I'm a cleanliness obsessed person, I get triggers if my living area is not properly clean. So when I thought about purchasing an apartment for myself I made sure the building is always clean and well maintained, otherwise I cannot survive there. It's safe to say Welworth City impressed me. The concerned team is always active in keeping the building and the surrounding very clean.

Apartment complex huge, nice, but maintenence very poor, don't feel like it private apartment, everywhere birds potty, you can see honey bee nest in many balconies, personally don't like

HORRIBLE Apartment! The ASSOCIATION is full of money thirsty ROBBERS charging you unbilled maintainance money & cheating the people who buy or rent flats there. They are CHEATS! Cheap 3rd class tenants live in this society. AVOID!

Good maintenance, water and power is always there. All the amenities are very accesible and well maintained. The maintenance charge is very minimal. The service is great.

Horrible community. The apartment association is just a big money looting association! They loot money from you for many simple reasons. Like parking, shifting in, shifting out. There is no power most of the times. There were situations where there will be no power for an entire day and a night! Average build construction quality. Very little maintenance. Very very rude people. Be it in association or in the office or the neighbours. Disappointed. I felt it as a curse to live here.

Awesome experience and pocket friendly except security deposit. (Security deposit is high in every part of Bangalore)

Perfect place for rental

Very worst place to stay, these stupids are buying maintenance from tenants as well as owners and not providing electricity, and the pool is only for owners, lift is not working at all? Daily we will get trapped in lift. But they are asking for 4 photostat of ownership agreement for stickers in vehicles and they stops every one for asking this as strangers in the gate even you are 81 old or your parents are. They don't have any proper channel of communication through application or what'sapp groups. Atleast they acan spend 100 rupees from each tenant or owner's maintenance charge for buying a generator.

It really is a nice apartment which is not congested like others. It's clean but not too much and there are minor problems in elevators in few it includes major problems. Overall it's fit for 4 stars. Also the location is pretty fine.

Exterior Atmosphere is good. For tenents its good. They can get 3bhk for rent at a decent rate. But never even think of owning one to live with family. Build quality is very pathetic. Owning one will be a money waste if u are planning to stay with family.

No proper power supply, no proper maintenance, I don't recommend anyone to shift here.

Arrogant & irresponsible management.

Bad experience. No power since yesterday (05/08/22) from 2pm to till now. They charge 2k per month as maintainace but it's of no use. Frequent power cut due to poor maintainance of transformers in PWC. No proper response from club house. Do not consider this place to buy or rent

A lot of Powercuts, the flush water stinks like anything, no such thing as a society wherein a person can complain. I would not recommend staying here. Instead stay at Yelahanka.

First of all its good for people looking for rent purpose.who are working or studying in nearby areas.
Talking about the flats its good little bit old construction. Most of the owners don't stay here. Only good thing i felt about this society is the surrounding, the parks, play areas and the morning and evening walks was really stress busters. The major feedbacks are most of the flats don't have mobile network (not even single bar). It was difficult for me to call and internet access. The only way out is to get Airtel broadband connection or other local broadband providers. Airtel has its office inside the society.so i preferred that.then internet problem was solved. We can also connect a landline to the broadband router.for mobile calling there is wifi calling option in smartphones use that.coming to electricity.there will be atleast 5 or 6 power shutdown in a day.this is minimum, maximum we cant predict.and they have generator back up, but it will give supply to only one hall light and fan and the kitchen light.not useful.
We had to buy a separate battery backup as i had work from home for a while.
Next thing is the rent here. As i came from pune directly, i was not aware of the average rent here.my owner has fooled me and asked 10k for 2bhk flat.later i checked and knew that u can get a 2 bhk as low as 7k or 8k including maintenance. Even 3 bhk with semifurnished u will get in 8k.so please be aware there is a lot of vaccant flats here especially in G block.and if you search a little bit you will get good one at less rent.don't get fooled by agents and owners.
Water here is very hard and the toilet water just dont think about it. It will haunt you all time.its drainage water and smell is unbearable.if you dont close the toilet door then even air freshner cant help you and your flat.
Nearby malls are not there, u have to go to yelahanka for good mall, health care and other purchases.only some small shops and hotels are nearby. Vegetables are less expensive here. Also there is an inside general store in the society. Which is useful in emergency situations. Bigbasket will deliver here.but fresh to home i think is not delivering as i tried couple of times.swiggy and zomato have very less hotels near. There is good education institutions near by, so thats a good thing. And airport is around 20kms so there is a lot of airport employess staying here.

