Actually here people will never follow corporate formalities, they have done 3 rounds of interview, they processed 6lpa of my profile, if they dont have budget they could have tell initial stage itself, after done F2F 3 rounds, they didnt even providee feedback, they were lacking our time, wouild never suggest to anyone, please dont waste your precious time, especially dont trust and dont go with srujanas process

This company i give a contract to develop for a travel agency and I have paid the full money of the contract. And the website they develop for me isn’t functioning.

Srujana and Nayana are idiots in that company they called me for interview for virtual round I said ok after that they asked me for f2f round I told them I am not available srujana gave my number to Nayana and she is scolding they have mistake from there side they don't know how to talk to candidates

Worse technology cos I have ever experienced. They took 17 months to give me a broken and defective portal.
I had 6 project manager during this painful time with Provab. The owners are crooks who will give false promises to clients and once the payment is made to them you will get no help or assistance from the owners.
These crooks should be brought to justice by the law of the land.
If you want to avoid loosing your money and your sleep then avoid these crooks.

Worst Company ever I Visited for interview. This is time wasted company they are wasted my 3 weeks over here. I told them my expectations CTC on the first round of interview they told me will give you your expected salary no worries after 5 rounds of interview when I got selected they offered me which I was drawing in my last company and after long discussion they finally offered 1 LAC hike on my last CTC and told me that is our company policy we are not able to give you more than that. I don't understand if you guys are not able to pay then why you all wasting that much of Time.

Worst manager. The VP Rajneesh is a Narcissistic manager. He thinks he is running a factory in the 1950s where He can behave with workers however he wants. Don't go if you want to stay mentally healthy.

This is time wasted company.i wasted my 6 months over here.they committed for work from home, 2 months allow for work from home after that hr saying that our client say they need resources in the office.even i spoke about to work from home before joining.after that i declined the offer of client due to medical issues, then hr saying i will found other client for you, but they weren't finding clients for me till 3 months so i leave the job, i wasted my time in this company.

There are real opportunities for self-development if you want them. I have completed a lot of training during my work time at the company.

The pandemic has really shown the company in its true light. I felt really supported over the last 1 year. I was given the required devices to work from home. I did have to go into the office a couple of times, and the provisions put in place across the workplace, I felt so safe at a time where I was at times a little anxious to even go out. My manager was also really supportive at such a difficult time juggling work and homeschooling. Provab family is really supportive and Encouraging to learn the new technologies.

I worked in provab Technosoft around 9 months. In the induction they said you will get 12 leave in year but I didn't get any leave not even sick leave. There is no proper management, sometimes you have to work on weekends but if you take any leave they will deduct from salary and HR will say we haven't introduced such type of leave. Intentionally they will keep you on bench with loss of pay most of the time and if you ask the reason they will say this is for everyone in our company. 9 am to 7 pm is working hour but you have to work 12 hour in order to complete your work. They will treat you as a robot. If you say that how can I develop entire thing in this short period of time, they will not listen.
They will commit to client without asking developer and they will force developer to complete anyhow.

I have been working in provab since an year, The scope of learning advance technology is way more higher. As a team player we feel responsible in completing tasks and we learn more by connecting with the senior managers. The staff and colleagues always support you if you struck at any level.

Not recommended at all. Worst service and you will lose your money if you're giving any project to them.
The worst part is they won't fulfill the commitment and they don't have good software developers. Think 100 times if you're giving business to PROVAB and Travelomatix company

Since 2017 I signed a contract for Website Design and Mobile App. They literally ignored my mails and their customer service is too poor. Once I paid the support is really bad. My website has been down for months and they do not even care. AVOID PROVAB TECHNOSOFT.

I have been looking for Travel Technology software since very long and i was truly disappointed by options presented by other development company, Then one day i came across Provab Technosoft and thats it, Today I have my product with me and i am able to pull off good business due to it, The Business Manager's took great patience to explain the demo of the product despite me asking them to repeat several times. Project Managers were always available and made sure that they addressed my doubts. Worst company to attend any kind of interview, these people call us schedule the interview date and time, conduct 3 arounds of interview starting from CTO, VP HR & CEO and never turn back to us with an update regarding the interview conducted. I have continuously followed up on email to HR but no response from them. We need to write more reviews about this company and blacklist them.
