Best Apartment to live in Bangalore. Pollution Free, Amazing facilities - Gym, Pool table, Swimming pool, Table tennis, Park etc.lots of lung space and Trees trees everywhere.
Thoroughly enjoying my stay.everyday is living in a resort.there are 15-20 peacocks visiting every morning and evening.

The builders are so creative. This project has amazing amenities like swimming pool, jogging track Meditation Pavilion etc, it is a great investment.

I've lived in the locality for 20 years.
This is a very calm place away from the city. Superb parks in the vicinity
There has been hardly any improvement around. Roads are usually in bad shape
There are no services around. Not so good road / rail connectivity. Feels disconnected. No good hospitals, no food deliveries, no ACT internet, no good eateries. Feels like 90s. Supermarkets are in 1km radius. You'll get basic necessities to survive
I would recommend this place for retired couples who want to live away from the city. If you can pay more, please don't choose this location. Healthcare and water supply are concern

Update: ACT internet and few facilities are available in this locality now

Please be careful buying the flat at The Tree by Provident. Horrible experience with Provident. They are really bad bad.

Stay at same for rent few months and see the quality and issues. I have lost huge money because of there delay mistakes etc etc etc

I had booked apartment with Provident way back 2015, Delay, Pre EMI, has resulted in huge losses. Incase any emergency you need to sell/exit it’s like one way you can’t exit at all, huge inventory will be available from builder side itself and will be selling at cheaper price, where as we would paid huge interest, rent.

Again transfer fees huge loss, which will be at prevailing rates they tell you ridiculous, even though you will be selling at very cheap price with huge losses.

Floor Rise Charges, Club House Facing, Park Facing, all these will be only to add extra extra charges from builder side. Once there project is completed you will have huge resale units available at cheap prices.

Initially sales person will tell you take open car parking, later nearing completion when you need covered parking it will be 300% extra charges but your apartment would not have appreciated.
