Very bad experience. Never visit prystin care. Money minded doctors for simple consulting they will suggest surgeries and operation

I have been guided to Dr. Zeeshan Ali through Nidhi Tripathi from Pristyn Care for my thrombosed hemorrhoids operation on 28th March 2023 at Bangalore. After initial diagnosis immediately he prescribed for minor surgery which is the only option as lump is not going to get reduced by itself soon, which happened on 29th March 2023, by 30th March I got completely relieved from my thrombosed hemorrhoids pain. Throughout the journey, from initial Doctor visit until my Discharge after surgery, Nidhi took care of everything from Cab arrangement and Food delivery which was very much helpful. Thank you Nidhi, Pristyn team and Dr. Zeeshan Ali for providing fastest recovery from thrombosed hemorrhoids issue.

I underwent Hydrocele surgery and I was assigned very experienced and knowledgeable Doctor Dr. Sajeet Nayar.
Follow up went really good with Pristyn care Malleshwaram.

Till surgery everything was fine. However, post surgery things went haywire. I was in pain during night and needed doctor's consultation but didn't get any despite multiple requests post surgery. Hospital staff was not as expected. Post surgery doctor advised hospital staff to provide sitz bath, however, nobody catered request and later when asked by doctor they said it's already provided. It seems as if hospital staff treats Pristyn care patients as second class patient and give less priority. Also, had issue while consultation post surgery as there was no co-ordination between coordinator and patient. Eventually, ended up getting follow up by doctor other than who operated. Dissatisfied.

Useless. I didn't see any benefit and since they play broker role, it takes lot of time to get admitted and discharge. Better to avoid middleman.

Worst Experience, They work for Insurance Money
Firstly There was delay in pickup, hospital was not ready with the Admission, after we reached reception the staff were wondering here and there for cleaning the room, they made us to sit in General ward for 1 hours, after long request they provided a private room, only the Surgeon and the surgery process was excellent, after surgery when shifted to room I was suffering from lot of pain, after many calls they came and gave pain killer injection, no regular attention, they have charged bill for 350 rs but they collected money for food from us, I was promised to discharge at 3.30 PM, but they discharged me at 8 PM, in the mean time I killed 6 mosquitoes in the room though it was private Air condition. Finally I was also promised to get return cab facilities after repeated call to Pristine care they said that cabs are not available, I am lucky that I booked myself cab reached home at 10 PM, being patient, I faced all these problems. No dinner.

This is my Surgery Experience. I pray God not any patient face such issues.

5. Dr. Karthik Vishwanathan ofcourse is the best cosmetic surgeon in Bangalore.
6. Final results yet to be seen after total healing, but till now I am totally satisfied with the procedure done and the service provided.

It's at malleshwaram 4th main road, all types of tests can be done here. Can be easily reached by private transport. It's a multi storey building. We have taken BMD scanning here and staff is very cooperative and guide you properly with patience. Lift facilities avilable.

Pristyn care is fraud i take an appointment.and at last moment they were saying that it has been cancelled.

Worst experience receptionist is very rude with patients she is misguiding who is sitting next to ultrasound first educate her she doesn't have ethics. Moreover doesn't know how to behave at all she is too arrogant she doesn't have sense to talk to patients

Just for an Appointment they were unable to coordinate properly.they gave me appointment and when i went there, no doctor, no info.

They Have Given the Name of Gauri Singh, when i reached out her for the confussion, she said i will get back to you when i was waiting in the clinic, i almost waited for 30 mins and no call came

Dr sajeet nayar is very good doctor.his way of approach and handling patients is very nice.nurses are also good they will take care of everything about patient.cleaning maintenance also super.but cordinators should keep patients in hospital untill they become stable.once when the operation is over doctors should visit the patient once a day.

I got my surgery done this month. From initial consultation till discharge, Pristyn Care helped me throughout the process. Doctor Sajeeth explained the process of surgery. I would recommend their services.

I got Ingunal Hernia lap procedure done through Dr. Sajeet @ Pristyn care on Oct 19. I waited for 4 months to share my experience.
From the first call that i made to enquire till the surgery got over it was an amazing experience. Mr Ajit, the co-ordinator from Pristyn explained me the whole procedure and gave details of Dr. He even scheduled appointments, not just before the procedure but even after the procedure. A big thanks to Ajit for the excellent work.
Now comes the Dr. I met Dr. Sajeet Nayar for the first consultation and he explained me as to what the problem is, what's the remedy and the nuances of the procedure. As i was going under the knife the first time, had lot of butterflies and clarifications. Dr. Sajeet patiently listed to every query of mine and clarified. Another note worthy point is that, he is very punctual with time. Every time when an appointment is given he sticks to the time.so was the case when i was taken to Operation theater. Post the procedure i did meet him couple of times to gauge the progress of my recovery and he was there to guide me. Thanks Dr. Sajeet N for handling my Hernia issue. Great job Pristyn care.

From the initial calls till the admission for surgery is simply AWESOME with their prompt responses. But, after getting admitted, the way they respond even God cannot predict. They have their representative as a co-ordinator in their tie up hospitals to help their patients. But, the co-ordinator has to learn professionalism apart from dressing alone. Hospital is purely a service centric industry. So, teach your people on how to be customer savvy. They will say to and fro cab will be arranged. But, they will bear for only one way. For returning, they will say like they will reimburse, but they will stop responding to your calls, emails and text messages. They will not respond even to fix the post surgical appointment. Overall, their business policy is good. But, because of their irresponsible staffs, they will have to run only paid campaigns and they WON'T BE getting any referral sales. Wish you a Good Luck to achieve your goals with the irresponsible team you have.

My dad got his piles treatment from pristyn care. Needless to say everything went smoothly. He's very much fine now. Every follow up appointment was given on time.
