle and skill! And this guy had none.

Had a consultation with Dr. Haridarshan at JP nagar branch as a second opinion for my piles and fissure. Excellent doctor and had a wonderful experience consulting him. I did no mistake consulting him for taking a 2nd opinion and he was spot on to notice that I was mis-guided in my first consultation with another doctor from another clinic (not from Pristyn care). Many doctors advise to go for surgery these days even if not required as they may be under pressure from hospital management. But Dr. Haridarshan was just doing what he is supposed to do - his service and no money minded. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and others who may need his excellent medical consulting. Disappointing services from Clinic. Visited on 17thOct reading good reviews of Dr. Manu Bharat and could not meet him due to extremely un-professional receptionist. Initially rude tone to book appointment, both rude tone on phone and in clinic. Secondly mixed Doctor name instead of Dr. Manu Bharat even though appointment was booked, she did not intimate doctor who left in front of us and we were made to sit for more than hour (we thought he has stepped out). Receptionist did not intimate and was thinking we were there to meet another doctor. All the while the reason for her busy and rude behavior was she was busy watching videos. Pathetic customer service. Will clinic take any action or give feedback to this receptionist? When we made our disappointment heard she cancelled our appointment to save her.

Dr Hari darshan treated me well, good service from hospital, he was clearly explained what the problem was.i felt better.

Dr Himani is very nice in understanding the problem. Listened with patience to all the health problem (Throat related) and then she cross questioned whether having any other health related issues, Then she correlated and explained in detail why the sore throat is continuing for a long period. Suggested some blood investigations based on her suspects About my vitamin levels and advised medicines to improve the conditions post diagnosis. I believe that a doctor should have patience to hear and clear all the doubts of the consulting patient and Dr Himani is good at it.

Dr Hari Darshan is being a great family friend like attitude, soft spokeness, patience, understanding, with her patients. And the best of all his is immediate response over the phone in any situations. I highly highly recommend doctor for Gall bladder surgery or for any other consultant. I have under went Septoplast surgery recently and it is successful.

Terrible staff harassing with constant phone calls.
The clinic is abusing the patient's phone no.after the consultation, I have got nearly 12 calls (5 made by staff and rest ivr) from the team asking for feedback. On blasting them for disturbing someone who is already unwell, one of them said they didn't know (!).

Went for septoplasty surgery for my wife in Bangalore. They arranged a very good hospital and surgery was good. Hospital room/facility/nurse all good. ENT doc was decent. They took care of insurance approval. Overall experience was good.

They booked pickup before surgery, but no-one asked us post surgery, no drop facility.

I am a 33 year old guy and having a business in Bangalore. My job requires me to sit for a good couple of hours. Unfortunately I developed fissure and was suffering from severe pain. Within a year of open surgery, my father developed piles again. This time I took her to Pristyn Care clinic in Jayanagar where we met Dr. Haridarshan. The doctor checked her thoroughly and recommended laser surgery. I won't say that it was a superb experience but rather a comfortable one. On the day of the surgery, when we reached the clinic the doctor arrived late for the surgery by a couple of minutes. By then the clinic staff made sure all the paperwork was completed and results of the diagnostic tests are ready. When the doctor reached the clinic, he apologised deeply which is kind of unexpected from a doctor. As all the paperwork was completed, my father underwent the procedure which took only half an hour to complete. The discharge process was also smooth.

I'm very much happy to write this review about their service. Good care of patients. Proper follow ups even after treatment. I really thank to pristyn care staff. And much thanks to DR. Manu Bharath who operate my Ear.
