PSR Silk and Sarees

Worst experience though I have been a regular customer and bought lakhs of rupees saree since 2 years.most of them are non kanadigas and behave very rudely.the new staffs are worst.nd in the near future I am sure nobody would like to visit this shop due to their behaviour. I hope the management takes necessary action before it is too late.

Collection is not good.staffs are not keen to show variety of sarees.they don't treat customers properly

Very good showroom with wide collection of silk and cotton saree from various price range. Worth visiting if you are buying saree for special occasions.

Big shop with multiple varieties of sarees. Nice place to check out for kancheevaram marriage collection.

I always purchase sarees from PSR. We can c a very good cotton sarees collection and silk sarees. I purchased sarees for my niece marriage. I loved it.

Worst customer service. Staffs keep forcing us to buy what they are displaying not what we want. Don't cater the customer's s interest at all.

Good store in Saraswatipuram. Prices on a higher side. Mix n imitation silks are high priced too and pushed as silk.
Staff has to get courteous courteous and courteous. Most important, staff should learn proper Kannada.

Since there is no owner, sales people get irritated very often. If you don't get convinced to their collection; they will taunt you saying we are not capable of buying sarees in their store. If you are not willing to buy 4 lakhs worth sarees, I would not recommend this store. They will force you to buy sarees which you don't like. In a single line I would say customer service is pathetic.

Good ambience, adequate varieties and customer focused salesmanship. However, there seems to be significantly higher prices when compared to a year ago with a change in management.

Cold staff, pretty bad customer relationship. Intent to show sarees was not there. Better to visit Karnataka Saree center which is better is customer handling. KSC Range is quite good and across different price points. Also, the price points are for all the types of customer.

The quality of collection is coming down. Previously they used to have wonderful stuff. The staff dies not even bother to attend to clients

Collection is good. Staff are also good. But No exchange or refund. Kanjeevaram varieties are less. If one is buying for an office gift or something from collected amount better avoid. Because there is no exchange option.

Fantastic collection. Very attentive, helpful and patient staff. Staff are always smiling and helpful with all our queries. A very wide range of sarees both interms of material, quality and price. Very gud collection of salwars. A must visit.

Sales boys are cordial. Selection is limited when compared fixed price no gifts offered seems to be acceptable.

PSR branch in Saraswathipuram. You can find good collection of Sarees and dress materials. No separate parking available.

It was my third or fourth visit to this store. Everytime I see that the collection is very few. And the staff is not so welcoming. They will not like the customers who look at many sarees. The expression on their face shows how much irritated they will be if you want to look at more than even 10 sarees. Coming to the quality of sarees, the saree we purchased was good but the price was slightly more than what was expected to be.

This shop we visited because we had seen hoardings almost everywhere we were Travelling. Found it very expensive & also found the stock to be outdated the staff were very Rude and not cooperative definitely no to