For anyone is planning to buy flat here i would say please re-think.my owner was demanding 35 lakh for the 2bhk junk with out any furnishing.i have done a search here. You can get 2bhk for around 20lakhs and 3bhk for 25 lakhs.even though i would say the construction quality is poor, and its a 10 year old property. It will take another 5 to 10 years for this place to get developed.that time this property will be too old. Any one planning to give for rent can buy at approximate rate what i said above.also provide separate battery backup inside flat and do some furnishing you will get good rent here.otherwise people move quickliy to other flats or wont pay much rent.as there is lot of vacant flats here.only good things is the surrounding and you can enjoy you retired life here, away from city, peacefull and calm. Morning and evening walks.

My final verdict is that i enjoyed the surroundings alotttt and nothing else.

It was a wasteful experience shifting here. Paid deposit moved in to find out this place is very badly maintained. There is no electricity half the time and yet you end up paying as if we had 3 AC's running 24/7. If even a single drop of water falls from the sky, they'll cut the electricity for hours and hours.

Dont bother flushing the toilet as the water is recycled and ends up smelling like you are in a swamp. This is if water is even available.

Moving in we had to pay 1000 to just get our furniture in and had to pay 1000 again while moving out. Without this they wont let you go

I m an owner, Poor mantanance after paying, , after paying mantainence monthly they put on notice board not paid owner this is there irresponsiblety or corruption I produced all document then also they said give some time we will check since from 1 year same answer.no safty many owner lost there vehicals, cycle, etc etc we all owner produced vedio record but security incharge said it's a fake.

Do not plan to shift to this apartments, otherwise you face too many problems here
1.you find everywhere here greedy owners who's only wants money, once you give them deposit then forget your deposit.
2.society committee taken apartment tax on your home appliances when you entered.
3.water issue.
4.drainage water coming from flush water.
5.poor construction because when heavy rain comes inside the flat.
6.some arrogant residence who intentionally taunting you.
7.security only questioning to tenants not owners,
8.arogant Pwc staff, committee.
9.owners asking you above 30k rent but do not invest your money here because this place is totally outside from the city & airport.

The Worst Management, irresponsible people, they only meant for money, for every single thing they ask money, unfit for 1 star also

A fantastic place to RESIDE WITH FAMILY, it's a PARADISE ON EARTH, I recommend everyone to invest/buy the apartment here, lots of excellent educational institutions around here.

Good campus with lot of greeneries, amenities and open space, it's a paradise for retired life. However, the property has zero maintenance, everywhere you see water seepage, cracks, paints coming out, pan masala spits, bird defecate etc. Surprisingly the windows are not having grills.

This apartment is the worst place you could choose, they charge you 1000rs for shifting in and shifting out which is total scam, the generator back up is joke you get a fan and light only in the hall room, none of the sockets work or other light work on the generator, there are power cuts everyday at least 3-4hrs min the swimming pool is never functional, and as a tenant you cannot use any of the club house facilities or the gym.the management is rude and and doesn't answer to any of your problems even if there has been a theft or a power cut for the whole day, the apartment maintenance is shabby and dirty, yes there is water shortage here and you need to was ur tolis everyday if you use the flush because the flush is connected to drainage water, basically you need to carry ur own inverter and be ready for the other issues if you plan on moving here.

In short don't rent an apartment or even dream of buying one here.or you'll end up facing every problem you can think of and more.

This place is worse than a village. At least 8-16 hrs of electricity cut off daily. Do not consider to live here. It is the worst possible society I have ever seen. The management people are also so rude. And maintenance is negligible. Poor construction quality, unfiltered hard water, and the tenets don’t have access to the club house or pool, gym, etc. Even after paying the full maintenance fee. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT COME HERE!

UPDATE: The conditions in PWC have eve worsened to No electricity for more than 4 days!
No Fan, Geyser, Washing Machine, Induction cooker for 4 days. Just imagine!

I think I don’t need to explain further! DON’T EVEN THINK ABOUT COMING TO PROVIDENT. PERIOD!
