PSR Silk Sarees

Good collection of sarees, dress material and varieties of sarees materials like silk, cotton, kanchipuram etc.from lowest to highest price. Clothes are good and best colour combination available.

Low quality saree.
We purchased lost month 7500 rs saree. Saree quality gud bt blouse quality is very poor.look like local shop 80rs blouse pcs.feel bad.my time Weaste also my money.

I visited PSR Silks showroom in Shivamogga today to purchase some silk sarees for a wedding, but I was disappointed with the service provided by the salespersons.

To be specific, I found that the salespersons were not interested in showing any enthusiasm or interest in helping me select the right products. Instead, they seemed disinterested and unenthusiastic about their work. They did not provide me with any information about the products I was interested in, and I was left to browse on my own.

This lack of customer service was very disheartening, and it made me feel unwelcome and unimportant as a customer. I believe that the salespersons should take more pride in their work and be more attentive to the needs of the customer.

The need to learn & grasp the expectations of the Clients are extremely important & most essential which was fairly missing in this store.
Visited with high expectations which went futile.
Maybe a sort of a management training session/s essential for the upliftment of brand & image.

Sarees with reasonable and fixed price.there's no day light inside the first floor.please check your sarees in day light at the ground floor for original day light look and quality.

We feel Worst experience in shimoga psr silks because the employees who is working there not responding anything to our concern, from past 3 months we are calling and following them for one saree, they are still saying will update you but no strong response from past 3 month.

Fairly good Collection of sarees. Parking for six to eight cars. Good place for silk sarees.

Very good collections and reasonable price and they have good quality.

Behavior of the staff is very rude. Staff they just shout at kids for behaving like kids. There is a way to treat kids which I don't think staff are aware of.

I just walked out of the store, customers always can go and buy in other stores.

Seeing the other reviews now it feels staff training is required.

Silk saree collections are not good compared to mysore PSR

A nice place for shopping of silk sarees in shimoga. But this time collection was not that great and hardly we could find staff to attend us. It was 4 PM at noon. We ourselves went to staff and asked to show this saree and that saree. We have good range from high to low

Sales representative not behave well.rude behaviour he's not able to show the patterns of saree.worst experience.
