This place and owner is a fraud. They are a series of fraud dealers making fool of the consumers by putting attractive pictures and prices on display. In reality, these dealers don't have any credibility, nor they have any after-sale service. They sell damaged appliances, the delivery man doesn't give proper demo and when you use the appliance, you will find it just a box of tin. They don't entertain any complaints or issues once you have already paid advance money. No one will pick your call, the invoices are handwritten and fake. Numbers given are not active. Locations are fake. This is a part of a big fraud cult of such dealerships. The cheater members of this gang write fake positive reviews for each other. Please be aware of these robbers. Please read the reviews and trust the negative ratings and comments.

Seeing all the post it helped I thought of buy second hand washing machine but now I will look for other places.

One of the worst experiences. Bought a washing machine and could not even use for a single time. It was leaking everywhere. And they guaranteed one year service and warranty. Yet again when l raised the complaints, they stopped responding altogether. It is scam. Please don't buy anything.

Inshallah, god will punish them. This is the extreme fruad. I purchased the washing machine with 11,000/- it is not working from first run.
If we call the customer care. Most of the time it is out of coverage area. I they attempt the call also not a professional behaviour. After 15 days everyday 10 times if you call also no use. Still my machine is not get repaired.

Bad, bad, BAAAD! They only rip you off and then laugh in your face when you are stuck with nowhere to store food, or milk even for your baby. Scam artists at their best. Inshallah, they will get same treatment one day.

If I could give a negative star, I would. EXTREME frauds. Dealt with them twice, and regretted it both times (should've learned my lesson at the first). They will sell you a hunk of junk and each time they come to fix it (IF they come), it's worse off than it was before. No returns, no exchanges, no refunds. They just lie and lie saying they are coming to fix or exchange and come up with the lamest excuses as to why they didn't show up for weeks. We ended up having to throw money away for a brand new fridge, not to mention throwing away thousands of rupees of food going bad. PLEASE do not waste your time or money or energy on these shisters, they will rip you off left, right and center. They'd probably lie and steal from their own grandmother. I am convinced all the good reviews here are just their friends and are fake

These people won't be coming for services when the machine is defective! Always giving reasons for their negligence of work! Worst service ever! Cheapo products!

Such a pathetic and greedy service provider. They came to my house and charge 350 and machine was same.

Very very pathetic service.bought washing machine for 6.5k.spend almost 3000 under warranty only. They will charge even if its under 6 month warranty as they says (thats somewhat okay as they are coming from far). They came for repair after calling atleast 10 times.and charge approximately 1000 each time.last time they replaced the motherboard n a charged Rs. 1600 said having 3 month warranty for motherboard.same problem started after a week and they are not picking up call n called FROM another no. And they picked.n said will come today, n keep saying same for last 1 week.

Never buy anything from this seller unless you are ready to cheated.

Don't buy anything from them, they are frauds, while enquiry they will inform you they will buy back the products at 50% after 1 year but when you will buy it once they will deny everything that they can't do anything, there is no such offer better buy from Olx or quickr.

Got my service done within 24 hours after calling the service center. Now my machine is working amazingly. Good experience. Valuable n reasonable price. Go for it guys.

Don't buy things from here. I got 1 year motor warranty on my washing machine, within 2 months their technician told me that except the motor everything is damaged.and I can resell it to them in 400-500 rupees so that they can again sell it.this is how they make fool of people.any service or warranty (if any) you will get will be just a trap.if you buy products from here you will realize it within a month.

Worst place to buy any product. These thugs are to be beaten by public. The products they sell won't work after a week.
