Instead of deducting one month rent from deposit as painting and other charges, they deducted 3months of my rent. I had paid deposit of 80k, my rent was 25k, they deducted 71k from my deposit and charged me for complete home repair cost, even for the costs I had no control over. I had lived in that house for 3 yrs and there were minor wear and tear with time, that could have been covered under 10k plus the painting charges,
but they charged me 45k as repair cost and 25k for painting. I will never recommend anyone to take any of their service, they might be helpful in searching properties for you but keep in mind that no money will be returned from your deposit. They will make sure to charge you for some or the other cost.

It was wonderfull expierence by Property managers Prashanth Francis & Naveen they really response very well as there was urgent move in of the tenant who was in search of house, they helped very well to the tenant and make them move in on priorty and fullfilled the tenants requirement keep up the good work team have a wonderful sucess ahead.

The overall move out experience was a pleasant one. The inspection was carried out on time by Mr. Babu. The damages during inspection was discussed and mutually agreed upon. The full and final settlement was done on the same day which is something every tenant look forward for.

Iam looking for 2bhk. I have called customer care manytimes. But nobody is bothered to assist even after selecting property from there online ads.

Disappointing service. Absolutely no professionalism. They will find ways to eat up your security deposit and do not expect it back. You will be 100% exploited as a tenant. I would suggest you to save yourself from this company. Beware. They are frauds.

Very nice and smooth transaction.
I was looking out for a rental flat francis from Proptension team helped me out. And with in 4 hours of long sit we were able to close everything end to end including discussion on rent security and contract terms.
Francis and babu over call made sure things are very clear and transparent.
Eventually i paid the token same day infact within 4 hours.
Francis is a very patient and good sales guy for sure. Proptension hope I will have similar experience through out our stay.

I work in Japan and have a flat in Bangalore. I was having difficulty in managing my flat as I was not able to visit India for a long time.
So I decided to go with Proptension and gave them the responsibility to manage my flat. Initially I was also having trouble with a previous tenant who was not picking up my calls and ignoring my texts.
Proptension supported me at that time, the contact person Asha was polite and helpful and responded to my queries without any delay.
Later, when the previous tenant finally vacated, Proptension also helped me with various home fittings and bathroom fittings work, and was able to find a new tenant quickly.
Also, I feel that the Proptension team is working professionally under the guidance of Mr Ramesh and Mrs Menaka Ramesh.

I have taken paid services to sell my flat. It's been atleast 3 months, no leads, no visits, no customers, no follow up, no status nothing. They just added my ads to some websites. Well I could have done it myself.the idea of taking paid services was to have some focused efforts on the selling the property quickly but in 3-4 months i just had one forced visit upon escalation. Please be wary about your money before engaging

I am a new landlord and I know very little about managing a property in the midst of Bangalore Of Emergency. To be honest, I contacted several property management companies before Proptension and I found that Proptension was the only one that was not evasive when answering my questions. He was thoughtful, patient, and extremely considerate with his responses. Worst place I have ever seen. They are cheats.first they would say that they are not charging any brokerage then they would ask for brokerage. The property they have shown is completely destroyed. I would like to share pictures of the property so that noone wastes their time.

Hello everyone, we took a three bhk on rental and we are facing severe issues as none of the power socket is working and these people are saying that power is there so its not there problem.

Now we need to get all the sockets repaired or replaced as these frauds are not ready to rectify the issue.

Once you take any rental house from them then you are doomed as they will not respond to any issue.

They ruined our weekend and talking to these people is like toking to bunch of cons.

Do not select any house from them as they wont even let u meet or speak to the owner.

The service they are providing kinda overwhelmed me and so i cant stop praising them here. I was searching for a rent house to stay for an a year in Bangalore. After a good amount of research and reference from some of my friends, i have decided to go with a property management company instead of brokers in market.
